Horrible staff with zero consideration for people and the staff seen to be very unaware of what empathy is. Triage staff were inconsiderate and rude when i tried explaining that i was in pain. Waited 6 hours in the emergency room and sat in a room across from the head doctor sitting and gossiping about his personal life with staff while the waiting room was packed and there were people in serious pain. When we were finally looked after he refused to give me care as he waited too long to see me before blood work closed. He didn't offer any pain mess or even ask me how I was feeling and tried to convince me that excruciating stomach pain and bliding headaches is a normal thing for women who are at risk of endometriosis to experience. Do not go to this hospital. Go literally anywhere else.

Had an ultrasound appointment at the new hospital. The place was deserted and no one came or left while I waited for a technician. Eventually I left and went home without being seen. Shortly after, the hospital called my emergency contact rather than calling me, saying that they wanted me to drive back and had called me but couldn't reach me (lie). They need to be educated on the meaning of 'emergency'. I was left having to explain my private appointment. I now have my requisitions sent elsewhere.
