I have never witnessed such a debacle as I did today. We arrived precisely at 12: 53 PM and we were told we had about an hour wait. There were 3 or 4 open chairs at that time. When my wife checked again about 75 minutes, we were told that we still had about an hours wait. We left and we were told they would call us when it would be a 15 minute wait. We called back approx 40 minutes later and they said 10-15 minutes. We returned and waited another hour+ before she was called in. This has turned into a nightmare. We will never be back.

Even though this is a busy clinic, I would never change Dr Kassis and her team. They have helped me and my family for the last almost 6 years and I can’t say anything negative. They have been able to help me in every way possible. Being a mental health patience, it takes a really good doctor and team to know how to treat. She is also amazing with my little one. She has been her family doctor since she was 2 weeks old and I am happy to say I wouldn’t change that. Thank you Dr Kassis, Maria, Tony and the rest of the team.

But the looooooong waiting time there is the worst as i have to wait minimum 45-60 min every time to be checked in noting that i have an appointment! So why do we take appointments at the first place its better to be first come first served instead of waiting all this time.
However the clinic is very clean and the staff are lovely

It happened to visit this place, came to walk-in clinic at 1pm, even after 4 pm we were not attended, number of patients waiting is way less compared to any other place including appointments, and the experience is too pathetic. Waited in examination room itself more than an hour, if you are really bored a

I had my appointment about my Diabetes with Dr. Christopher Foster. I was impressed with how thorough he was. Answered all my questions and more. Very comfortable to talk to. Explained how everything works in detail. I was so happy as doctors usually make you feel rushed, but not this doctor. I felt he truly cared about my issues and gave me all avenues to help me move forward. His staff was very pleasant. Office had a happy atmosphere which was great.

Lovely clinic. Bright, clean, caring staff. Sometimes it is busy, but you can call ahead to find out the wait time, and although you have to register for the walk in at the clinic, the receptionist let me leave the clinic while I was waiting and gave me a call when it was my turn to see the Dr.

The doctor listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed even though there was clearly a lot of patients to see, and the receptionists were knowledgeable and kind.

Will definitely be coming back (but hopefully not too soon haha)

Bright clinic with friendly staff. Reception is apologetic when they are very busy and the wait is long. Sometimes they leave you on hold for a while but the last time they asked for my name and number and called me back ten minutes later. They have also called me back when my call was missed, which was unexpected but very appreciated.

Dr Omar and Dr Kassis are professional and thorough. They have always made my health concerns feel heard, and not “in my head” like some doctors have.

Oh, and it’s pretty awesome that they speak both Arabic and English. It doesn’t make a difference me, but it would help others

Dr. Kasis and her team is really amazing. She makes you feel valued by listening to your concerns! She is my Famiy Physician since 2016! I pray and wish she continues her good work, and serve the Milton community for a long time! Thanks Dr. Kasis for your service to the community!

Sadly, I am not able to my Dr.even with appointments I have to wait because there are 3 patients before me? Really?
Today, Saturday I need a Dr to see my eye and the walking clinic is closed. Bad, very bad!

I am sick of coming to this walk-in and they close within an hour of opening. Today was the same thing. If you don’t have the staff to be open as a walk-in, then don’t open. You can close for accepting patients within less than an hour of opening. It makes no sense. Don’t reply to me either and tell me this is a one off time as 90% of the time o come here there’s an excuse. This is absurd. Get your staffing together or open as a regular clinic and take your own patients.

Update… I was impressed of being contacted with an explanation as to why I experienced what I did this Morning. The manager spoke with empathy and that made me better under the current situation at the clinic. Effective communication goes a long way and so does effective customer service. When you meet your clients half way it makes a different. Thanks for the call back and following up and making it right. Much appreciated.

WORST CLINIC EVER! STAY AWAY if you want good treatment and care about your time! This clinic has turned into a cosmetic clinic and only cares about money. They claim they are a walk in clinic but never have room for walk ins. My wife tried to call to book walk in appointments early afternoon and they are booked for the whole day on multiple occasions. I feel sorry for the people that actually try to walk in and get turned away. The old man at the front desk is so rude and miserable. Go to another clinic that actually cares about your Health and not just about money! It’s been over 2 years since we have been able to get a walk in appointment here.

I have been going to Dr. Kassis since they've first opened and the amount of times I had to wait in the waiting room for hours on end is ridiculous. I had a phone appointment at 2pm and I didn't get a call until 7pm. I had to pick up forms from the doctor and it took over an hour which made me late for work. I feel as if my time is constantly wasted and it is unprofessional. Switching family doctors soon.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. From office management and reception to physicians (and now pharmacist!) everyone I have dealt with over the last 5 years has been a consummate professional. Healthcare is not a simple operation and, while there are occasions when I have been delayed past an appointment time (by minutes, not hours), the efficiency and care that are demonstrated in appointment and after are exceptional. Simply put, the collective pleasant and professional demeanor of the Marketplace team is refreshing!

Excellent and Very professional health service provider overall, including Dr. Kassis and staff. We needed urgent service which was provided to my son in less than one hour from initial request.

Very nice and clean place. Highly recommend it if you don’t have a doctor or for walk-ins. Dr kassis is very knowledgeable and humble person with great diagnosis and treatment skills. She don’t even make you come back again and again to get the prescription like most of the doctors do which is really troubling for me with two toddlers. Never had a bad experience with her or other walk-in doctors. For me the only issue was, wait time used to be really long previously like most of the walk-ins, so the best solution for that which I found is get your card punched, do some shopping in the near by shops and return at your turn. But she had few new doctors in the clinic, so that issue is pretty much solved for me But if you could take an appointment you wouldn’t have to wait a bit.

I absolutely adore dr.kassis she is very experienced and sincerely genuine she cares about your health and always no matter what follows up with me regardless. She has always recommended the best treatments and her staff is always amazing and friendly always there to help when needed. I recognize that a lot of people have complained about the wait time and this I can assure you doesn’t happen every time at least when I’ve been there. I also completely agree with another persons comment where sometimes she might have to take a bit longer with another patient based on whatever circumstances and if that was me I would most definitely not want to be rushed. I would definitely make your own choices about visiting this clinic as it’s been one of the best clinics I’ve attend in Milton and will continue to go to.

I had appointment at 4: 30 pm and I left my work early to be there on time.
I wasn't visited by doctor until 5: 30! She just showed up when I so mad and leaving the clinic!

I don't know how knowledgeable she is, and she must be a very good doctor, but she has no respect for her patients time and to me it is unacceptable!

I was seen by Dr Natalia and she was the most detailed paediatrician I have ever seen. She has done very in-depth diagnosis, more than any doctor has ever done to me. She was very concise, to the point and very focused on her job. I saw that she puts her heart into her job.

Also, the clinique is relatively new. In the waiting room, all tables are made out of very nice stone. Also, there is a nice stone wall behind the receptionist and there are artificial flowers and music in the background in the waiting room.

The receptionist was also very nice. She kept track of the line and touched bases with me when is going to be my turn.

Overall, this is a very good walk-in clinique and I really liked the Dr Natalia and the receptionist.

The doctors are really kind and competitive. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. The clinic is really clean. I highly recommend this place.

Tony Kasis and doctor kasis have helped me over the past couple of years. Doctor kasis is the best doctor I have seen in Canada she is nice and understanding and by far I have never seen a doctor that treats her patients like the way doctor kasis treats us

I have been going to this clinic for the past 2 years and I have always had a great experience as the doctor has been good to me and my family, taking care of all our medical needs. But I wasn't always pleased with thet long wait especially when I walked in. I am quite pleased now that the wait time has dropped drastically as they seem to have a walk in doctor on staff. The staff has always been quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

This clinic has the worst time management. I've been here multiple times with an appointment and even during slow times, I have had to wait for an hour before I was serviced. If you know that your doctor is busy you should atleast let your paitents know so they don't sit there wasting their time. They need to learn how to be honest with their patients and let them know the actual expected wait time.

Has the best doctors in Milton, dr. Kassis is usually always busy which is why I rather book my appointments then do a walk-in as it can take quite sometime, however most clinics that are walk-in can take up to a few hours depending but that’s normal I find anywhere you go. Today Dr. Kassis was short staff and although my wait was a bit longer than usual she was thorough with me and I appreciated that as a patient. Only wish more patients were empathetic with the doctors especially around this time of year being packed in the office. I appreciated the dr and the staff.

Dr Kassis is one of the finest doctors I have been associated with as a patient. She always listens patiently and advises on the treatment in a calm and composed manner. Her diagnosis is spot on.

The clinic itself is extremely clean with modern equipment. Parking is a non-issue and the clinic timings give us the option of visiting after our office hours.

Terrible waiting time and receptionist does have any clue what's going on and Dr Kassis doesn't bother about even asking what's the matter, my wife was never so upset before when she come back from the clinic

Dr. Kassis is very kind very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, the best doctor in Ontario in my opinion. She was the only Doctor knowledgeable to diagnose my mother with her aliment, and find the right specialist to help her. We drive all the way from London Ontario just for Dr. Kassis
