I had an excellent experience with Markham Acura. I was looking for a three-row SUV, and they had what I needed for my family. Jessie in sales assisted us in selecting the vehicle we wanted, and she completed the paperwork quickly. Candy in finance performed an excellent job completing our loan application, and she is highly attentive to any concerns related to the automobile purchase. Mo, the manager, was very courteous and took his own time explaining the terms of the deal, and he even offered a complimentary accessory for the brand new automobile. This crew is fantastic, and I urge that you seek their expertise and professionalism when purchasing an Acura vehicle.

If you’re looking to buy a used or new car this is the place to go! Desmond and Candy were of such great help to not only me but also 2 of my close friends who also ended up buying vehicles. It can be hard to trust car dealerships and also be difficult to get a good deal, especially during these times, but you can definitely rest assured that Desmond and Candy will be sure to take care of you!

This dealership is the WORST experience ever…I put a deposit for a new car back on Dec 5th, 2022 when Acura Canada announced the details and revealed the car with a salesperson called Sinclair. He told me I was 3rd on the wait list for the vehicle at the dealership. He eventually stopped working at the dealer and no one followed up with me to update me on the vehicle, so I called the dealer and they assigned my file to Jessie the leasing manager. I would constantly attempt to get an update from her and was never given any solid information about the car. Out of frustration I called the dealer and was told I was 9th on the list by Andy the sales manager mid June of this year. Without surprise I never received any updates from Jessie so I called the dealer today (Oct 11th) to find out they sold around 10 of these cars and no one had an answer as to why I was not allocated a car. Apparently there are another 7 people above me on the list, which does not make any sense. I received this update from a manager called Jimmy. I wouldn’t waste my time doing any business with this dealership going forward. Horrible business practices and false promises. Please avoid.

Ronald Yip, this person attitude will always instill in my mind, He’s Soooo RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, all He cares about is the $ amount he can gain from each transaction he’s involved with and Definitely not what the client wants, My dad went into Markham Acura to complete the paperwork for the buy out of his Leased Acura that come to terms, , that Acura Car was originally leased from another Acura location, Ronald was not happy that he is doing the paperwork for the buy out, so Ronald wants to change an extra $300 as well as $597 fixed standard fees for the paperwork. Of course, I ask why the $300 extra fees? As Since the Acura Headoffice advise me that I can go to any nearby Acura location for the paperwork and pay a standard fee of $597, This standard fee is the only fee that’s applied for the paperwork, so we schedule an appointment at Our nearby Markham Acura, this guys provide my dad the worst ever service, he’s was complaining that we should go back to the original Acura location and that he doesn’t gain anything from this transaction and that the $300 is a small fee, and that we should leased another new Car from him and return this old car since it’s already 4 years old and has 94000 mileage on it, sooo I insisted that No, we do not want to leased another car and that we want to buy out this old car as my dad say he likes this car…. At my insistence, he started the paperwork very very angrily and passed the partially unfinished paperwork to the finance department for payment and rush us out his office quickly, mannnn this Ronald is a mess, very very Rude …

We were searching on-line for a Honda CR-V and found the listing for one at the Markham Acura. It was a great price so we made a trip to Markham from out of town. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and handed over to Jonathan. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we found everyone helpful. They even delivered the vehicle to our home. Unfortunately when our car was delivered we were very disappointed to find it had not been cleaned and detailed as promised. We also had to drive all the way back to Markham to have the air conditioner serviced as it was not working, even though this had been checked off as working on the pre-sale list. This was very inconvenient and we felt it should have been addressed before sale. The air conditioner was serviced.

April 23,2022 - I only had one week to prepare for my new employment, and needed a vehicle for that purpose by Monday 2nd, 2022. Based on my passed experiences with other car dealerships, I know what I am looking in customer care and service. From the very onset, I received prompt customer service over the phone via text from the employees at Markham Acura. To make a long story short, I walked into Markham Acura, and was connected with MR. DANIEL SUN right away. HE IS ONE OF THE BEST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. He made my first Markham Acura visit and positive and memorable one. He treated me with urgency, professionalism, and respect. He made me feel as if I am his fist customer ever. He answered all my questions. At one point he referred to me by saying ". Your the boss. " And, offered me water on occasions. I explained my situation, and price range for a pre-owned vehicle. He exceeded all my expectations. My vehicle was ready by Wednesday April 27th. I was at ease, with no stress dealing with Mr. Sun. Went to several dealerships prior and would strongly recommend Markham Acura over any other.

I can speak to the excellent service of both my sales manager (Jessie Luo) and financing manager (Hani Soudah) who were able to answer all my car and financing questions without any pressure to enter into any agreement prematurely. Both were very knowledgeable about their work, honest and went out of their way to provide friendly service. As someone who tried several car dealerships prior, I would highly recommend Markham Acura and specifically these two staff for your experience

Booked an appointment to fix my headlights. Spent 7+ hours in the waiting area and $120+ to replace 2 daylight bulbs which typically should take less than 30min to do. My daylights work but my headlights/high beams are still malfunctioning after I got the car back. Didn't feel like going back in and waiting another 7+ hours to get it fixed so I'm going to get a local mechanic to take a look at it instead.

Came to the dealership because my car had a factory recall notice for moisture found in the headlights (which I assumed is what caused the lights to stop working) but the dude there said it not the cause so it's not covered. Probably would've been more believable if they had the mechanic take a look at the car first before making that determination but ok.

Overall friendly but slow service. They're pretty busy so I'd recommend not going here for non-routine car work but if you do, make sure you have a ride out otherwise be prepared to spend the entire day there

This place up sale me a lot of things that i don't need
such as I had check ADW light came off on my 2013 acura rdx, and they told me is the solenoid. They charge one hour diagnose and extra 700 dollar for the parts and labor. Two days after the light pop off again. This time they told me I need rebuild my AWD system for 4000 dollar. I spend 700 dollar more and they never fix something that is not the failure. Eventually I took it to other shop just flush the differential fluid and the light never pop off again.

I recently traded in my TLX for a brand new RDX and this isn't my first Acura purchase.so I got a great chance to compare my experience at Markham Acura vs my local Acura Dealership in Mississauga.

First and foremost. This dealership represents what an Acura engine is like: a reliable and well run machine. As I walked into the dealership, I didn't see any employees huddling around and talking, rather everyone was busy but at the same time I was looked after immediately, even though I didn't make an appointment.

Usually with making big retail purchases, there is a sense of pressure and anxiousness, especially when buying a car. The entire process of making my purchase was exciting and fun. I cannot stress the importance of this.
I didn't feel any sort of pressure from any of the staff to make any purchase decisions, rather I was given options, from which I could choose and ensure they fit my lifestyle and budget. The staff were always straight forward and honest with and let me know when certain information was fact or it was their advice/opinion. This allowed me to rely on their experience and make a relaxed independent decision while focusing on the best part of buying a car; THE CAR ITSELF.

I've been visiting my local dealership for over a year and I always go and greet the sales person that sold me my old car. He never seems to remember my name or my purchase, but rather mistakenly assumes my name and identity. Through out the entire process at Markham Acura, all the staff members knew my FULL name and knew what I was looking in my next car. On the day of my pick up at Markham Acura, all the members of staff that I dealt with knew my name and what car I was purchasing. Even the busy GM knew my name and came to check up on me several times both days I was there. He took his time out to show us our new car and congratulate us on the purchase. A week after my purchase the GM called me himself to see how everything was going with the new car. This is what you call above and beyond customer services

My 6 year old daughter and I came together to pick up the vehicle, and I expected, she would be bored during the paperwork signing. The manger, I was dealing with Candy Hao, had prepared a colouring kit for my daughter to use while I signed the paperwork. They even had 3 teddy bears sitting in the new car for my kids to enjoy. My daughter absolutely loved them.

After the paperwork was done, two members of staff, Eric and Sinclair, walked me to my new car and helped me remove all my belongings from my old car into the new one. They both went over all of the features of the car. Most importantly, they went over the significant differences I will encounter from my old car, from powertrain to safety features. This was huge in the settling in process. Thanks to them, I knew what to expect and didn't have to spend time learning how to use the touch interface and other features.

Finally, the small things. The staff made sure I always had some water with me at all times. Additionally, the key fob that I got was of the most premium quality. The main key ring had an Acura logo and no marketing of the local dealership but the second key ring had it. This is exactly how a dealership should market it's self, not through plastering their names on everything they give you, but through giving you a memorable experience.

Overall, this is the best experience I've had purchasing ANYTHING and I'll be a repeat client of Markham Acura for years to come.

We bought the car from the dealer about 3 years ago. When we purchased the car, we also bought a package about dealing with rust. Years after, there were several rust spots around the body of the car. We came to the service department and mentioned the package. Unsurprising, there was noting that they could do because they just denied that there were rusty spots but said something that rhymed with "fall let" and we had no idea what that was. Worst of all, the service staff, TIGER SABARLLO was screaming to my husband. My husband is not a native speaker and expresses himself slower than normal but he would not let him talk at all. I could hear his screaming over the phone and certainly was shocked by the customer service level that we were confronted with. I would recommend you to avoid this dealer for service. It is not about the car, but rather the attitude they talked to us with.

I recently completed the Toronto to Thunder Bay trek in my 2019 RDX. Unfortunately we experienced some serious issues with the vehicle which effected a number of features and performance. Needless to say I was very frustrated and questioning my go forward loyalty to Acura (which is my 2nd rdx in 10 years). Ryan Zanatta in service went above and beyond, and completely restored my faith in the brand. He gets it. And appreciated his eagerness to help, along with insuring additional updates occurred, and that the vehicle was Acura standard ready for our Trek back. Terrible experience at this dealership. On Wednesday evening I had made an appointment to see 2 cars on Thursday. When I got to the dealership, the cars were no longer "available", yet no one had bothered to call me and let me know prior to me arriving.
Sales agent then said the cars that i requested to see were likely out of my budget and attempted to sell me a car that he said I would love.
The car that I test drove was completely unsafe for the road. The ball joints and breaks were completely shot, and the alignment was so off I had to drive with the steering wheel turned 30 degrees to go straight. When i informed the sales representative of my experience driving the vehicle, he told me there was no way that was possible and that he had recently driven the car and it was perfect.
I made him drive it again in front of me. When he came back he agreed that there were some slight problems with the car he had given me. I immediately left to another dealership and bought the car I wanted from someone else that same day.

Thank you Nima and Moaid for addressing the misappropriation we experienced at the beginning of our purchase journey, and completing the experience fairly and nicely as true gentlemen. We picked up our car today and are very happy with the extra attention that was paid to our concerns and the vehicle itself.

I would like to further add that Nima's behaviour with us was top notch right from the beginning and I recommend him to anyone who visits the dealership in the near future.

I have kept my star rating at 3 as I would like to leave some room for post purchase care. As I am taken care of in the future so will the star rating be addressed accordingly.

Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle here and noticed a slight speaker crackle from one of the speakers, weak battery and also hard shifts from the transmission sometimes. Booked a service appointment online for 10: 15 am but was told my car wont be looked at until the evening. Also that the battery and speaker crackle was not covered even though I was there before my 30 days/1000kms warranty. Was advised that there was an update for the hard shifts but I still had to wait 4-5 hours or maybe even more for them to look at the car. I'll be going to Brampton Acura from now on. I understand that it's a used car but what was the point of me purchasing a certified pre owned if it came with issues.

I bought a new mdx from Markham Acura. I was extremely pleased with Tommy who provided me excellent service. At the end, the sales manager Andy came over and explained full details. Thank you for professionalism, great experience with all the staff there! Would highly recommended to others!

I was prepared to purchase the car on my third visit. It was almost at the end of negotiation of the final price. The sales manager Andy came and talked to me. He was so ruined that saying my offer is too low. We all know that it is negotiation. Anyway, his attitude made me so uncomfortable. I just stood up and left.
