Dr. Ng is an amazing chiropractor. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. I had lower back pain for almost a year and that almost stopped me from playing competitive badminton. He really saved me mentally and physically. I saw results after the first visit. I would definitely 100% recommend this place!

My colleague recommended this clinic to us. At first, we are hesitant because it is a little bit far from my place but with what experience we had, it is so worthy. Dr. Ng is excellent in his profession. Also, the clinic staff are so friendly and accommodating. Amy is so helpful and understanding. When Dr. Ng or Paolo conduct their initial assessment they take time to make a detailed and thorough individualized recovery plan for you to ensure optimum comfort and results. Dr. Derek Ng is so kind and skilled at providing chiropractic treatment. At the beginning I was nervous to begin chiropractic services and Dr. Ng took time to reassure me about the process and answer any questions or concerns that I had. Now, I am so thankful for receiving chiropractic treatment at this clinic because my back has never felt better. If i have an off day that my back is especially hurting that day or I get a migraine Amy goes above and beyond to find a way to fit you into the schedule. Another thing that I love about this clinic is that they are so accommodating to your schedule. Amy is so amazing and accommodating because my husband and I have a very limited schedule of when we can attend the clinic for treatment and Amy always works so hard to ensure she fits us in at a time that is most convenient for us. She is by far the kindest office manager we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Paolo is absolutely amazing at his physio therapy treatments, we have attended Physio at other clinics in the past and Paolo went above and beyond any other experience we have ever had. Paolo's treatment feels like a deep tissue massage and he always works out any knots and discomfort you may be having. We are hardly ever available on Thursdays, but one time we were and we had the pleasure of receiving treatment with Sandra and she was so knowledgable and helpful with special techniques and exercises that will help alleviate daily discomfort in and out of the office. Lastly, massage services with Jeffrey are incredible, by far the best massages we have ever received! It is so rare to find a clinic where all of the staff are beyond amazing, cater to your needs and work together like a family unit. We especially love how this clinic does direct billing to our insurance because this is one less hassle for the client to deal with. I can go on and on about how amazing this clinic is and how great the people working here all, but the last thing I want to say is that if you are seeking any of these treatments please make Markham Chiro and Rehab your first stop!

I found the clinic through Google search and decided to try it out given the high score and good reviews, plus it's close to where I live. It's been a few months now and my shoulder is getting so much better than I first came in. Dr Ng is very patient in explaining things and Amy is really helpful for scheduling and providing reminders.

I was suffering from back pain and neck pain due to excessive driving and working with computer. I found this clinic on the internet and gave it a try! Dr. Derek is very knowledgeable and experienced! I felt a lot better after the first session and am still going there to maintain a healthy spine. In addition, Amy always works with your schedule and reminds you a day ahead of your appointment. I also get massage with Jeff; he is also outstanding! I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Ng and his staff have been instrumental in my recovery through both chiro and physio. I can say without a doubt I’m able to workout pain free thanks to the treatment I received! Would recommend anyone struggling with injuries or chronic pain pay them a visit.

Great place for physio therapy and chiro. My son went there for his ankle pains and now all pains are gone with some physio and orthotics. I went there myself for my headaches. Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable and provides good suggestions. I still go monthly and my headaches are gone. Very Happy!

I was searching for a chiropractor in Markham and came across Dr. Derek Ng's website. So, I decided to give it a try. Upon meeting Dr. Ng, I addressed my concerns of a stiff neck, extremely tight shoulder muscles and wrist pain from years of paddling. He listened to every one of my concerns, was informative, explained my situation and came up with a regimen. After every adjustment, it was coupled with laying on a "rolling table". Together, it felt so great! I was "anew" after every visit! I introduced my husband to Dr. Ng for his back pain and he's been grateful ever since. Dr. Ng's office also has other services such as Massage and Physiotherapy. It's so convenient to have those, all under one roof. I highly recommend Dr. Derek Ng for chiropractic care.

Dr Ng is very knowlegeable and patient. He shows great sympathy to people and genuinely care the wellbeing of his patient. Unlike some other doctors who just want to push on your visiting time, Dr. Ng only schedule the visit based on the condition of the patient.

I first brought my husband to Dr. Ng 7 years ago when he needed an adjustment. Since then we have been going to him for any of our chiropractic needs. He has always been able to relief my post pregnancy aches and pains caused by lifting my babies. I’ve also referred multiple family members to him who also found relief. Doesn’t make you wait long and is quick and efficient. Very accommodating. Also saw Thomas for physiotherapy after the few initial chiropractic sessions. Amy, his receptionist, is the best! All the staff at this clinic is kind and polite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently moved to Markham, so after googling the "best" chiropractor in the area, I went to see Derek to get some help with my upper back. He seems like a nice guy, but can't recommend him professionally. The visit yielded zero results, so it was a waste of time and money.

What a great team! They are always so welcoming and have smiles on their faces. Amy is friendly and helpful. She is great at booking appointments based on your availability whenever possible. Dr. Derek Ng is very professional and respectful. He always explains what will occur in the session and provides an opportuity to ask questions. He adjusted my back and I feel much better. I also feel my posture has improved as well.
I also went for massage therapy at the clinic and Jeffrey was great and made me feel at ease. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!
