Amazing environment! Starting with Dr. Teresa Ching examining our eyes, she was very thorough, very informative and made us feel so comfortable while getting our eyes checked.
Frank was very helpful as well in what glasses to pick. He’s honest about what looks good and suits your face best. Had me and my fiancée leaving with confidence.

Been going to Markham Vision for over 5 years. Always been good with service and accommodating including delivery of glasses/contacts when they couldn’t be picked up. Staff has changed but they are all friendly. Higher price range but never had issues after ordering. Small space, can get busy at times but they always make sure to acknowledge anyone coming in.

The store is great! Frank and his team were very helpful and they took the time to make sure I got the perfect pair of glasses for me. There is a great selection and options were endless. Highly recommend!

Frank and his team are awesome! I went in for an appointment to be fitted with new glasses, along with my wife and 3 kids; and frank and his team provided top notch customer service! They were not only extremely patient as our whole family tried on many glasses, they also went above and beyond to give us options and recommendations that suited us best. If you need anything from vision examination to new a pair of new sunglasses, I would definitely recommend Markham East vision center.

Absolutely loved my experience. Haven’t had an eye exam in almost 13 years, because my vision was “fine” or so I thought; Frank and Dr. Lam and the rest of the staff made me very comfortable. My family and friends have been going to MEVC for over 7 years now and they have always gone over and above! I live in Bolton and will travel to Markham because of their amazing service. The staff is extremely friendly and offers exceptional customer service. I had my annual eye exam a few weeks ago and was so happy with the precautionary measures they are taking with covid19. Everything is extremely clean, they screen you at the door and only allow people with an appointment inside the store, which made me feel much more comfortable, especially during these times. The manager Alessandra makes everything so easy and provides you with such great options/opinions for lenses! Dr. Tam takes her time during the appointments to also make sure everything is perfect and explains everything to you! I thought it was a family run business at first, turns out its not and they just really enjoy making people happy =) Overall happy to report a great experience and would recommend everyone in the area to go here!

My experience at Markham East Vision Centre was absolutely wonderful. With all COVID-19 precautions in effect, the staff were professional and so helpful in guiding us through the process; all the way from selecting a pair to final adjustments. If you know Frank and his team you know that they always provide the best service and also try to accommodate everyone. I can Honestly state the people who work at Markham East Vision are the BEST I have ever come across. They are so professional which helps you feel secure in their advice, but add to this, they are soooo friendly, caring which unfortunately seems to a disappearing element in costumer service anymore.
They are knowledgeable both in fashion and the glasses that will help you the most. Even though I and my family have to drive 3 hours to get to them, I would never recommend or trust my eyesight to any other as long as they are available.

Excellent service from Frank and everyone at Markham East Vision. They took care of me very nicely and I appreciate how easy the whole process was. I accidentally picked a smaller frame and after I received the glasses I went back, and they ordered me a larger one and new lenses for no additional cost, which I'm sure elsewhere would've been a different story, highly recommend this place.

First off, this place carries designer glasses so don’t expect low prices like Walmart. This place is great if you are looking to purchase designer glasses for a fair price.

The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and prompt, especially Judy and Frank! I received my Versace prescription glasses with specified add-ons in a timely manner.

I definitely recommend this place and will be going back to purchase another pair of glasses.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Frank. He said he would order my lens and clip in Dec 2018 but by March 2019 I still did not receive my order. Frank never answered any of my phone calls nor did he call me back. When I went to the store he lied and pretended he was calling the supplier but I still never received anything.l never experienced such poor service in the last 39 years living in Canada.l would not recommend going to Frank at this location.

We have been buying glasses for our entire family from Markham East Vision Centre for many years now. We are very impressed with their superior customer service each and every time. Recently we had an emergency and had to replace a broken frame and lenses. We got very prompt service as usual and got our replacement in less then 24 hours. Thank you!

Prices are more than fair, we have always recieved our glasses on time. Warranty was honored the one time I had to use it, no questions asked. I have worn glasses since I was a child and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Frank has earned my family and I's business for life.
