A great clinic I've been a patient at for years. Awesome with nitrous sedation and just a few minutes for wisdom teeth extraction. The whole team is super attentive and professional.

One of the best Dental offices in Scarborough. Preeti did my cleaning today and she was kind, personable, and professional. She cares about you and is very skilled and dextrous. I have experienced people being very rough when cleaning, but she was gentle and thorough. Lisa was the receptionist who took my call and was also personable, patient, and helpful. She took her time to check my information and insurance and found me the fastest appointment to suit my schedule. She was caring over the phone call. Also, if you're a student with dental, I would recommend coming here; as some offices make you do all the work, Markham Eglinton Dental does all the work for you (you need to supply your information, that's all).

Most, if not all, of the staff here have great customer service and I just didn't get their names. I highly recommend coming to this office if you are new to the area.

I would like to express my regret about the treatment I received from Dr. Benjamin Gotbi and his nurse Sara. Their care caused me pain for over one month.

This is the Worst dental clinic specially Dr Benjamin Ghotbi and His nurse Sara, they took out 4 teeth of mine at the same day and put me in extremely bad pain, during the surgery he was talking to the receptionist about other new client while I was looking when my surgery would end.

I had the best experience with tooth removal and the best services. Definitely recommend it.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do extraction and Doctor and his DA. Sarah did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to them.

I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed 2 days back by Dr. Gothbi. Before getting the operation I was very much scared thinking about my post operation state but I recovered within a day. The doctor is very talented and the staffs are very friendly. And the surgery went way more well than I expected. I would recommend Dr. Gothbi to everyone:)

Dental office in Scarborough. Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi is a professional thief, he filled up my wife’s tooth, its been 4 months and her tooth still hurts, don’t go to that place.

I had a root canal appointment booked at Markham Eglinton Dental Centre with Dr Gothbi a couple of days ago. It ended up being a difficult root canal procedure but Dr Gothbi was very professional and did a superb job as complicated as it was. I am very happy and highly recommend his services.

I would recommend this place to everyone who really cares about their teeth it’s great them of people work as team.

I haven't been to the dentist in a really long time, however I started going to Markham Eglinton dental centre last year due to a problem I was having related to my teeth. The dental hygienist and the dentist were able to figure out the problem was related to my wisdom tooth. So the decision was made to book an appointment to have them extract (one-sided of the mouth each having an appointment). Initially I was scared and concern however the dentist I can't remember his name and the hygienist did an amazing job that I didn't really feel any pain. I also had cavity problem that they were able to fix and gingivitis on separate occasion.

I know longer fear the dentist, it what I'm trying to say.

Oh and also the receptionists are kind and acknowledge your questions and concerns. Very considerate people all around.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted in March of this year. They understood the scope of the work very well and followed through with several preventative tips and suggestions. The extraction process itself went pretty smoothly as Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi oversaw it with utmost care, skill and professionalism. The office environment was very calm and the staff were very friendly.

Dr. Ghotbi is a wonderful dentist. I’ve had bad experiences with many other dentists however, his techniques and gentleness really goes a long way. He removed my wisdom teeth, I did not have any swelling of my cheeks because he prescribed the proper medications to avoid any complications. I have moved to another city and I still travel to come back to this clinic. 12/10 best dental office thus far.

The staff and environment are great, everyone is very friendly and professional, as someone who had a fear of dentist offices prior to discovering Dr. Ghotbi's practice, I can honestly say I feel comfortable when I'm there.
I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth out and after following all of Dr. Ghotbi's instructions, I couldn't even feel that I had an operation done a week later.
If anyone reading this is having trouble with their wisdom teeth I wholeheartedly reccomend this practice.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and was freaking out because I hate needles! Dr Ghotbi was VERY good at keeping me calm, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Him and his assistant made sure to check on me multiple times during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. He played really great music in the background to keep my mind off the procedure.
After we were all done I felt great! My experience was AMAZING! If you need to get your teeth taken out definitely book an appointment with Dr. Ghotbi.
We had a little chat after the procedure while my nitrous gas was wearing off & he mentioned that hes been in the profession for 20 years now! I'm very glad I chose the Markham and Eglinton Dental Centre:) 10/10 recommend

Amazing dentists and staff! Everyone at Markham Eglinton Dental Centre is super friendly and professional! I had a root canal here and it was smooth and there was no pain or discomfort afterwards. Very accommodating when scheduling, kindly explain procedures and give you great tips for bettering your dental hygiene. You know they really care about their patients.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Markham Eglinton Dentel makes me feel very comfortable and calm.

I have used services at Markham & Eglinton Dental pre covid and during covid. The office has always been clean, the staff is professional and courteous and knowledgeable Dr. Ghotbi is amazing. I had pain in my jaw for 3 days, and they were able to immediately accommodate me and help in resolving my pain. I highly recommend their services for all your dental needs.

Dr Benjamin Ghotbi is great. He is very confident. He is an expert with wisdom teeth extraction. I did mine all 4 teeth at a time. He told me that I will recover in two days and he was absolutely right. He is the best. Go east go west Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi is the best Staff is super friendly too.

My anxiety is usually sky high when I have to visit the dentist and a couple of weeks ago I was faced with getting my all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was super fussy but Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi talked me through the entire procedure and assured me that it would be pain-free and it most definitely was! I got through it all while humming along to Celine Dion playing in the background. I did not feel a thing during the procedure. Thank you so much for being patient with me! Great experience at Markham Eglington Dental. I was very happy with the job the dentist did on my teeth. He gave me great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene and I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

I've been going to this dental clinic for the past three years now, and all my visits have been pleasant and pain free. I recently got all of my wisdom teeth extracted in one go, I was really scared at first, and worried about the pain. Dr. Ghotbi assured me a pain free extraction, and thats exactly what I got. I'm alsi thankful I wasn't looking like a chipmunk (because of the swelling). Dr Doust is pretty amazing too, has been doing all my fillings and regular checkups. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for the minimal pain. Thanks to the ladies at the reception too, always welcoming and calm!:)

I’m 17 and recently I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once at this clinic. The procedure went by smoothly and quickly. There was barely any pain after the procedure, I felt some minor pain that night but once I took the meds prescribed the pain was gone almost instantly. I was able to fully recover within a couple of days. If you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed I would totally recommend this clinic:)

I hate dentist but he is the ONLY one I felt comfortable with. BEST service and CARE ever! I have major dental work and have always been beyond satisfied. Yesterday I had an 8 hours surgery and it went smooth and I was for the very most part very comfortable. Felt bad he missed his lunch. He was starving but continued to work on me. The only thing was, which is not in his control is the fitting of my temporary implant. I am far from being satisfied. But I am more than confident that he will try to the best of his ability to do something to gain my self esteem while wearing the temporary for 4-6months during my post up in a week. I too need to give it time to settle down.
Looking for a reputable dentist? DR Ghotbi would be your best bet and the staff is outstanding and very professional! You'll leave with a SMILE.

I enjoyed my experience at their Dental Centre. All the employees are really friendly. I was nervous about my procedure, but the dentist talked me through the process to calm me down. I really appreciated it.

I did my root canal and filling today.appointment call on time and receptions are super friendly and the Dr. Barbak is very talented and did the canal cleaning in 20 minutes and filling take 20 minutes no pain did the good job every thing done with in i hour, thank the doctor and the team.
