Fantastic service. I broke my drill bit while working on a job site on Saturday. I drive around and went to 5 different store looking for 3/8" SDS max drill bit. Markham industrial was the only store that had it.

Thanks to them we didn't have to delay the job and potentially waste 2 other trades day.

Great assortment and quality service from the team at MITS. Loved the redzone and all the Milwaukee this store carries.

I recently purchased a heated Milwaukee jacket from the Milwaukee representative. At home l discovered the parts were missing and the box was originally opened. After getting the parts l later found that the jacket was worn used and the wrong jacket. The store went out of their way to help me with a refund. I see they are amazing and said l would except a store credit. It would have been easy to say l stole the parts, but that was not me and it was the previous owner of that jacket who caused everyone that grief. Thank you to the staff and management of the store for believing in me! I am glad they value customer loyalty and respect.

Absolutely hate this place! I go for 1 thing and end up buying more than I can fit in my service vehicle. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and prices that are unbeatable. I would not recommend anyone who has a tool addiction like myself. Everything turned into a "need" instead of a "want", LOL!

As a business owner who has been in operation in the trades for over 10 years, I have been going here for the past 6 years for all of my shop's tools, supplies and safety equipment. After yesterday's experience I will not step foot in this store again. It saddens me that I have to leave such a poor review for this company, but I feel as though I need to voice my opinion.

On June 5th, 2020 my business partner made a call to this company. An associate of Markham Industrial & Trade Supplies answers. We asked the associate if we can exchange x2 products previously ordered for another type that we were looking at purchasing. We no longer have any use for the product due to our machine breaking down very recently. We kindly asked for a store credit or exchange as we have no use for them anymore. The associate declined any type of exchange or store credit. We advised the associate over the phone that we are in the market for a brand new bandsaw machine. So, not only were we happy with a store credit or exchange, but we were willing to spend thousands of dollars more on a new bandsaw. I have never heard or witnessed such unpleasant customer service in quite a long time. The associate failed to answer our queries, lacked knowledge of the products and associated prices, and could not provide any degree of satisfactory customer service. We felt as though we were being brushed off and that our business wasn't appreciated. Sadly, this experience alone was enough for us not to deal with them again.

Came here on a Saturday. Says they are open till 1PM. It's 12: 15pm as I write this and they are closed. Very unprofessional. Definitely lost a sale and a customer.
A number of other people were also seen parking and then leaving immediately.

They havd posted kijiji ad for 10m extension cord and I went in but it's out of stock. But the ad is still not updated after 3 days. I drove from Brampton. Wasted my time.

I purchased a Dewalt polisher, sales promotion, less than a month ago. Perfect boat polisher tool.
Works great but failed after 6 hours use. Tom met with me and 'Bang! '. Exchanged and back working on the boat.

I shop here regularly for both easy and hard to find items. The variety of tooling far surpasses that of any of the retail chains hands down. Whether your looking for a common, new or unique part, I find if they don't have it which is rare, they completely make up for it in their customer service delivery and will get it in as soon as possible.

As far as customer service, they're always willing to go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for but also suggest alternative options that might also work. Always a treat to visit the store to find something you'll need.

Great place for tools and supplies. Much better prices than the big box stores on contractor items. Staff is friendly and helpful.
