We booked the appointment for the 11 and then we waited for 1 hr more to see the doctor. The secretaries are rude. If we ask for appointment then we should see the doctor at time. We have been coming here for a lot to get the doctors sign on the claim form but they don’t sign it. Very unhappy with the service and very unprofessional.

We were looking for a family doctor for a while. Lucky to find Dr. Hamid. She has been great. So far it's not been too hard to get appointments with her.

Amazing and very friendly staff. Always greeted with respect! Dr Hamid is also very professional and has extensive knowledge about the treatment options available and urges the best of the best for patients with utmost care and diligence. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good place where you are respected with a good physician who plays no games with the health of their patients.

This clinic has a very professional team of family physicians and specialists including one of the best cardiologists of Toronto (Dr Aarazaghi) with a couple of very efficient front desk highly recommended.

This clinic literally saved my life yesterday. I came in desperate right at closing and they kindly stayed late to help me. Dr. Gurumurthi quickly wrote me a script for the meds that I urgently needed. If they had not been so compassionate, I know I would’ve ended up in emerg in excruciating pain. THANK YOU!

No walk-ins or family doctor for new patients. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Do not waste time of you are a new patient to the centre.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a long time. Dr Jain, Dr Gupta, Dr Arrazaghi, Dr Gurfinkel and team of other doctors is amazing. They really make sure that patients receive prompt medical care and attention.

Shumyla and Tina are very nice receptionists. They're very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Guru Murthy is an amazing doctor and his services are excellent.

Dr. Gurumurthi is the best, like once you build that rapport with him he has your back and very understanding, and also compassionate to his patients including myself. I am a young lady but he treats women with upmost respect. I really love him as my doctor he never abandoned me not once. Shumyla and tina are the best i love them as well very accommodating and knowledgeable women.

My name is Sirak Dr Gurumetai is amazing DR he is very kind and caring man he follow up all my famelles includes my kids patiently he gives more time to lesson for and discus health issues when I talk with my friends always tell them I have the beast Dr. The staff at the front desk are the beast and friendly all ways they call you on your name they are doing there jobs very profetionally I am so happy to have DR Gurumenti and his staff.

If the timings are 9 to 6. Why the doctors left early at 3 PM. Literally there’s no doctor there and the receptionist gave me another address to visit.

Dr. G is an amazing Doctor! I almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want to share him. He is a kind, caring, gentle doctor who follows up on his patients’ health. He takes the time to listen and discuss health issues. I highly recommend him (but don’t tell anybody!) The staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful in getting you in to see the doctor and also in processing referrals and booking appointments.

Dr. Thaneshan Gurumurthy has been our primary care physician for over a year, during this time we’ve had nothing but good experiences with him and the staff at Markham Kingston medical center. The Doctor has been consistently available and patient with the myriad of issues we’ve had while providing appointments relatively quickly. The staff has been very helpful as well, with appointment follow-ups and documentation. Although we ended up with Dr. Gurumurthy by chance, in hindsight I’m glad we did.

I found Dr. Khanna and her staff really courteous, who know well how to respect and take care of their patients and clients. I already recommended my family members to reach out to this clinic and will continue to do so in future. Being Dr. Khanna gave me peach of mind that my health matter is in safe hands and will be taken care of accordingly. I recommend everyone to start seeing this clinic for any health issue. Last fall I moved to Scarborough and now consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr. Gurumurthi to be my family physician.
As a senior, I truly appreciate Dr. Gurumurthi’s gentle, thoughtful and caring nature.
He is well spoken and a good communicator.
I find him proficient, patient to converse and explain, and thorough in considering what testing is required to have the best picture for assessing courses of treatment. I have needed some referrals recently and the office seems to arrange these quite quickly.

The Markham Kingston Medical Centre is conveniently situated on the south east corner of Kingston Road and Markham with plenty of free parking.
The admin staff, Sumaila and Teena are equally pleasant, polite and friendly.
They also do bloodwork and other testing right in the clinic, so it is very convenient.

Feeling comfortable in seeking medical advise is so important and that is how I feel coming to see Dr Gurumurthi at this clinic.

Dr. Gurumurthi, has been my Doctor for a number of years now. I find that he is a very patient person. The other Doctors I encountered have been very good with dealing with my health needs. The receptionists are very professional and courteous. I'm lucky to have this team. I know a lot of people who can't even find a Doctor right now!

I have been a patient of Dr. A Khanna for the last 6 years. She has been great to my family and me. She is well experienced. She is understanding, sympathetic, friendly and accommodating to her patients. She listens to the patients needs. She looks out for the well being of her patients.
The administrative staff, namely, Tina and Shamara are very friendly, welcoming, helpful, patient and kind. They respect their patients. They are hard working, flexible, dedicated and meticulous in their work. They have outstanding customer service.

Dr. Anuradha Khanna is our family doctor. She always takes the time to listen. She has genuine care and concern for her patients. She is always patient, especially with my daughter. I find her to be wholistic in her approach to health and appreciate this.

I have been with this clinic for well over a decade and I must say, the doctors and staff are amazing here and they most definitely look after you. They go over and above always thank you to all. TINA and Shumaila at the front always have a smile and always look after us.

Dr.khanna is a wonderful, caring and very professional doctor. She is my family doctor for the past 12yrs. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to my family and friends. She is efficient and compassionate.

Dr. Khanna is such a wonderful and relational doctor. I have been going to her since a young teenager and now I bring my little family to her. I would recommend her to anyone as she is so knowledgeable and organized within the framework of her practice. Also, a huge shout out to the lovely front desk staff, who are so approachable and go above and beyond their role.

Dr. Khanna has been my family doctor for over 10 years. As well as being very knowledgeable, she is caring and compassionate. When my late wife was ill, Dr. Khanna worked with the doctors at Princess Margaret to assist in her care. She has looked after my health needs by not only caring directly for me, but also referring me to specialists when necessary, and working with them to provide for my health needs. I am fortunate to have her as my family doctor.

Upon my return to Canada, I needed to find a new family Dr.after my previous Dr.had retired. I have now been a patient of Dr. Anuradha Khanna for just over 2 years.

She has been nothing short of efficient & thorough.
During the Covid lockdown, in particular, I had a number of tests to be conducted. Her directives to the staff regarding requisitions and follow up calls to me were expeditious. I must say, I have consistently received excellent service from Dr. Khanna! Additionally, the staff here are friendly and I have noticed a definite improvement in customer service levels since I have been coming here.

Dr Anuradha Khanna has been my family physician since 2016. She has been very supportive, guiding me through a number of different health conditions over these 4 years. Most recently her thoughtful and timely response to my symptoms secured for me an early cancer diagnosis. I appreciate Dr Khanna's careful approach to understanding my concerns and finding the right diagnosis. I highly recommend her as a family physician.

I am seeing Dr. Khanna since a very long period. I always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received.

Doctor Khanna is the best. She is very kind. She listens and tries her best. Her stuff are very kind too. About the waiting time, for me I have been there many times, and for all these times I only waited for no more than 10 minutes, except only one time I waited for an hour. But that was understandable for me since it is a walk-in. You always have to expect that it could be very busy.

Dr. Arunadha Khanna has been my family practitioner since 2014. She's thoughtful and very knowlegeable. I was diagnosed with liver failure in 2017, and with cancer in 2018. The doctors to whom Dr. Khanna sent me were chairs of their departments at University of Toronto, and every one of them praised her to me. I found her very restful and respectful towards me. It's one thing to have a patient who is happy with the outcome of their disease, and it's another thing entirely when your colleagues respect you and praise you. I've also found the office staff friendly and helpful, even if there is a roomful of sick, tired people coughing and sneezing. I was diagnosed with pneumonia two days ago, and right away appointments were made for me to go for a series of tests and retests. I've literally entrusted her with my life, and I'm so glad that I did.

This is a very busy Place, very busy Family Dr. Specially Dr Khanna. I am going here for past 10 years. Dr Khanna is a very nice Dr and also very professional. Despite being very busy she listens to have to say every time with care and attention. She referrs me to the specific specialist very quickly and I have no trouble getting appointment here. The staffs are also very profesional. They are very busy and always maintain the que wih with care and caution. I recommand anyone who is looking for a family Dr to go see Dr Khanna. She is very nice and caring and most of all, a very good Dr.

Horrible experience waited 2h30min to get a proscription written while the doctor Kanna was on her phone with personal phone calls other patients were irritated as well wait time over 2 hours long, at the end of the day they try not to see you even if you've been waiting

The worst doctor everrrr, she doesnt listen to me when i said my wife is in pain and need medical assistance. Instead she said she doesnt need any medications. On top of that She always in rush, always wants to take more and more patients all the time, dont listen to anything she saysss, dint ask my previous medical history, dint fill in my medical forms. She should be banned. In fact I will also report her to Minitry of health.

I have an appointment on September 6 at 4: 30pm with a cardiologist. I was waiting until 5: 30pm. I had a doubt about their service. Afted waiting an hour I left the clinic. If they cannot maintain time they should not take more patients and waste others time. I saw most of the patients are new comer or new immigrant. So they are taking the advantage and earning money by providing bad service. They know nobody will not say or complain about it. So, I recommend not to go there. It will waste of time.
