I went here with my blind grandma she is diabetic and they made her fast for 10hrs for an ultrasound and she had to wait 30 minutes after her appointment to get into her appointment if I didn’t speak up and ask how long they would’ve forgot about her. The ultrasound lady she looked like Indian her hair was up to her shoulder but she did not assist my grandma as she made me move my grandma different positions and do not want to touch her as an elderly blind person she showed no respect as there was a seat in the front of the room I asked her to move it kindly so I can get my grandma seated and she asked me to do it myself as when my grandma needed to move different positions she got up and just looked at her after knowing she is blind instead of positioning her I was very disappointed I had to tell her multiple times she’s blind and she saw her stick and she was nothing but rude I wish they can have more professionals that can accommodate and be patient and more professional with people with disabilities it’s unfortunate and unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend you bringing your elderly people

I called in to see if the ultrasound did walk-ins, and the receptionist lady said they don't. It turned out it was absolutely no problem because she managed to give me an approximate arrival time a couple of hours later. I told her multiple times on the phone what I needed done and confirmed 3 times while on the phone what it was I needed to do to prep for the test.
When I showed up (25mins early) there were only 3 people in the waiting room, and the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone was at her desk texting on her phone or something and didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes. She was abrupt and not very friendly, first of all. She then proceeds to tell me I was not, in fact, supposed to drink water ahead of time, contrary to what she herself told me earlier that morning. She slaps my requisition on the counter and says vague instructions to get to the room. I end up at the walk-in, not understanding her directions. Luckily one of the receptionists from the walk-in was able to direct me to the correct spot. She apologized for the first receptionist telling me she's always rude.
The lab tech, however, was very pleasant and efficient. She was quick and thorough and we had a nice chat.
I'm not sure if I'd choose to come back to this clinic or not. Definitely not if I had other options, anyways.

Went for an anatomy scan today, asked ultrasound technician before she was done if she knows the gender all I got from her was I’m not sure, too early. I’m 19 weeks and 3 days according to the ultrasound how is it too early. I honestly feel like they either don’t know what their doing or are just plain lazy. Also if your doing ultrasounds before 12 weeks they refuse to give you photos and if you ask them any questions all they tell you is you have to wait to discuss with you doctor, super frustrating! I will now have to go to a private clinic and pay to find out.
