I had my first ultrasound appointment with Markham Woman’s Health Centre and I came 1 hour before my appointment. I had a full bladder that time to prep for the ultrasound. They took me in early which is a relief! The staff are so nice and very professional! I highly recommend this place!

Booked my apt because of the great reviews they received. Making an apt was easy. A reminder was sent prior to the apt. The clinic is clean and modern and looked like they had the state of the art equipment. My appointment was on time and I was out in exactly 10 mins! Rare for a medical appointment. The technician was very quick and did what she needed to, so I can be on my way! Will definitely come back for my future medical requirements.

I’ve been to this office many times, and always had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was very happy with Kiya, who performed my ultrasound. She was so kind, calming and helpful. I was fortunate to have her for two ultrasounds, in two weeks. She made my visit, a very comfortable and calming experience.

I must say my recent visit was a good one. I was a bit late for my appointment and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. The staff at the front desk were much more pleasant and friendly than the ones I dealt with on my last visit.

I was very happy with my visit, mammogram and bone density done the same day. My appointment went without waiting, easy and very professional, I had Elena for technician and she was very nice, soft spoken and she explained every step she was doing in both procedures, she made sure that she has good pictures of the mammogram and at the end she inform me of the reporting times. Place is clean, staff at front desk welcoming, I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a very positive experience at the Markham Women's Imaging Centre. The staff was efficient and experienced. They were on schedule and I only waited a few minutes before they began my tests. The waiting room is quiet and attractive, and the washroom very clean.

I visited the centre on Monday May 2nd for an ultrasound and mammogram. The front desk receptionist was very nice and welcoming! You could hear her "service with a smile" under her mask. My ultrasound technician was very patient with me, and knowledgeable about her profession. The mammogram technician was very nice as well, knowledgeable about her profession and explained the process thoroughly. The experience was great! Everyone was very nice. I will keep returning to this clinic for any future medical examinations.

Text reminder feature was amazing. Kind receptionists. Technician took their time to explain the procedure. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Stellar service all around.

Always a great experience. Have been coming here for years for annual mammogram and this was my first experience at this office for a bone density scan. Was easy, fast and very safe environment. Thank you to all the staff.

Very efficient. Wait time is minimal. The technician is very helpful and friendly. Make you feel comfortable. The reception area is clean. Only the parking is a bit chaotic. But location is easy to find in general.

I went there for my ob ultrasound. I called then before to book it and the staff was friendly and sweet. The technician who helped me was Rose Lee, a super nice lady, she made me feel not so nervous and the process was very fast. After 1 and half hour, my doctor received the report, super efficient! I will definitely go back.

Went there for my ultrasound at 30 weeks. They were great. It was easy to book an appointment via phone. Walked through all the things that were required for the appointment. Didn't have to wait long for the appointment. Technician won't elaborate much on the results, which is the standard but she gave me a nice scan through how the baby was positioned and baby's heartbeat.

Originally had an appointment for April 1 and they were able to get me on a cancellation this week. Front desk staff nice and friendly, mammographer was friendly & efficient.

Karen the front receptionist is the most disrespectful and rude human being I've dealt with in a long time. I am absolutely shocked with how she spoke to us today. Unprofessional in an understatement. Management, consider improving your staff at the front as it reflects directly on your business. Disgusting

Professional, efficient and very helpful. The receptionist was kind enough to let me know when there was a cancellation, so I was able to get an earlier appointment. Ultrasound technician was friendly and ensured that I was comfortable during the test. It was a very smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.

The front desk receptionist her name is Karen is not professional. Was disrespectful to me, and not helpful. The worst thing I am writing this review for is that she insisted that I am lying about my requisition and there was no requisition done!
She told her supervisor over the phone the same in-front of me! Her name is Jessica, and this Jessica told me that I never got a requisition from my doctor!
I can’t imagine how they are putting assumptions, treating customers with no respect, discriminatory and unethical. I can also assume like they did, that they never got any training or perhaps never get any feedback or auditing about their behaviour and that’s why they ended like this. Even more, Karen told Jessica in front of me that she is sorry that the day started like that! Ohhh are they expecting to come to their work and not work!
Or maybe problem solving, being nice, and troubleshooting to help patients is not part of their work!

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience for me being in this clinic. My appointment was at 8 am. First, when I wanted to use the washroom, it was really disgusting, then the person who was doing my ultrasound was very harsh which caused me to have pain for the next two days, then there was an employee or even maybe the owner who was wearing hills which the sound was really disturbing.overall very bad experience,

I went to Markham main st location 08/19/21. My experience was terrific from the receptionist to the technician. I was early which is very much appreciated. After answering a questionnaire I was shortly asked to come in. My technician was very nice and did both my mammogram and my bone density smoothly and quickly. And no paying for parking! Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here often as I am pregnant with twins. The receptionist is great, and also I enjoy having June (ultrasound tech) do all of my ultrasounds. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and knows my baby are growing and moving. She also always gives me pictures and I LOVE that. This is the best place to go for ultrasounds!

Went here a couple of months ago for a mammogram and bone density. Waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes before I went in. Technician very efficient and everything went smoothly. Mammogram machine is in a small room with low lighting and just the technician. Feels a lot more comforting than my doc's clinic which is a bright large room with 2 or 3 people! Will definitely go back to Markham Mammography. Location very clean and modern also. Glad to have found this place!

TERRIBLE experience at this clinic! I had two ultrasounds done here and the technician was unfriendly and rude (she is of an Asian ethnicity). She didn't smile, she didn't engage in conversation, she looked miserable and had a lack of energy. During the anatomical ultrasound, my husband and I opted to find out the gender. The technician made this experience dull and rushed the appointment. My husband asked her some questions and she didn't answer them thoroughly. He also wanted to spend more time reviewing the images of the baby but she gave off a negative energy and brushed us off. As mentioned this happened in both appointments.

My husband and I ended up going to a different ultrasound place called Baby SonoShow in Richmond Hill - the technician Dr. Sami gave us an AMAZING experience! Although you have to pay out of pocket, consider Baby SonoShow for your baby ultrasound - its a time in your life you will want to cherish.

It was my 9: 30 am ultrasound appointment at this clinic. Overall, I am satisfied of their speedy service and prompt greeting when I checked in on time. The clinic clerk was very accommodating with my time and gave me a thorough direction where to park and how to get there. The ultrasound sonographer named Viki she is professional and gentle. I am, happy with this location and patient care service. Will recommend and return again in the future

From the moment I called to make an appointment they were kind and patient. When coming to my appointment, what was supposed to be a 20 minute drive turned into over an hour drive! They were so understanding about it. I came dreadfully late, and the technician stayed half an hour after closing time waiting for me to come! They were totally chilled that I arrived after closing time, and didn't even need my profuse apologies. They were kind and patient throughout and I was overwhelmingly impressed by their calm demeanor even though I was rudely late.
The place is clean, well kept and absolutely beautiful.
