Being to this dental office for a few years now, they have booked me with the same dental hygienist since the beginning. She is very friendly and explained the expectation of dental care on my end (frequency for brushing teeth and flossing). Overall, nice staff and great service received.

Needed a crown and was quoted the price. Went in for the treatment and was told need cleaning first ($400) made next appointment for crown Went in and was told need cleaning first Cleaning #2 another ($400) still no crown. Told must come in again, Went in told I need two crowns. Am I being played? I only make $100 a day and I cannot afford this kind of messing around. I think this clinic is a rip off!

Went for cleaning, first time at this place. Felt the first cleaner snap my upper permanent retainer. The clinician then came in to check the work and I told her my wire was snapped. She checked it and said nothing was there and that I was probably just imagining it. Went to Liberty Orthodontist once everything opened up for the New Year. I walked in January once everything opened back up from the winter break and they told me it was definitely a clean break where they couldn't just cement it they would have to replace the entire retainer and I would have to book a longer appointment that costs $300 (I would like to point out that NS Dental does not have the tools to replace an entire retainer when they break it during a session so I believe they ignored it at the moment in their best financial interest to just ignore their damage). I was going back to my University town that week I had to book it in the summer and by that time a gap had formed in my teeth.

I had left several messages to NS Dental inquiring about them lying concerning my broken retainer. One year passes these people finally call me asking for more money for more cleaning. I ask them why is the only time I hear from them is when they want money and not accountability when I left messages concerning reimbursement. They apparently had no documentation of any of my messages and the manager Victim Blamed me for not doing everything in power to reach out to them, "why didn't you email why didn't you come in, why DID YOU WAIT SO LONG" even though I said several time I did reach out I did tell the clinician when I was at NS Dental during the session they broke it and they denied it all). There is no professional that can look at your teeth and like a detective say "NS Dental did this".

Asking and other practices for "evidence" for your mistakes is NOT STANDARD PRACTICE. Going through every loophole and spinning you in circles so they don't have to take any responsibility or accountability. Crazy how it was my first and only visit with them and they handled it so poorly.

You can tell by the other bad reviews here that when they mess up IT'S BAD and they seem to never have a solution or accountability when they hurt their clients.

This is an awesome place. My whole family has been coming here for the last 4 years and the service is excellent. Can't think of going to any other place. Thanks to the whole team at NS Dental.

Came here for an emergency dental issue on a Sunday. Very kind and quick service. It was the only one that would take. I will definitely return.

I would have to say NS Dental made me so happy after my incident today. I chipped my tooth and i had been in a serious trauma where I needed to find a resolution asap, luckily NS Dental was still open at the time and we had reached at about 7PM. The dentist had filled in my slightly chipped left front tooth and bonded it as well. The process was easy simple and quick I am so happy that this dentist office was quick to operate on me. Deserves 10 stars if I could give it to them. Thank you NS Dental Team

Went to NS Dental once for teeth cleaning and filling (through Seneca college insurrance), after not even a month, the filling part fell off so I need to go back to ask them re-do it. Now after 2 months, my tooth is in so much pain again and need to do root canal. Will never go back here again, it was such a worst experience.

The service was well delivered. The staffs were friendly. My friend and I were picked up and driven there by one of the employee; He even bought us some burgers while we were waiting at the clinic. We did some filling, polishing and cleaning, all of which were covered by our health insurance plan (We’re international students at Seneca College).
Highly recommend guys!

I usually don't care enough to write reviews but this is fraud and they are scamming you for your insurance money.
They do not know what they are doing.
My sister has never had a cavity in her life, they tried to tell her she had multiple cavities and needed jaw surgery and all that.
We went to an Orthodontist and they said her teeth are perfect she has no cavities, absolutely nothing wrong with her.

The staffs are very friendly and enthusiasm, they help me to solve my teeth problem. I like this service.

Highly recommend this place for dental service. The service here was great, the doctors and nurses are very professional and friendly. The hygine was good too. I had my teeth cleaning and filling, they did that very careful and detail, I would recommend to my friends and come back next time.

If I could give NS 0 stars I would. My fillings came out 2 months after they went in while i was flossing. I havevu unsubscribed from their emails multiple times and they continue to market to me. They once tried to give me a filling when I was there for a simple check up as they had mixed me up with another person. They also send someone else's person details to my email even though I have told them multiple times they are sending to the incorrect person. I dont honestly know how they are in business.

At first, the decoration inside the clinic is cute and comfortable. Every equipment is good quality. Secondly, you do not need to spend too much time to check-in. Working fast and productive are the best things that I love to come back here again. Moreover, the clients are very friendly, sense of humor and helpful with every customers. You will not be disappointed with the best service in here.
