Markham Oral Surgery - Dr Benjamin Lin

Just had a small procedure done by Dr. Lin. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and great service. The staff are friendly. I was a bit nervous before going for my procedure, but they were so helpful and reassuring, it really made me feel more comfortable. Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable and highly skillful. The procedure was short and painless. I’m having a great recovery.
On top of that, they have excellent COVID-19 precautions. Felt very safe in their office

I was referred here by Dr. Michael Foo Dentist, and I was a little skeptical at first because I have never been here or heard of this place before. Dr. Benjamin Lin was very helpful in providing information about wisdom teeth removal, and explained very thoroughly which option would suit me best.
I want to especially thank Grace, the assistant who was there yesterday helping Dr Benjamin Lin during the tooth extraction process, she gave me the reassurance needed to calm me down during the entire procedure, as I was really nervous during the surgery (had a bad experience previously with the upper wisdom teeth removal from HTL Dental).
Thank you Dr. Benjamin Lin for making the process as painless as possible and also the reception staff for giving me a follow up call to check how I'm doing. I would recommend this place based on the professional service I have recieved.

Had wisdom teeth and invisalign done here. Consultation was very informative and explained carefully. Very considerate and answered any questions I had.

The staff work very quickly and efficiently at every appointment and I leave with in 20 minutes most times unless otherwise stated. Getting appointments is very easy especially if someone goes wrong and you need to see them ASAP. I can usually get a next day or even same day appointment depending on what needed to be done.

All the staff are very friendly and caring. The environment is very clean.

Dr. Lin is definitely the best oral surgeon in the GTA! I went to Dr. Lin to have my wisdom tooth removed as many of my friends and family recommended him. It was a difficult surgery as my tooth was completely crooked and growing into the side. However, Dr. Lin was able to do the surgery so quickly and so effortlessly. He got my wisdom tooth out painlessly and my recovery was amazing that by the next day, I was already eating regularly. All the staff are so sweet and caring at his office, including the receptionists and dental assistants. If you are looking for someone for your oral surgery needs, I would highly recommend Dr. Lin without a doubt!

I had a very traumatic experience at the dentist when I was very young and going to any dentist gets me very anxious. Even going to see my sister who is also a dentist, I would be nervous. Needless to say I was on edge when going to see Dr. Lin for an extraction. It’s been a long time since my last extraction without sedation. Let me tell you now. I was overly worried over nothing. Kathy the dental assistant did a fabulous job of keeping me calm and looking after me. She did her job perfectly from initial meet and greet to post follow up instructions. The actual extraction done by Dr. Lin was AMAZING! That was the exact same word I said out loud, 2 seconds after he said it was done. Whole procedure was quick and professional. Dr. Lin is the go to oral surgeon for your oral surgery needs. I actually had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lin about a decade ago too. That experience and result was also top notch and very positive. If you see Dr. Lin, then you too will be saying “Amazing” as well!

The Markham Oral Surgery is tidy, staff are professional and courteous.

Dr. Lin is professional and knowledgable about Facial Pain and Myofascial Pain Disorders and provided non invasive remedies to curb further deterioration.

He shown patience and carefully explained maintenance and care tips to general well being and better quality of life.

Dr. Lin and his team were amazing from start to finish. A high risk surgery - Dr. Lin took the time to arrange his schedule to fit me in, explain every detail of the procedure, and prepare me mentally and physically.

His team were as engaged and responsive as he was, and took care to ensure that I was comfortable and informed at all times.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lin! I just had one wisdom tooth removed by Dr Lin last week. I was worried at first as I visited other dentists before and I was told that the tooth was at a weird position. Dr. Lin was very nice and professional, explained the procedure clearly during the consultation, and made my worries go away. After the procedure, I recovered within 2 days with minimal pain and swelling compared to my earlier experiences.

Great service and staff, very professional. My procedure went flawlessly with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend Dr Lin.

Horrible surgeon. Misaligned my jaw and elevated my TMJ pain more. I came to him for wisdom teeth removal not really sure what was causing the pain. He did a procedure without aneathestic & left my jaw open for 30-45 mins without relaxing my jaw. He knew I had muscle problems and extracted my Wisdom teeth anyways. Im a singer who now suffers from lock jaw, deviation and nerve damage. Im 19 years old and dependant on pain medication. Good job Dr. Benjamin Lin, next time give your patients at least 5 mins of your time to talk to them if they’re paying you $1000 to do YOUR JOB. He turned me away and never even looked me in the eyes when explaining to a scared 18 year old and her mother the process. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

I hada cracked and infected tooth. I was seen by Dr. Lin about a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Lin is an excellent oral surgeon and I am very pleased to see how patiently he took the time to explain the needful to be done and gave me all the options and procedure to be done. I have decided to go with an option of doing an implant. My surgery was done last week. I could not believe that my tooth was extracted and born graft was done absolutely without any pain. Thanks to Dr. Lin for giving me a very pleasant experience also thankful to his friendly staff for been very supportive throughout the process and the follow ups. Dr. Lin is professional and has very friendly personality. I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone that need a good Oral Surgeon. You will never regret.
