Extremely unprofessional and impolite receptionist and technician. The technician checked for one minute and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Avoid this location by any chance. Wouldn’t go there if my preferred location has spot. No surprise there are so many negative reviews and such a low rating at this location.

My wife and I went there today. The appointment was booked for 30 minutes but the technician didn’t spend even less than one minute with my wife and asked us to come back next time.

Clean space and friendly front desk staff. Very thorough with the ultrasound I got done. Giving it a 3 star to share and remind ultrasound techs, especially the one that did my ultrasound to please be careful with your indirect questions. They were insinuating and judgemental. I left the office feeling uneasy about my own health and the health of my baby without you even sharing any details about the ultrasound. Please as a reminder be kind with our words. You don't know me so please don't judge me.

I was a bit apprehensive given the bad reviews on here, and I don't leave reviews often, but I have to say I had a great experience.
From everyone I dealt with on the phone, to the tech and even the student, they were all lovely. I had a very early appointment for an anatomical ultrasound and was greeted by the receptionist. I never got the name of my ultrasound technician, but she was so pleasant and asked me throughout if I was ok. The student was also very engaged and happy to point out baby's features.
It's a real shame when a few bad apples spoil the bushel.

Horrible wait times even in the mornings when there is no one ahead of you! 30 mins wait for an ultrasound is way too much! Needs a lot of improvement.

The receptionists here are VERY RUDE. They are not considerate and do not give guests the correct information over the phone. Instead of attending to their patients they sit in the office and make their patients wait outside in the corridor while they chat with each other after lunch time is over. DO NOT COME HERE, if you can go and get a prenatal ultrasound or fertility services somewhere where they are courteous and hospitable.
