Horrible experience. Took my parents to this clinic and they told us the wait period was 4hours due to one Doctor. If there is one Dr. And you see him being behind don't take any patients. Secondly, honestly very rude behavior from the secretaries and Dr. Tarun. I understand when immigrants who have language barrier we as Canadians shouldn't take advantages upon they weakness and behavior poorly towards them. Clinic is awfully rude and people who are suppose to be "nurses" should not give medical "advise"

Dr. Tarun is great, if you can actually see him.
The front desk staff are inefficient, argumentative and prioritize aggressive Bengali patients who come in and demand service right away. I watched a client come in an hour after me, inform the staff that he missed his appointment THE DAY BEFORE and bullied the staff into letting him bypass the line. At that point, I had been waiting two hours, there was an elderly lady waiting for three and a mother with a toddler waiting three hours.
I also watched the receptionist tell two new clients that the Dr had asked them to stop taking patients but "I'll just put you in". They saw the Dr before all of us waiting three hours.
When I spoke to the receptionist, she tried to tell me I'm wrong, except that I'm fluent in Bengali and understood their conversation perfectly, in addition to multiple others that were unprofessional and inappropriate.
Previously, I visited a female Dr at this clinic who took a personal call during my visit and then discussed my case with the person on the phone. Again, in Bengali because they think I didn't understand.

Hi, Friday I went walk in clinic to see any Doctor. Can't remember his name, gave me antibiotics for my cough, covered under my insurance. But cough syrup he prescribed me, was over the counter.
Dr.should tell me first before he prescribed any medications over the counter. When my insurance covers everything, why do I need to pay? I talked to pharmacy, and they said Dr always give this cough syrup to others.what a business policy.
I hope Dr Tarun or his team will see this post and will talk to that doctor.

This is the worst clinic. They gave you appointment. If you see the doctor 1 hour later than appointment time, your lucky

Doctors are nice but front disk ask for money 65 $ each vist, even if you have IFH. The clinic makes thousands excuses to convince patients that their IFH is not working and they need to pay money. I am very surprised why these clinics aren't not being monitored by Government.

Quick service and wonderful doctor. Pharmacy and diagnostic imaging clinic is very close. Very convenient.

I am giving 3 star because of clinic staff, otherwise my doctor
is always 5 star. Front desk staffs are very rude, they never pick up your phone, and if fortunately they pick up, they talk like they doing you a favor, why it is like that? My family Doctor is there long time, I never get a properly trained front desk staff here, what so wrong if you talk with a patient nicely and with patience? I am also a health care provider working in medical field for longtime. We learned how to deal with a patient when you are under stress also. We are in Canada, you cant forget about that. My family doctor is great in this place, but staff!

Its a shame for my community if we cannot serve our patient nicely, if you work in healthcare, doesn't matter how busy you are you have to be nice and patience.that is the first rule to work in healthcare.otherwise don't work, stay at home, or in a different setup, But you will be same for sure where ever you work. I want management to take a look in this matter. OR It will be a issue to complain to Health Canada

Doctor was friendly and welcoming which was a nice experience. However, said it would take too long to write a referral for a psychiatrist and that I would have to see a family doctor.
Went to another clinic and got the referral in less than 5 minutes.
The initial doctor didn't even ask me what I needed to see a psychiatrist for, if it was urgent, etc. If I took her advice, it could have prolonged my wait by several months.

This used to be the place to go before Covid. During and after Covid it’s the last place to go. Dr Tran, you need more competent office staff who are not just there for a paycheque. I still need to report the lack of care from your female doctor. This is real life not a tv show. When your patients ratio falls it’s too late. Correct the mess now. You lost 6 people from this family who will not be back.
