I recently visited your walk-in clinic and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was asked if I had booked my appointment online, and when I replied that I had not, I was turned away and told to book online. I was surprised by this, as I thought a walk-in clinic was meant to accommodate patients without prior appointments. This experience left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, and I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking immediate medical attention.

Every time that I have an appointment with Dr Lee, I have to wait at least 30 minutes, they book appointments almost at the same time and put patients to wait in different rooms, always very bad experience

Update: well, my husband went into the clinic to book an apt for me because once again, you cant get through by calling. I was given a "phone call" apt to refill a perception for Saturday between 2-3pm. THE Dr. NEVER CALLED! This is terrible!
Original post: You can NEVER get through calling the clinic. The line is always busy & IF someone actually answers you are immediately put on hold until you give up because they never come back. They have an online booking system - I've attempted to use this 3 times now & no one ever calls back to book an apt. They say they have 48hrs to return your request - I'm still waiting. I've had to go into the clinic twice now to actually book an apt with my Dr.

Literally THE WORST clinic. So poorly run that no one knows what is going on. My mom and I both got phone calls to come between 10-4 to the walk in clinic. We arrive to be told that we were suppose to call for an appt in the morning but they DON'T answer the phones. And neither of us received those instructions. I am in desperate need of finding another family doctor for my 80 year mother because this place should not be open. The receptionists have no clue about anything. The most frustrating place. And we are not the only patience describing this, even amongst the patients sitting and waiting. It is also in need of renovations.

If I could have given a lesser score I would have the receptionist is not professional in any way shape or form the doctor is great but your gona have bite your tongue while in here

Dr. Le is a very good physician. I know reception can be very busy so be prepared for impatient receptionists. They're doing their best.

Just once it would be nice for the reception to be nice and not hostile to my question on seeing my family doctor.

Was at the clinic yesterday and heard some screaming voice inside the clinic.only 1 staff at the reception and she managed to deal all patients.she is very nice and very kind.

The worse receptionist ever! They will get mad at you right away when you ask some information and it happened to me to 4 calls with different receptionist.sometimes they put you on hold for like 30 to 45 minutes.i dont think its fair for all patients who wants to inquire their Lab test results, Doctor's schedule and appointments

0 stars if possible. You can't see a doctor at this clinic.

The past three times I've gone to get walk-in service, I did not get seen. Do yourself a favour and go sit in a waiting room elsewhere than coming here.you will see a doctor faster for the care you need!

Went once and was told patients with appointments would be jumping the queue of walk-in patients.

Another time I went late in the afternoon after work and it closed early.

Finally, despite being a walk-in clinic, they do not provide service to walk-in patients on long weekends.

Horrifying, shocking and traumatizing. STAY AWAY. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with the authorities, this type of treatment will not be tolerated.

I like the clinic. DR Chen she is perfect.patient，kind and always give me right diagnose.but I dont like receptionist。one of them is so rude.blame me my accent.

The receptionist has such a sexy voice and her voice reminded me of a recent
call girl I had spoken to. Last time I'd walked in and she had her v-neck on and I could see her cleavage and I need to ask her number!

I've been going to this clinic since it opened, so I've been seeing Dr. Shih since I was a child (I'm now 23). He's always been patient and very understanding. I don't understand what people are saying about the front desk staff, they've always been nice. They're always able to squeeze me in for an appointment whenever necessary.

Dr. Chen is great, listens to concerns and follows up on everything. I have never had a problem with front staff. Always get appointment within same day or next day, physical appointments booked next week, not months in advance like some offices.

Been going there since day 1; from age 6 and am now 22. Dr. Shih is great, Dr. Ing is great. Have never had a problem with reception, and I don't judge their character if they can't fit me in, because I understand it's a doctor's office with a lot of patients and they are busy.

Worst clinic ever. Annual physical appointment got cancelled without notification and I can’t get a walk in doctor to simply write me a note to get it done in a lab. Front desk is rude and full of bs. I have been coming to this clinic since high school and this is really unacceptable. What a waste of time.

Not even 1 star! Receptionist is hired by the owners. It should give you the first impression of the place where you you step in. If their philosophy and customer service is same - I am glad, I was rudely sent out today. Their website says they are walk in clinic. When I came I was told with a very bad attitude, that they are not. I was told that they do not have time to update the website. There was only 1 patient in the waiting room, when I asked if it would be possible to see my very ill daughter, they refused. Is this really only a business? Soon they will have zero patients in the waiting room! Shame on them!

First time visit. Before I'm a little bit nervous since they only got 2 stars. But the experience is extremely satisfying.

The front staff is terrible. They leave the phone off the hook so you can't get in touch to make an appt. They are rude and angry all the time for no reason. The doctor who used to work out of that clinic was great but the only way I was able to make an appt.is if I went in person. I have since switched to another clinic, wherein the front staff is delightful and are always trying to accommodate to a patient's busy schedule.

The doctors that I've seen here are good, especially Dr. Chen. She is caring and listens to everything that you say. However, the receptionists are very rude and it's like they're mad at you because you're making them do their jobs. Over the phone (if they even pick up in the first place), they constantly sound angry and annoyed, and if you're talking to them in person, they don't even seem to want to pay attention to you. Overall, the service from the doctors is good, but just having to get through the receptionists makes the overall experience a whole lot more unpleasant.
