Went there today.
Nobody offers to help with anything.
Asked for a shoe size and the guy in the shoe department told me to go and look on my own instead of offering to help. Size was not available that’s why I asked for help.

Left and went to Mr safety shoes. They have all your costumers. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at this place.

Not stocked with sale items. Slow cashing out. One bright light was a staff member that was very helpful.

Great experience today putting together some clothing for an upcoming Alaskan Cruise. Assistant manager Joanne (Joe) was phenomenal! Have been shopping at Mark's for many years and today again too shelf.

Cartharts aren't good enough quality for their price. Coming from a hard worker, working and wash machines kill Cartharts more than basic jeans. Cartharts have become fad clothes not suitable for the working man. $99 bucks for a pair of working pants? Get real.

I went for a mans winter coat for which i was sold a womans winter coat. The sales rep needs a refresher on clothing i guess.

I bought boots today at Mark's in the RioCan Centre in Kingston. A woman made helpful suggestions, and zipped around to recommend good options for my needs. She mentioned that she works there, but was not on shift today. She then helped another customer on her day off. Thank you, Betty! Absolutely fantastic "over-and-above" kindness and helpfulness. "Jon, " another staff - who was on duty - was equally cheerful and helpful to everyone. I left with excellent boots and a steep discount - to boot.:)

High quality clothing and work gear - you pay a little more, but it's worth the price. I always keep an eye out in the flyers for clearance items. I've picked up some shirts that were regularly $34.99 for $12.99. Also great deals on jeans if you wait for the right sales. Will most certainly buy again.

Today Marks Work warehouse says it's a store wide "buy one get one 50% off". It is not! I just went to buy Scrubletics.they're not included in the sale!

Whoever runs this store, does so very poorly. Unfortunately after coming to Mark’s for years as a business owner, this store has effectively put me off from walking into any Mark’s locations for any future purchases. You’ve lost one loyal customer’s support and money.

Went to buy a spring coat. Not too much to choose from and not very well organized. Clothes all over, not by style, color or sizes.

Clothing all over. Spring clothes in different racks, not by size or color, just misplaced. Service wasn't bad.

I called today asking for a copy of a receipt for safety shoes that were purchased in August 2020,4 months ago. Lindsay took the time to collect my information and quickly got back to me with the great news. She was able to find the receipt so now I am able to resubmit a claim through my workplace to get reimbursed for my safety shoes. What great customer service, I will definately be going back to Mark's in the Riocan Centre for my next purchase. Thanks Lindsay, you are great.

Store was very clean. The staff had to be found for help but with a little search I found someone. I had to return clothes first and there wasn't any problem. I'm going back!

It's my go to store for me and my husband mainly because the quality of the clothing is excellent. At busy times of the year it can be difficult to catch the eye of an associate but a little patience goes a long way. Whenever I've needed help the ladies that assisted me went above and beyond to find the items I was looking for. My only wish is that they would order more men's jeanspants in a 36 inch length. I have a tall guy with long legs and the selection is slim and sometimes none to find jeans for him without having to order online.

Joanne was a big help replacing a pair of Wind River socks that had worn through within a month.

Ordered some clothing online for my wife for Christmas. Had the orders delivered to my local store for pickup and the staff made everything so super easy and quick.

They have nice clothing, But nobody came to greet me or nobody came over to see if I needed any help.

Always excellent clothes but my only comment, they try to pack too much merchandise that it's hard to move around when the store has a good number of customers.

Unorganized store and hard to find what you need! Staff are friendly but aren't always available to help when needed! Some things are quite pricey!

A nice store with good quality clothing. Some prices might be a tad high, but overall competitive. They have a great selection of work boots with very competitive prices.
