Very clean store. Very polite staff. The inventory was mixed more than last time, browsing in what I thought was the mens section and hit a rack of women's sweaters. Not sure if this is the future of shopping but it wasn't my personal preference. Could not find any dressier mens shirts, only sweaters, golf and t- shirts. (Didn't check the women's section though.) Footware selection seemed to stop at size 10 or 11. Didn't find anything I went in for.
Ok product selection helpful staff Not the most knowledgeable majority of staff in regards of product knowledge, references to comparable alternative options, or available replacement items bye suppliers. Nice retail locations
I have to drive all over sudbury to find the shirt I need in medium, then there never seems to be enough staff at the cash register. It's almost like this aisle of junk while I wait is specifically put here while the cashier plays 21 questions with each customer.in some unethical mind game to squeeze more money out of customers.
Stop soliciting me for a donation. I do not want to participate in your rewards program, I shouldn't have to give my email address to buy a work shirt.
Just give me the product and take my money, I have a life that doesn't revolve around staring at hats and socks while I watch transactions take an unreasonable amount of time.
I came to this location to return a pair of winter boots which I had only worn once, for not very long and they were worn indoors. The cashier looked at the boots and wasn't sure what to do so they ask for assistance. The second employee took a look, said they could probably be returned but wanted another opinion. The second employee spoke with a manager and very quickly returned saying the boots could not be accepted because they were too worn out. I decided to go to the South End Mark's and they accepted the boots right away without issue. I will not be returning to this location again.
So helpful. They staff here are all great and know thie product thoroughly well. Though I wish they had more bib/overall style seection in snowpants. None available for women.
This store has such a nice selection of products. It's big inside and staff are helpful. It's not just for work clothes like I once thought. They've got Silver Jeans (they fit very well and I have had a hard time finding them in Sudbury) as well has some very nice clothing. Its one of my favorite stores.
My son got a pair of HiTech Altitude hikers at 25% off. These are great boots even for winter. I couldn't find the Wigwam hiking socks I had bought at the Hanmer location here, so a little bummed out as I wanted to take advantage of the 25% promotion. Very clean and spaced out. Will keep checking.
Had a great experience shopping here! Went there to buy a pair of work boots. The staff was able to assist me in finding what was best for my needs. Even when I forgot to buy the protector spray and had to go back, and a different shift was on, the experience was yet again very helpful! I highly recommend this store!
The clothes I ordered are fantastic. Just slow today but no biggie. I wasn't in a hurry. Still great. There was no 4.5 so didn't no if I round up or down. Thats all.
Was there simply for a curbside pick up for an online order. Process was seamless and prompt but look forward to the day of dealing with their friendly staff on a more personal basis
Would give negative stars if I could. Staff is rude and unwilling to help with phone inquiries. Recommend going to Sudbury South location on Long Lake rd. Much better service.
In the store for an hour and NO staff around to help. Get to the cash, wait in line while cashier is busy chatting it up. Couldn't find sizes we needed but hard to ask if they have more in the back when floor staff is hiding somewhere. And no it was not busy so it should have been easy to find help.
New Sudbury store manager and staff went out of there way to help me with my warranty on work boots due to covid they extended my warranty outstanding job thanks
Have no idea what they are doing here, waited for a hour after a man sent us to the wrong place. Was a pointless trip go to any other Mark's but this one.
I was at Marks shopping for winter boots. A sales associate named Kyle provided me with all the info I needed to make the right purchase. He was so knowledgeable! Great experience!
This the only place for me to shop for men's casual and work clothing. The quality is great with the many brands they have chosen to stock. I haven't been disappointed yet and I've been clothes shopping here for years.
Was at Mark's work wearhouse today. I was trying to find a sizing comparison from ladies to mens in winter boots. Steve was working in that area and provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond even after I said don't worry about it. I was very appreciative with the assistance.also the cashier was great too.could not see name on her nametag.but was nice to have conversation checking out!
Bought some Dakota work boots in March. I sit at a desk the majority of the day but need the safety toes for when I go in the office. Boots are already worn so dad down in the heals that they are falling apart. Unacceptable. I have had these for 166 days. They will not warranty because I have had them for more 100 days. It is obvious product failure and not abuse, I have had many boots last much longer at the same workload. In the future I will be purchasing work boots from somewhere that stands by their products. Unbelievable. Mark’s has lost a decades old customer because they have chosen to sell this sub par product and make profit over selling a quality product that will last more then 5 and a half months of sitting at a desk.
Mark's is sadly just about my number one clothing supplier. Either I have no fashion sense or they're just a really good option for a lazy male shopper. Either way, three thumbs up for Mark's!
