Well, i wanted to return boots which i Havent even wore and used. Like no scratches, no finger print and nothing. The manager was super rude and so was the cash

Mt partner was trying to return his work boots and he had not had them for more then 1 month and the cashier at the marks location at Greenbank and strandherd was quite rude and had loads of attitude.
MAlso, their products are not good quality mightb as, well by from Canadian tire.

The store / staff are good. Never ever had complaints, but the stock continually changes and there is a noticeable decrease in product quality. I used to come here for most of my clothing but in the last few years the good brands have been dropped in favor of Denver Hayes brands. Even that has changed. For about a year they would have ok quality DH stuff but that's getting worse as well. Unknown brands are appearing and the good stuff is hard to find.

My Husband is always finding it hard to get clothes in his size he is tall and a little husky he wears 4x Or 5x went to Mark's in Barrhaven for the first time and found so many options.
Also the fabulous lady at the cash made my day

Nice staff, ready to help. But difficult store to move around, lots of narrow isles. Couldn't imagine trying to get around if you had accessibility issues or a stroller.

The best store for working clothes. Always carrying high quality. I have been a customer for many years now.

Was in the store on the weekend. Great deals and great quality. There was also a learning opportunity for my son. While waiting in line at the cash an employee was leaving. The employee had to open her coat and bag to prove she wasn’t stealing anything. I turned to my son and told him never work for someone that treats their employees like thieves.

Mark's has the best choice of work and casual activewear for Men and women. Unfortunately, the individual stores always have a limited selection of items on hand. If you are sure on your sizing most items can be ordered with delivery in a reasonable time frame.
