We were there to buy some clothes but the old lady in the store was saying to herself in loud voice that (if you are using the cloths then put them back and fold them on the rack) I think that’s what I’m paying the marks if I buy something from there! Great service from the bottom.
It was a very bad experience. Customer service was not good at all the salesperson i visited today (Wednesday march 22,2023) in the evening at 2.30 was very rude. She without even knowing who kept the clothes unfolded yelled at us and said i am not your mother i am not here to do that work they have to put it back on the place they were brought i means then why the salesperson is there just for collecting money i am not the salesperson i am customer not a person working over there they have to that work i am not supposed to be i guess as i am not getting paid for keeping it back to their original place i dont the location of each and every corner of that place so please teach the stuff to respect the customer otherwise there is no late for the store to close. I was buying the jackets but due to this way of talking i just restricted myself from buying it. So, at the end learn how to talk to customer otherwise come to indian local shops as well as branded shops you will learn how customer and seller have relationship. Stupid marks people learned some decency as u have reach a age which already know to talk
The past few times I have gone the customer service was lacking. Also they seem to like closing early and locking the doors. They told me the cash registers where down and not working. Seems like they do cash out early and not let customers in after that.
Not sure whats happened here, but I was a loyal customer up until six or so months ago. The customer service used to be great but is now lacking in all areas. The employees act like you don’t exist, and won’t let you use gift cards. The store is a mess and all of the items are mixed up. I will be contacting corporate, each of the last few times I’ve visited this store it’s gotten worse.
I have to be honest, I'm starting to realize that I basically have to make my Mark's purchases online. Every time I try to go into the store, they either don't have what I am looking for or just don't have it in my size.
Such a difference in the last time I was there. No one offered to assist me. Cashier was polite but not very friendly. Wanted my receipt emailed to me and didn't offer. When I asked I was told it was to late.
I was very happy with the Service provided I was Happy with the customer service. Thank you for helping me out. I also love all there clothes my husband went and got work boots and was helped immediately I Highly recommend that everyone checks this store out **********
Staff were awesome. Helped me with what ever I needed then, found what I wanted they didn’t have so they found store that did and showed me how to get there definitely above and beyond from these staff
