Mark's

I love going to marks for all of their different brands, hence why i went on boxing day, in the afternoon around 3pm, to take advantage of their sales. Now, there was a misleading sign for one of their promotions so when i went to the cash i asked and showed the cashier the sign. She started explaining very rudely that i was in the wrong and that the discount wont be applied to my items. Very calmly, i told her that they shouldn’t be putting up signs on items that are not discounted. She then proceeded to ROLL HER EYES at me. I confronted her about it, and she just agreed that she had just rolled her eyes at me. I told her that I understand that boxing day is a big day for employees and that it is a lot for them, but that she didn’t need to be disrespectful to me when i was just asking questions about their ongoing sales. I really wish i could’ve gotten her name but unfortunately I did not.

Had another ignorant experience today with the same cashier we had a negative encounter with prior. Fahmida (from the receipt) left us frustrated again. As we purchase a lot of goods from marks for our family business we have normally been satisfied. My wife had bought be a handful of work jeans. Had to bring one pair back because of the wrong size and unfortunately she did not have the receipt with her. Fahmida insisted that they don’t do any refunds without receipt or even a store credit. Store credit would have been great. The website states different. This time today we brought up a discounted coat. It had 2 cleanace stickers on it. One said $69 the other right beside said $29. Not knowing the $1 was covered as anyone else would have thought the same. I tried telling her. She literally tried to ignore me. Her assistant beside here joked unless you want to pay $129. Very upsetting that this is acceptable. Do better. There are a lot of other choices especially in days like today.

Love this place, whatever cloth you need for your work place and environment they have it all. They have an awesome customer service, they make your shopping fast convenient and easy!

I went to this location today and it was not yet closed. There were still 7 minutes remaining for the closing time but an employee working there direct said that we are closed in a rude behaviour. That was totally unexpected as I have been shopping from Mark’s most of the time but this time they really ruined it! Would not prefer going there anymore. Need to improve customer service.

Went for mens slippers and staff approached us rather than having to hunt down someone.

Good selection in a nice clean store.

Staff at the counter were very pleasant, but they always have been.

Did not find what I was looking for the 1st time so came back 2 days later. Found what I wanted as a bit more stock was out.

Banan was amazing she saved the day i called 3 times and no one was able to help me till i spoke with banan i lost my drivers license and she was able to find it in time for my road trip

Large store and very busy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cash lineup moved quickly. Not all items were in stock.

The staff here was very friendly and always willing to help. The store was kept very clean and tidy. They seemed short staffed, especially around the change room area but shopping was still manageable.

I bought two pairs of the same boots, about a year ago (different colours). One pair had the stitching let go on the toe, the young lady saw the defect and replaced the boots. No muss, no fuss, top customer service.

Mark's very good place to shop and a very polite to help you at the same time and good price too my last shoes last me two year not bad and he's very good stuff

They used to sell quality. Now they got rid of all the competition and replaced really nice work boots with their Dakota knock off versions. Used to be a great store for construction clothing. Now their adds are only missing Derek Zoolander

Called today to ask if I could get into the store to buy winter work clothes which is in my opinion something pretty essential. Was told I need a business voucher to come in. Asked if there was any way they could let me in anyways because I really needed the clothes.they would not let me in so I guess I'll just freeze to death or take my money somewhere else.seriously this Covid thing is getting out of hand.priorities are not at the right places and people are getting neglected

Fairly nice place. Greeted very kindly when I walked in. Place seemed nice and organized. Lost a star because I could not find any assistance. Other than that the place was clean and tidy

I love the place, the inventory but always have the same problem when trying to leave. A dozen people in line waiting and the line moves very slowly. Cashiers are too friendly and discussed current world affairs instead of getting the people out of the door. I nearly left my entire cart full of items because I couldn't take it anymore.
When you're in a rush the last thing you want to hear someone laughing and really taking their time.

This location is understaffed!

I spent 20 minutes in line while the lady in front of me was trying to add her email to her account, the young lady behind the cash seemed to think it was fine not to call for another attendant.

I ended up leaving my purchase and walking out because my lunch break was over.

Not happy, they were Marking UP products. I went in grab some work jeans only to find they were charging more then there advertised price.

Awesome service! They are very organized and great at handling the COVID-19 shopping experience. I felt very safe and would return to shop there anytime! Congrats!

The product is excellent at very affordable prices. I want to acknowledge everyone at this location as they sanitize the countertop and debit machines after each customer. I don't see this taken places at other retailers or grocery stores.

Mark's has a wide assortment of well-made clothing, and boots, gloves etc. Too much to list here.
We have been there many times to purchase items, it's a great chain of stores!

I've been to this store a few times now. It's usually pretty difficult to get a staff member to help you. Today was no exception. I did run into an older gentleman who was very helpful. I found a good pair of boots that are comfortable, stylish, and (as far as I can tell) rugged enough to last. I do find that 25% is not that great of a deal for boxing day/week.
