Mark's

This place is a disaster. I went almost two weeks after boxing day and it still looked like a tornado went through.

The staff do not greet you when you come in the store. If you need help with something, the staff ignore you. If you try to get the attention of the staff, they pretend like they did not hear you and keep doing what their doing. If you finally get someone to help you they have a bad attitude. Worst service I have ever seen. They should close this store. I recommend that people go the Oshawa store on Gibb Street. AVOID THIS STORE.

It's nice neat place and well organized easy to find what you looking for. And their salesperson are very nice and help full.

Went to purchase a lunch cooler bag that will accommodate large containers & Mark's has a great selection in 2 different areas. Both small & large soft body coolers. Great quality items as always. The staff walked past a couple times but nobody asked if assistance was required or even any type of greeting.

I went to this Mark's with a voucher from work that covers the full product. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for the taxes on the product. I've been using vouchers from work for many years so this was new to me. I ended up traveling to a location in Scarborough where the voucher covered everything, no hassle. This was a huge inconvenience to me cause I had to go to another location for the same product for absolutely no reason.

Andre helped me find the right boots for my trade quickly with no stress. He took time to ask me questions about the work I do to make sure I got the correct boots. Thanks Andre! CTC needs more employees like you.

The cashier punched in a higher price than tagged. When questioned he replied: " it doesn't matter.you still get the 40% reduction". I gave up.

I hate to say that because I like their merchandise but it's the worst service I have experienced in a long time. I couldn't find anyone to help me. I left with empty hands. It's not much different at any other stores either.
Too bad.

I went to Mark's in Pickering on Brock Road to buy a pair of jeans during the Black Friday Sale on November 21,2022. I ended up buying four pair of excellent quality jeans! I purchased four dark blue jeans. I bought two dark blue relaxed fit and two a different style fit dark blue jeans. I tried the four pair of jeans for about 45 minutes. I walked around in them at the store and the jeans were a perfect fit on me. The Customer Service was excellent! I asked to use the change room and I found the right sizes and I felt very comfortable at the store! I Highly recommend Mark's Store in Pickering for their excellent quality of clothes, in my case, excellent quality jeans! I saved $85 during the Black Friday Sale! The Customer Service was excellent! I took as long as I needed to try the jeans on and I walked around in the jeans at the store to make sure that the jeans were comfortable! A+ for excellent customer service at Mark's in Pickering and A+ for their excellent quality clothes, jeans! Thank you

Staff is very friendly and helpful but unfortunately they no more carry large variety of boots as they used to have.

Staff was preoccupied with everything but helping the customers. Instead of hanging around the front cash, help your customers. Besides the inadequate customer service, they have a large selection of sizes for all types of work boots.

Took back a Christmas gift no receipt and they give me no hassle, full refund and give me a 25 percent discount on my new purchase.
