I don't know this place used to be different. I still enjoy shopping here. And staff is friendly but the store seems so jammed with stuff. You really need time to find what you're looking for.

The advertise in store sales that are already expired and only let you know at the register that those sales are no longer valid. Shady business practice

This place on Hwy 7 is a joke. Don't look for assistance because if you do finally find someone you're getting in their way.
Stuff is crammed in so you tight and sloppily that it's difficult to find anything. Speak loudly at the cash otherwise you'll be paying for something that you said that you didn't want

I can not believe the amazing customer service I received at this location. Sales representative's name I believe was Naomi. She addressed me right away and asked if I needed assistance, but was so polite and helpful in helping me find the jacket I was looking for. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the products they carry, it made the stress of finding the right jacket for me super simple. Thank you again for the friendly and helpful assistance.

Mark's offers a great deal of opportunities to shop for your clothing across all seasons. You get virtually all you want in this store. Prices are fairly moderate, and you sure get value for your money. The location alongside other shops and/or outlets makes it a lot cooler. You should be here!

I asked them for heated socks. They said they had them in the back but no one is willing to go and look for it. Horrible customer service!

Pointless to visit here for in-store shopping. Most items are limited stock so you're better off ordering online. No need to come in to look at items that were never here. It makes the shopping experience something akin to a barely legal bait-and-switch. Not the first time I have been disappointed by this technique, but it's likely the last time I'll bother to visit the store. I can stay home and comparison shop online, so I guess I'll buy something from a competitor. So long Mark.

Great deals on winter clothes for the office. Walked out spending $200 but got a ton of nice shirts and sweaters for the winter.

The worst customers service I ever had. I ordered from them and it has been almost 3 weeks and I still didn't received it. Do your self a favor and don't order from them if they have it in their stock take it otherwise don't order because you have to call them every day

Ordered a pair of safety shoes for curb side pickup the were IN STOCK at this location. It’s been 3 days my order is somehow still not ready for pick-up. Either update your computer system/stock software or don’t allow me to only order from items that are “in stock”. Safety shoes are required for my job and if I wanted to wait I would have ordered something the wasn’t in stock.

Horrible customer service on the phone by Cindy. She was rude and didn’t want to help on anything. Very abrupt and mean spirited.

In the store there is a wide variety of items for day-to-day work, there are also casual and sports items, the store is very clean and they respect social distancing. All the items are in their places and there is enough stock of the items.

FLOORED with their lack of customer service. Basically yelled at me for trying to return a pair of work pants and knee pads. Told me it's not possible until I told them Hillcrest did it for me a couple weeks ago. They wouldn't manually refund the money manually and said it's not possible which is crazy. I even had the email confirmation printed out with the name of the credit card used. Sandy was very disgruntle and was talking to me like I was a 2 year old who just did something really bad. Before leaving I told her and her manager Sam that she should talk to people with a bit more respect. Sam tells me "she's not your staff but mine" and asked me to leave. How he got a manager title is beyond me! Customer or not, no one should be talked to in a negative tone.
