Lots of product space. Nice clifftop location. Good quality brands available for a price. Staff can be helpful. The parking lot needs more shade. Sales are subject to specifics not mentioned. Spent a long time shopping for boots beside a boots sale sign. They then told me that my boots were not part of the boot sale.

To put it simply, I needed new safety boots for my new job. I could not have picked a better place. To be honest it's the first name you think of when you need work apparel. This location was easy to find and had lots of parking. My salesperson Nina was exceptional in her knowledge of my options and her patience. I am very happy with my purchase. I wore them back to work immediately and will be a returning customer.

Real happy with the service I got there. Bought boots online and the steel toe didn't fit my foot right, brought them in and they honoured the online purchase in the store and did the exchange with no hassles.

Felt like buying winter jacket at discount near summer when others have quite rightly emptied shelves.but I found here very light weight (near to Down) at under $60. Found the size color and fitting.

I keep coming back to Mark's because they have solid work and garden clothes at good prices. And I have even bought casual, everyday clothes here. And if you are a tall, robust male, their XL sizes really are XL.

I went there to buy a pair of winter boots. They had a good selection. I am very happy with my boots. Mark's is a very clean and organized store.

Great store alot better since it moved locations. Wish their online website would improve when finding right sizes and tell you which store has the items looking for, instead of looking up each store separately.

I purchased a 380 dollar pair of work boots along with a set of iron laces The sales person told me the latest were guaranteed for life but when I went back to return them because they had broken I was told it was only a 100 day guarantee that's it I told them the sales person told me it was a lifetime warranty and that I would not be coming back to purchase my boots or laces or anything else ever again Very poor customer service

I just called this store and spoke to one of the most lovely gentleman I have in the service industry. I simply wanted a pair of size small overalls for my boyfriend, which I didn’t think would be a big deal to order in as small is an uncommon size. The associate at the oshawa location gave me nothing but attitude and refused to call and ask another location for a transfer as they apparently only do transfers for big companies. As a consumer this is disheartening that you won’t I was very sad and frustrated as I had been to the Pickering Whitby and Oshawa marks today to try and find these pants. Thankfully I asked the guy at oshawa which stores had one and he told me Peterborough. I had the most pleasant easy going transaction over the phone and the overalls will be here by Tuesday. Thanking him for his customer today as this holiday season has been draining and I am very grateful this production for pants is over.

I was quite disappointed walking in Mark's todayI don't know where all the employees were but they didn't seem to be able to help me.there was no one there to even ask. It was very disapointing. I walked out

First time at this larger location. Super big, clean and modern inside. Large selection compared to other stores. Found some good deals. Only reason not 5 star is that parking is tight if busy.

First time in this store, and I was totally impressed.
I'm a senior and have a hearing impairment, the staff bent over backwards to assist me. I spent over 30 min in store, dealt with 4 different staff members in different departments; they made my Christmas present buying a success. All reminded me to get gift receipts just incase sizing was an issue. When l got home and unpacked the bags l noticed a tag, which had been not visible to me in the store. Buy one get 50%
Off a second one. Great deal, l went back to the store showed my receipt and asked if l could still get this discount.
The young lady at the rear counter said, Sure,
Go pick one out. I did and she did her thing on the cash and l left happily with another item for a great discount.
I will go back to this location, it's not often that l feel good about spending money; however here, l was happy too!

I went to pick up an item that I ordered over the phone and I found the staff there to be very helpful and courteous.

The store itself has an outstanding selection of merchandise as it is the largest Mark's that I have personally visited.
Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.
