Mark's

Channell was super helpful and friendly and assisted us with finding a product at another store and called to hold it there for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service. All sales staff should aspire to be as helpful and knowledgeable as she was.

Went to the store on December 14 2023 and couldn't find my size jeans. Went to an associate and asked for them to be ordered and delivered. The clerk checked and said the jeans weren't available anywhere and they couldn't be ordered. I left, went on-line and found the jeans at multiple other Mark's locations. Very unhelpful. This store also locks their change rooms and instructs you to find an associate to unlock the door. Try to find an associate! Won't be back.

Ordered clothing in August 2022 for company logo design as I have done for years. I am still waiting for my order. I have gone into store and spoken to “the manager “ and she was very rude and told me to wait they will call when comes in. I have been checking in with my order monthly and every time the manager will call you back never does if I go in to speak manager someone different each time. It’s been since August 2022! They took my money just want my items I ordered.

Marks is decent, good selection, Canadian company and often helpful staff
