I went there to purchase steel toe boots on 05/09/23, my size had to be ordered. First they told me it couldn't be done, then the manager indirectly told me to go fvck myself. Aweful store.
What is the point in sending door crasher cards if you don't send it early enough for the client to use. Only valid from Sept9-12th. Today is the 14th!
Well, I went today expecting chaos, as 8ts our first day allowed in stores. Wait time was about 20 minutes. I'm not usually one to ask for help in stores, but I was having trouble finding stuff. Staff was FANTASTIC. I could not have asked for better service. From the tall guy at the door, the young fellow in shoes, to the cashier. What a great shopping experience. Nice job guys!
I have not actually visited this store however I did place an order online with Mark's. During the shipping process which was a nightmare the item got sent back to the store where it originated. That happened to be this particular Cornwall Mark's work Warehouse. Well I'm so thankful that it did. I received a phone call from a lovely customer service representative named Caitlin who works in shipping and receiving wanting to know whether I was looking to receive a refund for my item. Since I have been trying for 2 days to track my item down and receive it I was frustrated and requested that it be sent back to me. Not only did Caitlin send it back to me she sent me an email with new tracking information and sent it to a different address of my specification. It's customer service like this that restores my faith in the entire industry. Hopefully Caitlin is well regarded and rewarded by the company because she is the best.
Kinda if you need a uniform or in construction and need to stay warm this store has you covered They have everything from hospital scrubs to florescent jackets/hard hats for contractors
Great help finding what I needed, had added savings at checkout and a free gift. Very nice! Always well kept and good social distancing measures in place
No one was on the floor to assist customers. I then asked cashier to call for someone, who was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately they had no options for women's winter steel toe work boots. I soaked through my other boots today and was hoping to purchase winter boots so can have warmer dry feet for tomorrow. I work in construction/railway and work outside in all the elements. This seems to happen to me so often when it comes to attire for my job. I think marks should stock more women's clothing, boots and accessories for women who work in construction. Today's day and age there is more and more of us working these jobs, and men's clothing and shoes just don't fit right and are uncomfortable. Please i beg you to have more options for women.
Super clean and well kept! One of the only stores in Cornwall offering free masks which is awesome. All covid regulations are being met and staff are very helpful.
Staff was helpful, but it's frustrating to want to buy multiple pairs of workpants and have to get different colours because there is only one pair of my size in each colour.
Amazing place to shop local Cornwall. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of parking and great set up store.everything is easy to find and access.
Went looking for a winter coat, found a nice one but was then followed throughout the entire store by a representative of Triangle MasterCard. She followed me, complimenting me on the jacket I am about purchase the whole time. I tell her I am not interested and she persists by following me when I walk away. I got to the cash with my mother and this lady kept interrupting the sale with the cashier, she starts asking to about a promotion they had going on. She interrupts my mom and brings up the MasterCard. We told her we are not interested the entire time but she just didn't listen. When we ask the cashier who this person was the cashier had no idea, none of the cashiers were informed that this lady was going around and bothering people. We ended up returning the coat minutes later after finding a cheaper one at Winners.
For a person with disabilities the railing for the front entrance does not come down far enough and is not clear where the ramp is. Store itself is good no problems
This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Marks Work Warehouse. The store was a mess and sizes and styles were mixed in all over the store. Was looking for assistance for 25 minutes and no one helped. It seemed that the store was terribly understaffed as I have never seen a lineup that large in this store before. Also, mirrors were covered with posters and signs!? ! Frustrated I put back $275 worth of clothing as I was not assisted and had asked someone in line how long they had been waiting when they told me 20 minutes. There were many people after him and there was no way I would’ve just going to wait. Just an overall poor experience. Would not go to that location ever again.
Everyone is friedly and they have a big selection of clothing for both men and women. They also sell boots, winter clothing, pjs, slippers and socks. If you go when they have sales it's even better plus you have 100 days to exchange if you have a receipt and the tags.
