Shopping winter shoes for me and my wife for our first winter here in Canada, we visited this store. A sales person named Mandeep was very helpful and patiently responded to each of our questions.

This is my go to place for my brother in law at Christmas time, I love a store where I can buy casual clothes for my brother in law, work pants for my husband and warm comfy nightwear for my friends. It's a great one stop shop. I love the different sizes available and I can get the option with my online shopping of either picking it up at the store or delivery.

I love the service in this cambridge store. Am employee name Aaron helps me to find exact safety shoes what i need and i appreciate his help and advise. Must visit here and get help from Mr. Aaron and get shoes what you want.

Less than one star if I could Terrible customer service. My 88 year old mother tried to get a pair of slippers and they did not have them in her size. They refused to bring some in from another store because she doesn't have an email and they don't make calls nor, according to the salesperson and manager, answer phone calls. If they can't contact you by email you lose Disgusting way to treat someone.

I was in the store during their 25% off sale and was very pleased with the customer service at this location. I went to return my items that I had bought on the Thursday (before the sale) the cashier I believe Christina was her name let me know that the sale was starting from the Friday to the Sunday. She suggested I buy my items and come back with my receipt this weekend to get a price adjustment with the sale discount. I had the pleasure of having Christina as a cashier again, she went above and beyond as an employee. Was extremely kind, patient, and very genuine. Not once did she make me feel like a chore or that I was wasting her time. Which sadly is hard to come by in the customer service industry; this girl hands down needs a raise! The associate Kendra was also very kind and from both associates I could see what a positive environment the staff creates. Thanks Christina and Kendra for your amazing service this weekend! 100% would recommend this Marks location.

They need more checkouts, took 10 minutes to find what I needed and 15 minutes to get out, great selection of stuff and very tidy though

Worse Experience ever! If you buy anything in sale, I would suggest select the item and pay right away. Because they change sale hourly basis or may be in short time. They accept that thing! But did not sell in sale price. Quality clothes but Very disappointed this place. Total Time westing! Not recommend. Thanks!

One of the larger stores, clean, bright. Not a lot of staff to answer questions. Seems oddly expensive for clothing that gets destroyed quickly. I buy the Wind River thermal wool socks, have been for 30+ years. Warm, long lasting. I'll keep buying them.:)

Love the selection and quality of all Mark's products. My favourite clothing store to shop at. Excellent selection of workwear and casual wear. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always kept tidy. Plus I can get and use triangle points.
