I went to Mark’s yesterday in the morning. I received amazing customer service from an employee named Sarah. I needed help finding a pair of work shoes. Even though they were under renovation, she took the time and went out of her way to find the right shoe for me, and even directed me to other stores close by and gave me all their information. Overall great store.
Went to get some work boots, they had good options and the employees were very kind and helpful. When they couldn’t find the boot in the size I needed there were no issues getting it on hold at a different store
Customer service is really awful, we asked a young girl there regarding if they have different size available in Drees shoes, not only her answer was rude but also she and her other colleague did not ever stand up to help us finding other products or provide suggestions, they were just sitting there and did not care about what customer wants or help them. While asking for other size her answer was, whatever you find here on the floor is only one we have and it was really in rude way
Worst store, I ordered my uniform pent in June and still I am waiting for my pent. Whenever I call them there answer is we don’t have your size. Everyday I make excuses on my workplace.make sure if they don’t have your stuff at present, please dont order from this store.
Very disappointed, bought a pair of running shoes, Haniger, started cracking after a few months mild use. Tried to do a review it told me that I've already done one but I checked and I haven't so I don't know if they're manipulating reviews, I don't trust this place anyways, always thought that it was well over priced.
I buy the safety shoes from the shop and they just give me the paper bill. I visit the store 2 times and give them my email. It’s almost one month and I didn’t get the receipt through my email. I visit the store second time and confirm my email. I checked all my folders of email. I need online email because I want to send it to my work because my workplace pay for safety shoes. Due to covid, they don’t accept paper bills. They don’t know how to give a good customer service.
Not even allowed to buy jeans when I am down to my last pair of ripped jeans (during covid). I guess pants are not essential. Explained why I need them (after explaining I was down to my last pair) and as was still drilled with a bunch of questions for me need to buy jeans. F You.
It's an older store, so it's alot smaller than the newer Marks stores. Kind of a mess inside, but if you poke around for a bit you might find what you're looking for
This is store looks like a warehouse. And the guy with spike hair at the counter is too rude and never help though there were customers in the store. Bcz of this guy I rated this store as 1. When you tell him a sku code chekc if it available then sometimes customer won't find it then it is the floor guys responsibility is atleast look for. But this guy says that's all we have without even looking for it.
Very good place to buy winter wear. They have wide variety of brands like Denver Hayes, Columbia, H&H etc. The best thing I liked is they have all the price range for winter wear. It's a one stop shop for everything. Winter jacket, winter boots, Beanie, Cap, Thermal wear, winter socks you name it they have it.
This location is a bit run down as it's an older location and could definitely use a renovation. As far as merchandise goes, it's densely packed for the size but the larger locations have much more selection. If you're buying online and they have it in stock at this location, it's fine but if you're looking to browse, I would choose a different location. Queensway across from Sherway gardens is a much better location. Service from the staff was ok.

The store has a very good range of work/everyday clothing. The offer the best quality at somewhat higher than average prices. I bought my cargo pants from here and the quality is amazing. The customer service was really good. The store is usually not busy so you get your stuff billed very fast, which is an advantage.
Not great.second time I have gone there and got no service until I went to the cash. They basically dont come around at all and just talk to themselves. The cashier was nice and I found that I wanted.
Ordered some scrub pants online and they didn't tell me it was unavailable until 2 weeks later.the order said i would receive them in 4-8 business days max.stop wasting people's time.i had to wear jeans to work and just could have bought from somewhere else in the meantime.
Staff is very rude not even a welcome when you enter the store then I asked for assistance cashier was very rude her tone of voice, body language she refused to provide information from the item such as UPC who wants to spend their hard working money in a place like this
The staff was very helpful taking the time to call other store 3 days before xmas to confirm their stock. When someone asked same question at the 2nd marks i went to the person didnt call the other store and just said they show having 2 there.
Go to return shoes which i bought from different marks location, i produce bill pucture instead of original as from last store print physical receipt and when i ask ti email thwy said it too late, this store manager initially hasitate to return credit to card instead offer store credit stating that they need iriginal or email receipt, finally i am lucky as my credjt card was triangle and she accepted and return credit.
Jan. 22,2019 - 7PM - Went there for work shoes, vest and a jacket. Two guys were working there by the counter - and that's where they stayed talking to each other. They weren't helpful with me or any other customers in the store. Asked them for different sizes or different types of items and the reply would be either "no" or "not sure". Wouldn't bother checking on the computer or even moving to from the counter to check for anything. Clothes, jackets, etc.misplaced (wrong price tags, wrong section, clearance section items mixed up). This is the second time I have been here in a year and remember why i do not come here even though it's closer to home. There is another location in Woodbridge which is 15 minutes away from me which I have been going to and no issues. Hopefully this place gets employees thay want to work and be helpful since they have to deal with the public. Possibly mystery shoppers to do an evaluation.
