My husband and I were looking for new winter jackets.
I found a jacket I really liked but wanted to check out another store before committing.
During our time there, instead of asking us if we needed help, the store employees made it extremely obvious they thought we were stealing.
Gawking, following.then when we went to exit, the lady in the front abruptly asks "couldn't find anything!? " As she peered into my purse.
To answer your question ma'am, yes I did and was going to return to drop 300 on a jacket.but now I feel uncomfortable returning to the store.
Needless to say, now that I know it fits, Amazon can get my money.

Went into Welland’s marks on Halloween Eve to get a pair of socks for my work boots five employees were standing up at the cash discussing what they were going to be doing after work, nobody offered any help I went up to pay for my socks and the girl didn’t even say hello. How are you? The only thing she asked is if I had a Canadian tire card for points and that was because I had it opened up on my phone facing her. Otherwise, she probably wouldn’t even bothered. It was like she was mad that I pulled her away from the great conversation she was having.

The lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to try to help me find what i needed. Thank you so much for helping me as I was having a really bad day.

Went in for work boots, the place was pretty desheveled with lots of staff but they were all busy so I left and went to Mr Safety Shoes on Glendale in st Catharines. They have lots of safety gear, a clean organized store, and staff ready to help. Highly recommend recommend Mr Safety Shoes.

If you are a corporate buyer. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
The location in Welland has major issues delivering for the corporate client I work for despite stocking the items said corporate client purchased on the shelf for retail sale.
I would look elsewhere if a timely procurement of workwear is necessary.

I love this store. I can clothes shop without the frustration of trying things on because I know how their sizes fit me. I got a gift card for Christmas and had a fine time picking up 3 tops and 2 bottoms, on sale.

Very poor customer service. I was in the Welland store looking for a good pair of Winter boots and found a pair, but not in my size. So I walked around the store to look for someone to help, but there was absolutely no one on the sales floor, but they did have three on cash. Last time I was here, there were multiple staff on the sales floor with two behind cash. Very disappointing.
