Great selection and prices for both men and womens, and always great customer service when I go there. Finally got a pair of sandles that I've been waiting all summer to go on sale!

Mark's has a real nice variety of high-quality clothing, footwear, and assorted other products. It's more than worth a look.

Very good products, a plethora of brands at very good discount. If searched appropriately, you can find great hoodies at 60% off and some products under $10 and under $15. Also offers a 100 day return which is great. Worth a visit

I was in this store Thursday March 9th around 6pm, looking for clothes. My girlfriend and I were in there for about 30 minutes, and the staff didn't even acknowledge us. I honestly don't even think they knew were were in the store.
The two (younger) staff were too busy flirting with each other behind the cash register.

Even when we left there was no acknowledgement, they didn't even look at us. Very poor customer service.

Quality merchandise and excellent customer service from the store practices to the individual store employees. I love getting stuff from Mark's.

Don’t come here, went to exchange some shirts, was told I would get $56 back, picked out some new shirts, they mispriced the new ones, and didn’t honour it, wanted me to pay the price of the not marked down item, even though this one clearly was, then told me I was only getting $24 back for my returns. The older lady working the counter didn’t have a clue what was going on. The younger lady there seemed to have her stuff together.

I love marks! Prices are often more expensive than other place but ultimately you are buying good products that will last, so it's worth the extra cost to me.

It's amazing that now you can make and spend Canadian tire money at marks, I was able to get an amazing coat that was on sale for super cheap because I used Canadian Tire money to pay most of the cost.

Love marks and the Canadian Tire money part we get now as I buy so many clothes at mark, most of my best clothes are from marks.

Smaller location that can be frustrating. If you find a product you want online make sure to check this store's inventory. There is a good chance they won't have it in this location. I live near this store but usually find they don't have what I want.

Easy parking, item categories grouped together and each section clearly identified. Could not seem to match what I saw in the flyer to what I saw on the shelves. I may have confused online ordering with the flyer adds

Is the employee ignorant? She has no common sense on respecting me as a Deaf person. I asked her where are the clothings (almost empty. I assume it is out of stock). She kept talking. I told her I am Deaf - can't understand her because of her face mask. I asked her to take mask off but she persisted talking until she took it off. I got it (out of stock. Confirmed).

ÌShe needs to study what Deaf means! Remember that it is not 100% Deaf people who can hear! Please take this sensitive training! The cashier was nice understanding when I told her I am. Seemed she had no problem.

Walked out in my new hiking shoes. Nice design of casual and safety water-proof, cold-proof shoes from geographically disperse manufacturers. The staff was friendly.

Terrible. Went to pick up my online order, after having waited a week. Only to sit in the parking lot and continuously call the number.to get a machine. Sat there for 20 minutes.

Stores are trying to stay afloat with Covid19. You can find great bargains and excellent quality products

If I could give marks as a whole even lower then 1 star i would. I was a huge fan of their clothes for years, I recently bought another 4 of there shirts online. I only received 2 of them in the mail so I attempted to contact customer service. I haven't got any response from my multiple attempts since it began on Jan 1st. I got an email to submit a review of my online purchase which I did. It was followed by an email saying my review had been moderated and deleted because it was negative and it went against there company image. I was willing to give customer service a chance to fix the order but after the email deleting my review I will never be shopping at marks again.

Store was clean, clothing was organized and tidy (making it easy to find the right size) - other Marks need to emulate this store. The young guy at the checkout was fantastic (friendly, helpful, cheerful) - the store has found a winner.

Smaller store doesn't have a wide range of a selection as the Cambridge. Barely any Helly Hansen selection of which most have to be ordered online. The staff is friendly and willing to help out. The store is not that busy, and overall, it's a quick trip in and out. If you are looking for anything specific, I would recommend calling in advance.

First time visiting this store. There was a variety of clothing. They had work boots in my size (quite small) so that was a nice surprise. Other clothing that is not work-oriented can be expensive though.

Clothes were well priced, I received good service, and the store is well prepped for social distancing.

Not to impress with marks i bought socks online paid 30 dollars weeks ago still haven't seen them delivered now i lost tracking order so i won't be buying there again terrible service and out 30 dollars so i guess they dod will from it.

Nothing wrong with this place in particular, staff is alright and it's tidy. Everything is just overpriced. Certainly there is some quality items if you look hard enough, and some good stuff for niche enviroments. However, it's mostly flashy junk that's marketed to try and justify their pricetags. Don't get duped. Definitely bring a phone and do some research before you buy a product here.

Friendly staff found what I was looking for quickly, and had a fair amount of knowledge about the items they had available.

Great place to go if you need women's black denim or insulated denim. They always have a selection of different fits in stock. Sizing is "off" tho (you can try on 2 literally identical pairs and have one fit way too big and the other way too small) so ignore the number on the tag and pick a pair that just plain fits.

Excellent store. A very wide variety of clothes. You can find from heavy work gear to casual or even pajamas. Definitely recommended! Sometimes they offer doorcrashers deals which are very attractive.

From time to time they have amazing sales! The quality of product is good too, although I would not pay full ticket price of any items as it seems over the top. There are great deals!

Good quality, but they used to have a better selection. Generally have an assortment of fleecy sweaters, work pants, plaid shirts and safety approved work shoes.
