I recently had the pleasure of shopping at your store and was assisted by a wonderful lady (kulwinder kaur). Her knowledge of the inventory and helpful attitude made my experience enjoyable. I appreciated her fashion advice and attention to detail. I'll definitely be returning, thanks to her excellent customer service.

I like this store, the only thing they should bring is more youth shoes

I went to Mark's to browse for work boots today with no intention to purchase. I received amazing service by associate Michelle. The store was extremely busy and she managed to help multiple customers and continuously followed up with me. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. Hard to find dedicated associates who love what they do. Thank you. Thanks to your amazing customer service Michelle, I will be returning and referring my colleagues to this location.

Poor customer service. Short staffed!
On 2 people on cash on Black friday eve

This store really needs to spend time cleaning up their floor and organizing the racks. If I'm paying you $100 for a sweater, I expect to not have to pick it up off the floor or on a different rack.

Order the sizes of clothes on the racks; if I'm reaching in the back of the rack, it shouldn't be size small hanging there.
