Mark's

My favorite Mark's. They have a great selection. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

I went this morning for work shoes.
An assistant called Sam helped me.
He should have 'best assistant of the year award. He was wonderful.
I bought two pairs of work boots.
He is the best.
He should be informed of my review.

We walked into this store at 8: 30pm on a Friday evening. The store looked amazing and we found what we were looking for. Too bad the story doesn't end well. We went to the checkout and set our stuff on the counter. A staff member even saw us. The problem is, we stood at the checkout with absolutely no recognition from staff. After far too long and actually saying loudly, "too bad store won't sell us this stuff! "
I ended up lifting a shoe box up high and dropped it on the counter, still nobody. We walked out the door and I loudly said, "I guess the staff here don't care about selling anything! "
Once we got to our car we saw multiple staff standing inside the store staring at us. Oh well, great store but horrible staff that night.

This store used to have good staff, but with a recent round of hiring, the new staff is wonderful! Solid product knowledge, willing to help and follow up (but not hovering), easy to talk to, and very friendly.

Again.sales marked wrong. "ALL tanks buy one get one half off" except the ones on the back wall apparently.signing is constantly misleading to the consumer!

Went for steel toe work boots. Was happy to find a great selection with a wide variety of forms and features across all the brands. A store associate was very polite and helpful in directing me to the boots i wanted based on function and price. Two years later im still using these boots.

Very limited selection for women' sca approved steel toe boots but found a pair that fit and ised $10 coupon I received from previous visit. Great service.

I must comment on your promotion practices in store. I have been in twice to purchase slippers that were on promotion twice in the past month. On both occasions at the beginning of promotion your sizes were limited to the very large sizes. I was told the smaller sizes sell out at the beginning of ad. Which is funny as the ad was on for less than 60 minutes both times I was in and the parking lot was pretty well empty.
Well I left frustrated and went to WM and purchased a pair of slippers and $325.00 of other items I may have considered at Mark's. WM's parking lot was 3/4 full hmmm go figure.
You can take this as a complaint or constructive criticism either way I will not be visiting your stores and will be looking for similar poor practices at your parent company and change shopping location if similar.

Wanted to buy a coat that was in the store, called to confirm it was in the store. I place the order, the store rejects the order and the coat gets shipped out of London. I called the store back and the coat is still there. The store or customer service cannot change the order. What a terrible service.

My go-to-it place for clothes. Sizing is good and consistent. Their sales are worthwhile especially at the end of a season. If they don't have something they can locate it in their national inventory and get it to you.

AVOID MARKS WORK WAREHOUSE/ALL LOCATIONS

Terrible service, Refuses to give me my money back am taking legal action against Marks for misleading advertising.

Big sale today was great. The guy working in footwear was very helpful and knowledgeable. And the cashiers were super nice!

Excellent sanitizing protocol. Found what I needed and received cash card towards next purchase.

Good selection of clothes. It was farely busy for a Thursday afternoon, but, had fast service at the check out.

Most of my everyday clothing is from marks.very good customer service as well.give it a try I'm know you will be pleased.

Ok place but they dont carry alot if sizes in foot wear so I tend to go to other locations. Probobly good to check stock online before going.

Friendly helpful staff and a decent selection. The only issue would be the size of the space for all of the merchandise, however, they make it work.

Their 70% sale offer was popping up on cell phone again and again so I thought okay let's visit the store and check out if they have any good deals, but there was none, I spent more than an hour to have a look at every single inventory but actually the prices were higher than what I was expecting

Great service. Good products. But most shoes not in stock at sizes 12 and 13, limiting options for me

Nice big store, lots of selection, some bigger sizes. Got a good coat 70 percent off. Staff was friendly and helpful

Very cool clothing and very helpful staff. Unfortunately they did not have xxxxl size clothing for lenda and when I asked an employ to speak to mark they said there was no mark. Quiet confused but otherwise great and friendly people. #WhereMarkAt

Lindsay at this Marks made our experience there exceptional and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm was very aparent adding to her helpful customer service skills. She even went above and beyond returning a forgotten clothing artical once we left the store.

Very friendly staff and a good selection, would recommend this store and will be visiting again.

Stopped by today.needed a pair of new hikers. Picked up a pair of Keen's.regular $170 down to $99, not a bad deal. Also got shorts and t-shirts on sale.

The staff was very friendly and chatty, even told us what items were on sale.

I'll be back in a couple of weeks, as I'll need a new pair of safety shoes.

Yeah Id shop here. Cleanliness is so important to me and a spacious atmosphere, this place has both and on a hot day its perfect. It is cool inside. So I am always comfortable here shopping.

They keep making their clothing cheeper and charge more for it, every time I go there I feel more disappointed.

As always generally good quality work gear available here. You know, like every other Mark's in the country.and the sales on are pretty boss too.

Good selection of work clothes and casual wear also. Staff is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to work shoes. Mark's isn't the most value for your buck kind of chain but the quality is decent.
