The store is overall good but may lack a good customer experience from staff. This could be due to rush in holiday season. The required product was available with them.

The need for diversity is crucial in Canada everywhere! I prefer knowledgeable individuals, specifically "Canadians, " who understand the products. When seeking a women's coat, the salesperson, a lady with long hair in a ponytail, directed me to men's coats and ignored my request and walks away. Additionally, Marks lacks sufficient stock of various items. I have a $30 coupon and i wont be shopping here with all these diversities. This is the second marks i entered today with this issue! But they are everywhere

Great staff, great selection; the sale prices were really good. Only complaint I have is they do not have bags anymore.

Product is excellent, customer service is lacking, bought 200.oo worth of clothing and no bags available.
I agree no plastic, however I'm willing to pay for substitute, paper or cloth.
They provided none of the above.

This store is very dirty, understaffed and the staff that is there couldn't help with any questions about their work shoes.

This location has the best employees ever seen, they are so friendly, always polite, and smile on.
I had a big return and the cashier was so friendly and she did it with all patience.

I had ordered two sweaters online for Christmas and returned both at this location. I was sure I had paid full price, but when I went to return them the cashier told me I had got one for free! I was so sure that I hadn’t gotten one free, so I got upset apologized for being upset, but what could we do? She got a supervisor named Manny.

Manny confirmed that the computer said I got one for free so he promised he would look into it. I left with one sweater and then looked up my emailed receipt from before Christmas. Sure enough in tiny print, under where it shows the picture of the sweater and the price in like 24 font, is a tiny 6 font Price of $0.00. I called to tell him and turned around to take the sweater back. Manny was great and I apologized for getting upset. #lessonlearned!

The sweaters were of good quality and I’m baffled how they could offer one for free! Their prices are not actually high at all as one reviewer suggested and they have sales frequently plus good staff.

The staff is very rude they hurt my feelings when I was returning not even a month old safety shoes that are breaking the sales lady screamed at me and TRYING to call me a scammer.

I understand that retail is made more difficult by COVID but the store was really dirty and the staff were NOT interested to help with finding sizes or answering basic questions. If you are that concerned about COVID, don’t work retail! I have shopped here many many times and this was the first time that I left feeling disgusted… Disgusted enough to make these comments and search how to let corporate know about our experience. The staff needs training or more motivation to actually do their job.

I ordered items that were listed as in stock in the store for curbside pickup. They weren’t and days later it’s being shipped to the store and now Marks won’t allow me to cancel the order because of policy or covid policy?

Seriously avoid Marks.

They made me wait for over 6 weeks for a pair of boots.all they did was return my voucher when i asked for it back.unacceptable service

I called ahead to ask if they have a specific boot in stock. They checked and confirmed size and style was in stock. I arrived at the store 20 min after the call and they said they guy in the department said they sold their last pair. I checked up front, nobody bought work boots within the hour. Lied to my face. Great customer service. Waste of time and effort.

Lack of stock, store was a mess: items on floor, stacked in aisles, appear lack of care. Staff except for person at till who help me seemed to be ignoring customers, (my perception right or wrong).

Nice store. The staff are courteous and polite. Not the biggest but they have good stuff. Some things can be a bit pricey though.

Good variety of clothes but there weren't enough staff when I went, and it was a long wait to get someone to unlock a change room. Like, 20min.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I picked up some work boots and safety glasses and I was blown away how available and helpful the staff were at the North Queen location in etobicoke. The lady working at the cash was super friendly. Great job!

As usual the store was in a state of confusion. Luckily I had done a look up and a stock check so they had to go find what I was after. Why do they have store clerks?

My sons shop there a couple of times a year. I often buy birthday and Christmas presents from them. Goods are for female and male along with safety gear. Incredible inventory

Very nice store for shopping for men and women they too many well known brands but their prices sometimes are a little bit expensive, sometimes if you are lucky you can find a deals or items on sale much cheaper than other stores with same quality especially jeans, shoes and even safety shoes. I think this place is carrying stuff more than the store capacity it’s totally packed with items. The staff their are so helpful and friendly with customers they spend enough time to find you what you are looking for?

Good place to buy stuff if you like sports or if your sporty, good staff, quality and prices. I would highly recommend this place.

They have a lot of crafty things. Now I have to figure out what size I need to buy to replace the movement on my clock before I can buy anything. Lol

Very busy day for staff as they had an awesome sale. I bought a pair of winter boots for my son and it was 55%off. AMAZING. Staff very busy but all smiling and willing to assist.

Nice location, wasn't too busy when I visited. Picked up some long johns and socks for the winter. The cashier was personable and friendly

Not good the only thing that was on sale was the stuff they can't get rid off wasted my time

Everything is this slim fit modern fit nonsense. How are bigger guys supposed to wear that tight nonsense? ! Staff was useless as they didn't know what they even had.
