Mark's

I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members, one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern, that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.
