Great customer service always! Our main issue is my husband is 6'7,240lbs, size 14 feet. We can only ever find sizes 12,13 max in the shoes he actual likes (they haven't had sz14 in any footwear that we've noticed). They have his size in shirts but pants are also a big issue, size 42/36. Hopefully they get better sizing, if so we would spend lots of $ @ Mark's. Tyvm, take care!

Found a Great pair of pants. Even tho.yhe sale was over, the tag was still there and I got them for the sale price. Highly recommended. Great staff, very helpful as well.

The associate there @2pm with a telxon scanner was very helpful. Guided me to the right Marks location and I was able to buy what I was looking for!

I was in quite a rush when I went into the store. I needed to get a pair of pants and a pair of decent hiking shoes for a hike that I'd like to do with my daughter on the long weekend. The salesperson was fantastic. We had a nice conversation while I was going through a set of 10 different pairs of shoes I had selected to try out. He interjected where I had questions, but not so much that I was distracted from what I needed to do. He then pointed me in the direction towards the types of pants I was looking for and it was very easy to find them with his directions. The prices were great and my experience with these brands is also good. To top this off, there was a sale on both items that I hadn't expected. Great day for shopping and great store to go to! Thanks folks.

I love this store, great clothes, always great service. One of my favorite places to get clothes.

What can I say, this place has everything a worker needs and Tonns more, you wouldn't realize the variety of clothing and such unless you actually go in, wonderful and attentive staff also

Great prices, they have really stepped it up in terms of products and product lines. Lots of different items and the deals on just a regular weekday were fantastic.

Invariably when I shop at Mark's I leave with the best thing for my needs. Specific to this location is a fine young employee by the name of Blake who provides excellent customer service and care that is frankly hard to find these days.

Went in there for the first time and got absolutely amazed at their customer service. They were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. That one worker named Ahmad was as helpful as they come in my opinion. All in all it was a phenomenal shopping experience

The only work clothing available for women is for nurses or office workers. Not a single piece of clothing for women who work in trades.

I like the quality of their goods but the store seemed under-stocked on men's items, not all sizes available.

Plenty of parking around the store. Handicapped parking available right out front and handicap accessible entrance as well.

The store was very clean, the staff was friendly. We didn't find what we were looking for, but there was a great selection with many items on great discounts.

Will continue to use this location for my Mark's needs.

I like what they sell, but i do not enjoy the explosion of amounts of clothes they have on display. It reminds me of walking into value village with too much too choose from. The quality is in point though. Marks sells great quality and nice work fashion. I would recommend this place if you aren't closterphobic.

Have dealt with staff at the Wonderland south and the Argyle locations. Staff at both locations went above and beyond expectations. A marvelous experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience!
Gentleman working knew every feature of each shoe, boot, & hiker. Accurate and appropriate recommendations based on needs. Took the time to go through each companies benefits and negatives, if any. Extremely patient, kept a fantastic mood; upbeat & happy. Never have I experienced a sales person have more knowledge about the products they sell than this lovely gentleman, belive your name is Niel. Will be returning to this location for future purchases!

Went there a few times. Excellent customer service. Reasonable price for good quality products.

I went in looking for winter gear. There were so many choices, I was getting confused. The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I should be toasty warm this winter.

I love Marks. The last place to buy quality work clothes for a decent price. The stores are always clean and well organized with a friendly knowledgeable staff.

There was a $20 off under the boots I wanted. When I went to the checkout the girl told me it was for the boot next to it. I went to look at a different pair, and the manager came to me and said she would give me the $20 off. Now that’s what I call gaining customers! Next time I need something at Marks I’m coming to this location.

Staff are friendly, but I am rarely able to find my sizes in jeans. Store can also be a bit messy at times.

Went for work shoes, didn't have my size, had the right size held for us at another location. Friendly staff and great service. Thank you

Marks is a canadian store that we need to support. They have an excellent selection of uniforms and other clothing for work. They have good sales and often you can find a coupon online to use. Windriver is one of their clothing names and you can find it to be reliable quality clothing at a good price. The sizing has been carefully calculated especially for ladies' pants depending on whether you prefer pants at the waist or hips. If you need assistence, there is never a shortage of staff, more than happy to answer questions. If you find an item but can't find it in your size or colour, they will search in the other stores!

When in and no other customers in the store. Two or three at the front counter, no one said hi as I walked in. I proceeded to try on a hand full of pants.and no one asked if I wanted help. I was in and out of the change rooms. I would have loved some help. Two employees walk by me and dont even look at me. I went to ask the one for help but she just ran away. I left with out one person speaking to me. It's ok I took my business elsewhere.

They have the best staff at the Southdale location.super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help. Carrie (employee) and Matt (manager) have both helped me. I felt it was over and above the attention that Carrie (on 2 seperate occasions) has given to me. It was an extremly pleasant experience for myself, especially someone with high anxieties and has a hard time getting out and about. It was a real nice treat to meet these individuals while out on my shopping excursions.

Would have liked a sale in the first pair rather than having to buy 2 pair to get a discount. Staff could not tell me about the shoe soles and if they would mark floors. Maybe you could have had a smaller discount Less than the 50% of the second pair. I probably would have made the purchase as I didn't need 2 pair of shoes at this time.

The person working there on Thursday August 1 was super helpful without hovering. Nice clean and organized store with tons of great deals

I like Marks's. Clothes are high quality and they always have some deals going in. I'm a bit challenged with a larger size so they don't always have a wide selection for me.but in more standard sizes they have a wide selection.

Not a lot of selection and when you have something transferred in not only does it take far too long but then it sits there for another 5 days because no one calls you. Avoid if you can. Go to London.

Good service, I like their store brand of clothing, and they generally have good things on sale

Found exactly what we had looked all over for and the staff were excellent.
Glad we went there.

The clothing quality isn’t the same anymore. The stuff I use to buy from here still lasts while a lot of my new things are already wearing out.
