The prices are ok but when I visited 2 different locations in 2 days both places smelled wired like second hand store. Sorry I’m not trying to be disrespectful but both locations were smelly

Didn't get what we wanted. Not enough inventory. But they were nice enough to check the system and help us on a store that did.

Wow just great bargains. Many pants are like $20 (was $45). I snagged some for work. Due to my ADHD LOL I got overwhelmed by the wide variety of jeans! I was so tempted to try every single type of jeans before I can decide. Ran out of time. Will return to buy jeans when I have more time in a day, LOL.

A good place to shop for work clothes, from traditional blue collar stuff, where they started, to more upscale stuff. This Marks had a lot of clearance racks, 70% off some stuff, great way to add to your wardrobe on the cheap

100% recommend. Patricia was amazing. She assisted me in finding the right winter boots in under 10 minute and was polite, professional and super knowledgeable. She took the time to find out what suited my needs. I am so glad I walked into the store and met her. I will be shopping here again for sure!

The staff was really sweet, cheery, and helpful, the products were good quality, it was a lovely experience

Went in for some warm gloves for the cold weather. There was very limited selection for woman’s. Staff was helpful, but could have been a bit more knowledgeable.

Very nice and tidy store. There's a big selection in man clothing as well as work clothes for both men and women.

They are accepting in-store shopping for almost anything you personally needs. Men and women clothings, shoes and so much more at a reasonable if not a cheaper price. You can also visit their website for online shopping.

This store is ok not much to select from if your looking for more casual style clothes better off going to more upscale area stores that have bigger selection

Staff is lazy, I called to find out if a product I wanted was in stock and was told to just come in and see. When I said I wasn't waisting my time if they don't have what I need I was asked for the style number, I didn't know it so I said id call back. 10 minutes later I did and was first told it's their store policy to not check stock. Then I was told their staff were too busy? I won't be shopping at this location ever!

Very poor customer service. Staff are not flexible and don't put extra effort to help customer. Perhaps they don't want to sell the merchandise only check the hours and cash the salary. Also products are of medium quality but overpriced as top end. Mostly made in China. Shoes section does not have foot level mirror and not even shoe spatula. Outside, parking lane paint is gone they didn't bother to tidy up. Perhaps this brand is going to die. Don't go there. It is a waste of time and money.

Staff behavior rude not proper online it show it is open and when we reached they didn't allow us to get in though store was open much disappointed

I'm a super tall guy, and the tall size clothes fits perfectly. Also you can wash it 50 times and it doesn't shrink or look like a rag. Always satisfied.

I placed an order and found out that it would take about 8 DAYS for the order to be ready for pick up. Unfortunately this was not going to work as the order was intended to be a gift so about 2 days later I called to cancel the order and was informed that this was no longer possible. I was instructed to wait until the order was ready, pick it up and return it in person when stores reopen some time after January. 7 days after my order was placed, I received notice to pick it up. I was instructed not to leave my car even with a mask on, roll down my back window and the employee threw the package onto my back seat. I understand that these are trying times however Mark's has, sadly, made it very difficult to support their business.

So so slow service and bad customer service. It's first time to me to come here and i think it will be last time. Not recommended at all.

Simply went to this location for a gift card. 4 customers ahead of me. Very slow counter service. Even heard a staff member make a slight comment.

A big fan of their shoes and boots - they are comfortable and hold up well. If you're looking for something to last, this is a good place to start.

I always have such a pleasant shopping experience every time I visit this store. Been going to this location for years. Family are also frequent shoppers and overall a good experience.

Best store for your needs. So many great deals. Unmatched quality products, great prices! Amazing service. I shop here often. Boots footwear quality for winter this is your best resource. Merino wool thermal wear such great quality. A great investment for being comfortable during Canadian winters.

Excellent customer service this location is more likely to have sizes because its massive and get less traffic than the Sherway location down the street

First time in 6 years got an amazing customer service. Mostly it was dull but this time the guy actually took it to the next level. Kudos

Sales floor staff went out of their way to avoid me. I was looking for a safety boot size that wasn't on the shelf and had to go to cash after the floor staff deliberately walked away from me.

Closed a half hour before the listed time and when I called someone answered to then put me on hold after I question why they closed so early. I then sat on hold but gave up after awhile. It's unfortunate because I knew what I needed and I would have been in and out before the advertised closing time.

It's under renovations but the salesman who helped me went out of his way to find the right product for me.

If you want a 34 length in men's pants, go somewhere else. They only have a few. Don't waste your time searching through the store.

Avoid this location. Sales guy went out of his way to sell me workboots and said the warranty applies for anything, even if worn, for 100 days. Came back to store and the manager wouldn’t apply refund, only store credit. All he said was “I don’t know, I don’t know” when I explained that’s not what was communicated to me from their salesperson at all.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, not pushy. Ask for help when you need it. Good sales at this store. Shoe section for women was a bit messy, was hard to find a size as boxes were messy. But it was end of day so not a big deal.

A good assortment of work wear and outdoor apparel. Most items in these categories can range in price drastically so shop around the store. They carry several brands, all with similar colors and styles with different price points. I'd also consider waiting for sales or shopping the clearance racks if you're not a size small!

Quality of clothing is high competetively high with fair prices. The shop is user friendly and nicely sorted.

Picked up a Clark's pair of shoes. Turned out to be great. Girl at customer service was awesome.
