Loved it its always hard finding men's 3x large boxers and I was over the moon when I found them woohoo now I know where to go for big sizes. Thanks Mark's for thinking of bigger people

They have auto doors on entry. A ramp for wheelchairs by the Mark's store. Sidewalk area, sign notes it as steep ramp.

I've enjoyed the friendly staff who have been very helpful each time I've shopped instore or ordered online and picked up my delivery at this store.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for warm gloves and the employee made some suggestions and stayed with me until I found a pair I was happy with. An all-round satisfying experience. Would shop there again!

Went to Mark's Work Wearhouse on Leslie Street in Richmond Hill ON today looking for a men's waffle knit thermal hoodie knowing that they were in stock as I just checked online. Once I got to the store I asked the three ladies behind the counter where they were located. One of them said that they "definitely" didn't have any, which was confusing as online indicated they did. So I looked around the store and after 10 minutes found them. When I checked out I told the cashier, who was one of the original three I initially asked, that I found them. And I said that the girl who said they definitely didn't have any obviously doesn't know the store merchandise. The cashier then said that I should have quoted the SKU number initially as they don't know all the merchandise. Which begs the question, why didn't the girl state that she didn't know if they had any and ask me for the SKU number instead of saying they "definitely" didn't have any! Mark's needs more informed staff!

Dan assisted us today and was very helpful. The store was clean and organized and had a lot of size selection. There was a lot of staff available to assist us. There was close by parking to make it easy to get in and out. If you enter the parking lot closer to TD Bank and LCBO there is ample parking, the rest of the parking lot is usually rather full.

Gautham was an absolute saint with me. Tremendous smiling and sincere service from him throughout my experience. Well above any expectations I now have with retail stores in general. This kid deserves a raise.

Does this place not do inventory ever? So often the displays are messy, especially in the men's base layer and underwear section. So difficult to find the right size when all the sizes are randomly placed.

All your need for clothing, be it casual or work related, you will find it all here, not to mention the friendly and helpful staff members.

Really a great bunch of staff - all of them! Extremely helpful and friendly. Devon and Dan are particularly amazing - they go above and beyond the call of duty. They know exactly how much to help you and how much to leave you alone and are extremely professional! Love this store.

This is my second online order, and my second product-pickup issue.
First one, only a vest, took ~1 week for pickup (indicated in stock at store).
This one now, just a pair of socks for pickup (indicated in stock at store), is not onto the 5th day, still not ready for pickup.
I reached out to Mark's Support, they have indicated that they are not responding to inquiries, so my issue is being ignored.

This is just a warning out to people. I don't think they will survive these times if they can no longer deliver 1 pair of socks and an email response.

Leslie and lakeshore location turned me away cuz they couldn't handle the volume of online orders. This after turning me away at the door and suggesting I call in to order. I needed a pair of socks. Do better!

The staff were helpful and friendly. They are taking appointments for customers to come in and shop and actually try on. Got myself a few things. Felt great shopping again

It was the middle Of the day and the store was quiet. An employee pointed me directly to the sale items i wanted. I was in and out very fast.

Curb side pickup is absolutely brutal. Nobody answers the number. No line up just a crowd of people hoping to get the items they've paid for. Took over 40 minutes of waiting in the cold to collect our order. Avoid at all costs.

Very clear COVID in store safety signage, I was impressed. I picked up an online order so can't say much else in terms of in store shopping experience. Prices are good, the sale prices are better!

Not to sure about the entrance once found though staff was a great help and Javin made sure I have the right boot for my job. Thank You!

This Mark's work Warehouse is quite excellent especially right now with the 20% off sale. I had a great experience with an associate that works at this location named Javin; he is extremely sweet and helpful.

Spacious, organized and has lots of variety. From occupational to casual wear, Mark’s has good deals with great quality.

The sale prices here are great at the regular prices on things make me never want to come back here again

No worker wants to buy pair of pants for $150 that he's he's instantly going to get paint on

Display spice Carhartt pants for $25 from the manufacturer and then sells them between 85 and $150 depending on the product

The Mark-up is just too high at Marks

The location near us just recently had a renovation, we were there boxing day, my wife needed to exchange the winter boots I bought her. These were Sorels, they have a strange fit, we spotted Helly Hansen, these boots were for her, another lady beat her to the display model, size 8! No worries an independent said, they went to the stock room and came back with a new box containing size 8 boots. My wife was extremely happy with the service. Happy wife happy Andrew

I usually like shopping there, but this time it was under renovation so not much shopping happened.

I've shopped at this store many times and haven't a single complaint. Good selection and friendly staff.

Staff was nice and helpful. Store was clean. But stock is very horrible on all items especially steel toes. Especially if u have large feet as a man or women.

Little out of the way but great people and very helpful. It's nice to see a little old fashioned courtesy, and staff that are willing to help any way they can, and always smiling.
