What a joke. Called another mechanic — was provided quote and taking car to them.

Mark's Auto Service in Oakville did an excellent job of communicating with me and providing a full report about the status of my seasonal service inspection and then completing the service required. Dan, the service advisor and Mark, the owner provided top notch customer service at the reception desk. Technician Steve, completed the repairs as specified and always has a friendly smile and "hello" whenever I see him in the front office. The service advisor explained the results of the maintenance inspection and I was able to make an informed decision on the service I wanted done. They even email me a copy of the inspection report complete with photographs and their recommendations. Everything was done to my satisfaction and within the estimated amount. My vehicle was ready when promised and included a complementary wash which it needed badly. Thanks to Mark for his extra attention to the exterior's condition. Excellent work! I am very selective on who works on my Mercedes. The communication and quotes are accurate. The after hours key lock boxes makes it easy for me to get service and stay at work. Definitely recommend them.

I had to get my Splash Shield Clipped back on and ended up needing a huge fix for something else because my engine light went on. I got an appointment the next day after I called & Paul was SO helpful and informative. I was updated throughout the entire day regarding my vehicle via phone/text and was sent a link to view my maintenance progress including photos, descriptions and recommendations of what needed to be fixed. Paul was genuinely happy to help and explain everything to me in detail. I will be going back for sure!

After reviewing the positive reviews, I decided to give a first time visit to service my new car, for a standard oil change. Paul, a service advisor, showed me the garage, gave me all the details around the shop. What a great customer experience to be heard but also have a long term vision to be customer obsessed. I received outstanding service at Mark's Auto when I took a vehicle there for a pre-purchase mechanical inspection. They took the time to walk me through every aspect in detail and while I was waiting a longtime customer called just to say their cat had died, so clearly they have a dedicated customer base. Mark's had more patience and warmth than I've found at most dealerships I've been to.

Nice service with fair prices. I also get a car rental for free for the time the car is in the garage. It was my third time I was here and I will come again.

This shop has great customer service but you pay a premium for their services. Just for inspection, it ran me upwards of $500 with no fix to my car. ~7k repair quote! I was able to fix everything for 2k elsewhere. Look at past reviews and heed their advice to shop around.
