Clean, friendly, everything so much cheaper first time in shopping very large on in side veggies and fruits so fresh take home. I got more for my dollar than any other food places i have shopped.dont have o ne

Gotta love the ROTTEN peaches that’s from America! For 299 LB that’s marked as No: 1 grade which means it’s best of best if you look at the fine print on some stuff it says America when all the signs say Ontario.
If you would like some fresh actual Ontario produce, please shop local

This No Frills is much better than some others. When we were looking for a certain size of No Name Cat Food, the staff here explained that with the lockdowns they've had problems getting it, but will do so in future. The other nearby No Frills implied that they no longer stocked that particular brand. The condition of the store is not bad for this type of budget grocery store.

Should have to have a sign up saying that they are half open.never seen more than 2 cashier's working.not worth my money.

I am finding that this store is usually out of a lot of items my family needs on a regular basis within the last year. Items they have always had, including milk on a few occasions which was hard to believe but true. Most of the regular employees are great, however one young girl on cash, in particular, is very rude and actually yelled at me, when I commented on her lack of service. When I addressed it with the store manager he was very short with me when the cashier turned on the crocodile tears conveniently, as I was trying to explain what had transpired. I never complain about a store so it really takes a bad situation for me to do so. Sadly, this store is going down hill fast.

Moved everything around dog food section sucks. Not sure if l will shop there again. Freshco is looking better

I dislike this No Frills store for the fact that when there is an item on sale in the flyer, and you go to the store on the first day on the sale - that item is ALWAYS "sold out" and not on the shelf, nor anywhere in the store.

With busy. Everybody was trying to social distance but there were a lot of people inside with no line up outside. Everybody has to always wearing masks.

Well stocked, good prices, good quality produce and meat, better prices than competitors, helpful staff, masks required

Just like to say the cleanest store I've shopped in in a long time specially with the whole covud thing they are an amazing team!

Great prices but even with covid measures in place the store feels crowded. The staff are always are lovely and friendly.

Went into the store today to pick up a couple items. The line to check out was wrapped around the store interior. Covid or not come up with a better system. I walked out without buying a thing and will not be going back even though the store is walking distance from my house. What a joke.

Went to Metro just down the street. In and out in 5 min. Bye bye No Frills.

Usually shop here for "deals". Went last night for fast and fancy rice around 4: 30pm. Only Chinese style and vegetable on the shelf. 15+ boxes of other flavours on the top shelve to be restocked. Went back this morning, Oct 26th at 10: 30 and the shelves were exactly the way they looked the day before. Just Chinese and vegetable. What are the kids doing at night besides stocking shelves? Tik-Tok, dabs and Facebook? Won't be coming here for a long while.

Love this store, I go often and know where everything is. Prices are excellent. They seem to be handling the covid crisis well.

Great pick-up experience through PC Express. This is the only place that has had such exceptional customer service to actually call me and inform me of substitutions on my order. They answered questions about how to pick up and the even had a small card thanking me with my receipt inside. Absolutely amazing.

There was a really long lineup to the back of the store for the checkout, but it moved quickly. Staff are very friendly at this No Frills.

One would think after several months of lockdown they would get their cash out line under control.

Otherwise it's well maintained

It's been ages since I visited this store. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the store. The staff were really friendly, and lots of them. The store is much cleaner than I remember. Not to say it wasn't clean before, but I think they have stepped it up a lot since Covid. Their lay out was really well done. Extra marks for still keeping all the arrows and dividers well laid out. That's one area where a lot of stores are starting to slip. Everyone in the store was adhereing to mask wearing. Well done! I will definitely be back even though I live a good drive away.

Great grocery store with everything you need for everyday essentials and more. Great prices as well. Bonus: they price match other competitors.

Although I do like this store I find the fruits and vegetables not so fresh. Fruit molds within a day too often. I can always find my staples, always at a good price and the staff is very pleasant. This week before Thanksgiving the store was absolutely full of shoppers. From the time I got out of my car to when I returned the owner and staff were working to the max to give everyone good service.buggies were sanitized, shelves were stocked, fresh goods looked crisp and replenished, until you got to the line for the cashier. It went from the bread around the freezer and dairy section and to the front cashiers. I was shocked. I was equally shocked when the line moved forward very quickly. I did not have to wait long at all. Thank you for the great job under difficult circumstances.

Great for a smaller store but the lineups are a bit long but atleast they carry my daughter's favourite non dairy ice cream

Decided to pop in while in the North end and was mildly disappointed. Most of my needs were in the produce section and I found it lacking. Some of the produce was past it's shelf life, for sure! Meat selection is bare bones. The rest was pretty average.

This is one of the only grocery stores I'll visit in all of Niagara. They've really showed how they care for both their customers and staff during the pandemic. Plus their produce is always top notch and they keep the shelves well stocked.

This location consistently beats their competitors. Pricing, cleanliness, team commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations. Long time, friendly and helpful associates indicate that Mark hires, trains, empowers and is a fair and human employer. You don’t maintain retention of hard working people without these qualities. Great work especially in this covid-19 environment.

Very clean store, also the cashier was very pleasent because when I said I had to price match she didn't roll her eyes and sigh like most places when I try to do price matching. A+ for this No Frills:)

Very clean and well stocked. Much better than many other No Frills. Prices are reasonable for a working Canadian. Large parking lot, so parking is not an issue. Shopping carts need a quarter to use and need to be returned to the front of the building to get the quarter back (no cart coralles in parking lot).

This store never has what you want. The shelves are never restocked. When they have specials, they run out within a couple of days. And often do not have the item again. Until it is back on regular price. They do not give rainchecks. The Price is Right, but it leaves a lot to be desired compared to other discount grocery stores.

Very nice just passing by needed to buy groceries so stopped in, had everything we needed and what we would find in the city.

Very friendly staff, small towns are very down to earth, such a warm and delightful feeling.

Went there this morning at 10am. Saw about 8 workers on the floor. I went to the produce section and every section had a piece of rotten food. A rotten orange with mold, bruised and rotten apples, moldy pears, every section had a rotten piece in it. FAIL. What are the 8 workers doing? Get them to work! Last time going there

The staff is courteous and the store is convenient; however, advertised sale products, especially meat, are not sufficiently stocked. The items are often not available by Sunday and apologies are posted on the entry doors. I'm sure the bean counters are aware of the shoppers this location attracts each week and should stock these specials accordingly.

I'm generally not a No Frills fan, but I've been to this location a couple of times now and I'm pretty pleased. It's got your standard No Frills selection and prices, which is all well and good, but this location is very clean and organized, and best off all, it looked like they had all of their registers open. ON A MONDAY. We'll definitely be going here more frequently.

Where I live, it is centrally located. The store has almost all I need in groceries. Friendly staff. Isles are nicely laid out, & labelled, to find what products I may need.

Good store parking lot can be bit hectic but what can you do the store offers good prices and offers PC points as well for purchases

That's it, I'm done with this place. They never have their ad items. I don't know how many trips I've made across the city to get what's on ad and they never have it. Enough of enough, I'll never return.

Lovely clean store and wonderful staff. My only complaint is that some advertised items seem to be in short supply at times.
