Worked there 20 plus years ago helped develop several processes throughout the 7 branches at that time.was told my services were no longer required after 7 years and all improvements were successfully in place and operational.they neglect to mention the failed Toronto warehouse location in early 2000's.
Glad for the experience as I learned what/who NOT to trust.

Went to their website to order merchandise online. The pre-requisite is to fill out a new account for which I did. Usually once this is done you get an email that all is good and the green light is given to order. But this outfit confirmed by email that they will review my "application" and someone will get back to me. A couple of days went by where I followed up on my "application" only to get a reply that my application is being reviewed by their credit department. What? I'm purchasing online like I've done with Canadian Tire, Lowes, Rona, Amazon, Hudsons Bay, Home Depot, Canada Breakers, Metaltech, Flex, Mid-Canada Fasteners for the past 12 years just to name a few. Never have I had to have a credit review before being able to purchase online. This is a first. Running a credit check for something I'm wanting to purchase online. What a farce. Is this company so paranoid that every customer who wishes to purchase from them goes through a credit check? I'm paying with my credit card for Pete's sake! Any ways.needless to say they're off my list of suppliers. Hope who ever reads this will use this as a reference not to buy there.

Entered store and was greeted by 4 employees chit-chatting who did say hello. Looking for scrubs, I waited at least 10 mins for help.and I had finally had to ask for help. No tall scrub pants at all, they don't sell them. I used to come to Marks for tall jeans but I wont anymore. If you sell tall jeans.why not scrub pants too?

Expensive, but good quality products. People working there are not that helpful, especially that lady named Kim Ryan. She did not answer my questions, just gave a blunt glare.

My bad luck, i always happen to meet her, and every time i feel humiliated. Only once i dealt with Ken Duncan, and he is the only helpful person there. Good man.

I ask the store to give some training about customer service to people at the front counter.
