You need to adjust your tap payment settings.some one used my stolen credit card for over $350 worth of merchandise that you let go with a tap and no PIN. Enjoy losing the money and merchandise to your scummy customer.funnily enough right near the cop shop.

Wow the products here are so over priced I bought Allen’s apple juice 1L which usually cost around 1.48 but here they charged me 4.5 wth never going back here again

There is a HUGE difference between daytime staff owner is nice, cordial. BUT at night it's pathetic the staff are not even remotely helpful. I bought a cheap Polo shirt only to notice effin yellowish pit stains when I saw it in better lighting
Next I asked a clerk about the whereabouts of something, he pointed vaguely in the air and said 'GO '. SHEESH, so insulting. And finally the doors are locked at night because of the theft. Which is fine, but typically I only want the ATM NO purchases however I must wait alongside other lemmings while some intoxicated person meanders about. Staff DO NOTHING TO HURRY THEM UP AS THE LINE OUTSIDE IS LONG.
PS GROSSLY OVERPRICED

Place is way overpriced. They're ignorant and they're windows our always getting smashed in by all the high school kids that flood that place during noon hour and all shady characters of the night including many homeless. I have nothing positive to say about this place, trust me you will agree if you want to check it out for yourself. Don't say I didn't warn ya!

Such an amazing place
I was there today my total was 20 dollars I gave 40 dollars by accident without even noticing how much I gave the employee was so honest he gave me back my extra 20 dollars that I gave without knowing I gave an extra 20, very nice guy to talk to still don't know how they cope with this area and the homeless people outside his store but yet he's doing his best to be very honest and respectful to everyone

One of the best stores I’ve been in downtown, honest, respectful, and very helpful… everyone there is very nice even though the people are rude to them they always keep the respect.it’s always the place to go to specially they open 24/7

This place should be shut down. Rude and disrespectful to all customers. Accused a man with a cane to be stealing and grabbed the item out of his hand. He had the money in his hand on his way to pay. Started screaming and yelling at him when he was polite and was forceably removed. He dropped his money he needed for his pizza order next door and was kicked out. He randomly entered a false amount to be paid for one beverage and when confronted said oh typo. Based on other reviews this is common. Utter disrespect for all customers will be telling every one to go elsewhere.

I’m not sure how this place has one bad review. The owner of this store is an absolute treasure. From cleaning up the daily garbage, too fighting off theifs. Mostly running the store all on his own, thank you markus’ mini mart for being a staple in this community.

Great customer service! Owner was so nice to me when he was cashing me out. I’m from the states so it was nice to see Canadians be so kind to me! I didn’t have any Canadian dollars I only had usd and he let me pay with it!

I have no idea how these people are surviving and working there. I was in the store and there was 3 people in the store stealing one of them was trying to confuse the cashier and the other two were stealing they took whatever they took and left. By the way they are one block away from the police station. God bless you for real you guys are doing the best

So I was out side and I needed to contact my dad but my phone was dead and i went inside a store and I had ask for a charger and they gave me a charger and while my phone was charging the employee had let me use his phone to make my phone call. And this also isn’t my first time going to this store the owner and his employees are so nice to their customers and is very helpful, I don’t know why people say bad things he always try’s to keep his store spot on and he’s never rude to his customers and there is so many homeless people out there when I go and I always see him giving them food or drinks.
