I've been a patient here for several years. Great experience and fantastic staff. Processes run very smoothly - I've never had to wait for an appointment. Their dental hygienist Erin is fantastic, very thorough and gives a caring explanation of my dental health. I'm always satisfied with the results and highly recommend!

I had a implant started and had no bleeding or any pain what so ever after or the next day. Dr. Rahim made sure I did not feel any pain before starting the procedure in which I chose to have freezing and also that night he phoned to check up on me. The staff at Markville Dental are very pleasant and helpful.

I went to this place because it offered emergency services. My son had a very minor orthodontic issue but our own dentist was away for 2 weeks. I called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Problem was fixed very quickly. Reception was super friendly and the person who looked after my son was friendly too. Great service. If you are looking for a dental place this would be a great one.

Markville Dental came to my rescue when I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth pain. During Covid when most of the dental clinics were closed, markville Dental was serving us when I needed them the most. Dr. Zahra treated me as an emerge patient and relieved me from the pain and scheduled me asap with Dr. Rahim for surgical wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Rahim is excellent at his work. Did not feel any pain or uneasiness during the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Rahim & Dr. Zahra along with their staff for kind and personalized care.

I had my first appointment today for cleaning after some time. Preeti took the time to explain the condition of my teeth and what she would be doing to complete the cleaning process and the care needed at home afterwards. My appointment went over the alotted time but she made sure the job was done right.

I was anxious to get my cleaning done after 2 years. Hygienist was so gentle. She made sure I didn't have to experience any sensitivity. I felt so comfortable.

I was referred to Markville dental and it was indeed a fine one. Right from Anni at the reception who is so welcoming and patient with all the question and emails and numerous calls which I bombarded her with and she always provided me with right input and with a smile. All information was precise and to the point and handled my insurance coverage very well. Support staff Afrose was equally helpful and ensured all the right information is passed to me and helped me throughout my TWO root canal procedures and numerous X-rays which were required during my pre and post treatment.
Dr. Rahim is gem of a human being and adept at what he do. Helped me with my treatment and calmed my nerves during the root canal as I had two 4 hour single sitting sessions for my treatment. All questions answered, he do a prompt follow up on of his own to see how you are feeling post treatment. Dr. Rahim was very helpful and took care of all my needs. I will genuinely refer Markville dental as your one stop dental hospital as they are a very caring team.

Great experience over all. The place was very sanitary and all the stuff members are friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Zahra and Dr. Rahim are incredible, skilled and kind dentists who give top notch dental care. Last year I had a problem with a very sore gum on the weekend and called the clinic number after hours. Very shortly after my call, Dr. Rahim called me to give me some dental advice which really helped until I was able to see him the next day. Dr. Zahra filled a tooth for me last week and took the time to explain the procedure and even show me on my xrays. Her assistant Afrose is very efficient and informative and put me at ease while getting me prepared for the filling. I was also fitted with a nightguard that was so comfortable I decided to wear it out of the office! Prior to the filling I had my teeth cleaned by Anita and was very pleased with her attention to detail. The staff all go out of their way to help me feel safe and secure as everything is exceptionally clean. Annie, Annesa and Carissa also deserve a comment for their kindness and information sharing! Thanks to this awesome team!

I went in to have my teeth cleaned and had a pleasant experience overall. They implemented appropriate safety precautions to keep staff and patients safe. The place was clean and the service was great.

Enjoyed my routine visit with the hygienist Sarah! She was lovely. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave really helpful tips for home-care. The dentist, Andreea was great also; very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Will definitely be returning!

I had a cavity filled by them, it never healed and it caused lots of pain. They never apologized or took it seriously. Now I have to pay another dentist to get it fixed. In my experience the person on the phone was very patronizing. They were fine for routine check ups but I wouldn’t trust them for more complex procedures. Markham Mews was good, not the new location.

The front staff is pleasant and very helpful. The office always runs on time and is very good about reminding you of your upcoming appointment. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful and extremely thorough. Dr. Jacob is very sweet and patient with my 6 year old Sophie. She absolutely adores him. All of the dentists genuinely care about the well being of their patients, and take the time to answer questions or any concerns you may have. We actually love visiting the dentist office:)

I remember when I had first come to them I had already bailed from a couple of other clinics out of sheer terror, but Markville Dental offered me sleep dentistry and I have been able to get all my work done no problem.
