I have had great experience with Markville Ford's Service Dept. They always make it right no matter what, and I leave happy knowing that they took good care of my car.
The last time I brought my car over, which was about a couple of months ago, I asked for some additional services and they were honest with what I really needed done so I wouldn't waste my money. I also asked if I needed an allignment and after they took my car in, they said no it was not necessary. The time before that I had asked if I needed to clean the engine filter and they said I could hold off until the next visit so I did it at this last visit.
Back when I purchased my first Mustang I used to take my car to a dealership closer to my old place of work where I bought the car, and I was not very happy with their Service Dept so I researched online and decided to give Markville Ford a try after reading many positive reviews. I'm very happy with the decision and I have been going to them for the past 6 or so years. I recognize a lot of their staff and I could guess most of them have been there some time.
When I first took my car, there was a younger lady who would help me, but I heard she moved to another location closer to her home. I have since been in contact with Paolo. He's a nice guy, but what I like most about him is that he actually takes the time with each customer and doesn't rush anyone. Even if you are there right at the end of his shift and there are still people waiting, he'll make sure he addresses any questions you may have. Considering how crazy busy he gets on some days, I'm surprised how pleasant he always is.
Another stand up guy is the Service Manager Shane. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. It's so clear he's very busy and has a lot on his plate, and yet he remembers many of the customers and will greet them and tries to help out if there are any issues or concerns. Needless to say I've continued taking my second Mustang there for service. And, I even bought my last set of winter tires from there and Shane gave me a great quote. I have never actually bought winter tires from a dealership before and was somewhat skeptical of paying more, however I was very surprised that after looking everywhere else I could not find a cheaper price. The absolute cheapest I could find was for the exact same price that I was quoted. Kudos to Shane, as he helped me choose those tires and they are really great for my car.
On a last note, I should point out that they offer shuttle service, which is extremely important to me. I don't know what the conditions are, but I have always been offered this service and I feel I don't necessarily live too close to the dealership, and yet they drop me off at home when they are servicing my car so that I can do my work and not have to take a day off, and they will then pick me up when my car is ready. They have been accommodating me each and every time, and sometimes even after 5pm when my work is done.
I'm glad I've finally taken some time to give them recognition for the many years they've been servicing my current and previous car. They're a great group and they've truly cared about my experience, so I felt I needed to return the favour by writing this review.
The only concern I have is a recent one, which is related to their new phone system. Whereas before I used to reach someone live and my call would be redirected to Service, now I have to go through call prompts and then I may or may not reach someone and then I may get rerouted. I can still get through, but things were much easier before, so that would be my only suggestion for them to revert back to the old system.

Chuck was a terrible sales person. He doesn't know how to have a conversation about cars. Doesn't know how to have a conversation at all. All questions were met with "it's sold", or "it's used". We were trying to make a decision between 2 cars based on look and feel and he was no help at all. It's like if you don't buy the car today and he can't make a quick sale, he won't help you. Terrible attitude.

I got a very bad experience there. I don’t know why the salesman ask me to follow what he said and was not willing to show me the paper about F150 towing capacity. Vincent, the salesman said I must to trust and believe what he told me just because he sells the truck in the store. It is over asking if I want to see any paper about the towing capacity and rejected to service for me.

Had a great buying experience at Markville For Lincoln. Been driving my new Lincoln for a few weeks now and I love it! I worked with Arina who was great! She was extremely helpful in showing me options, assisting me with finding the right vehicle, helping with my trade-in and getting me in my new car. My partner and I ordered our Hybrid Escape 3 months ago at Ford Markham after deciding to trade in our Mercedes (we came to the Markham location after having a negative experience at Ford East Court Toronto, the dealership was unprofessional and dirty).

Johnny navigated us wonderfully through the process, showed patience and provided all the information we needed to make the decision of buying our first ford. After ordering, he kept in touch and gave us updates regularly. We didn’t even have to call once.

When the vehicle finally arrived Paul reached out, he was very kind and guided us through the process of gathering the required paperwork- it was all very simple and quick! He also gave us a walk through all the car functions.

I leased a vehicle from them last year and recently went into the dealership to purchase a smaller vehicle, they gave me 2 options.
First option…if I wanted one of the vehicles on the lot I would have to pay a $4000 premium. Option number two…order a vehicle and wait 8 - 10 months for it. I have since found another vehicle that was available right away to purchase and that dealership is willing to accept my vehicle as a trade in. However Markville refuses to allow the trade in, as they are the lease holder and now both the salesman and the general manager have failed to return my calls or emails. If you’re thinking about buying a Ford, stay far away from this dealership!

We have leased our previous vehicle from Marville Ford and were so happy that we leased again from them. We met Marcus Grier who patiently guided us to make our lease. He is beyond customer service. The vehicle delivery was done professionally and all features explained and reviewed. I would recommend this dealer above any other.

Bad experience not very honest sales manager. Spoke with a very helpful and polite man in sales by the name of Cody whom i though we had made a deal on a Ford Raptor truck with a $3500 deposit. When i was sent over the agreement to sign i was told that the arrangement has been changed and they now require a $10,000 deposit. When i called David the sales manager he would not agree with the original terms and said he never authorized the deal. This feels very shady and not a way to start a new business relationship. The only reason for one star is how helpful and honest Cody was with me.

Pickup trucks bought in this dealership will be stolen sooner or later. Cuz the owner’s vehicle information will be obtained by the car thief

I ordered a truck here with Charlie in October of 2020 with a delivery date of March 2021. In March I was told it will be a 2 month delay. 2 months later they asked me for extra $1000 or they cancel my order. They proceeded to cancel my order because they gave me a deal that was “too good”. I’ve escalated this to OMVIC but the headache and rude staff here has made the last few months a huge pain. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!

Bought a 2014 Edge. Was not new but in perfect condition. Great car/truck. Worked with John Mitchell.great person. Gave great information on Edge's options and Edge's that were available. Go see John and get a great deal/information.

I ordered a 2021 Mustang GT from this dealership. Second time buying. No issues. This time worked with Charlie Bartolo. Worked with Charlie on the price and ordering information as the car that I wanted was not available. Had to order it from the factory. Well after a long search for the perfect SUV (German, Swedish, British you name it I tried them all) I just purchased a beautiful Infinite Black 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and I love it! Matthew Mcconaughey was right!

From the moment I came into the dealership I was taken care of very professionally by everyone there which is what I look for when shopping for a luxury vehicle. Sam F, my Sales Consultant showed me the Lincoln fleet and helped me find the one that would suit all my needs and Leo L. Sales Manager, worked patiently with me to get it at a price I could work with.
But what really got my attention (I am a Porsche owner, enthusiast and I expect great after sale service) was that while I was just looking around at the Lincoln vehicles their friendly and very polite Lincoln Concierge Conrad stopped to introduced himself to me even before I had decided to purchase a Lincoln and explained to me with great pride the Lincoln owner's benefits, the complimentary Lincoln pick up and delivery, how they would take care of all my car needs and all I had to do is call him. I liked that! Well I had to contact him for a minor adjustment and I found out that Lincoln Concierge and after sale service at Markville Lincoln is impressive! It is family owned and it shows.

Spent over 2.5 hours at one of their auction events to see what I can get for my vehicle and ends up one of their own guys bid on the vehicle and got my hopes up in selling, end result came to that they refused to give me the bided amount or anywhere close cause someone didn’t read the fine print clearly stated in the vehicle listing. Wasted over half my day there and got a nice lemon.

Great service, minor problems resolved with no friction. Marcus was great. I got everything I wanted and more. I'll be back and will tell everyone to visit when they are in the market.

I had such a great experience buying my Explorer ay Markville Ford. I had been trying to find out more about the various options available on the Ford Explorer, and when I called Markville Ford, I was put in touch with Paul. I told him I was looking to test drive the Limited and the Sport so that I could compare the two engines. He looked in to things for me and called me back within 10 minutes. A couple of hours later I was at Markville, driving Explorers! Even though Paul went on a brief vacation, he was able to help me get the exact car I was looking for. Within 10 days or so of our first meeting, I had traded in my existing SUV for a shiny new Ford Explorer Sport. I love my new SUV! I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Markville for service and would absolutely deal with them again if/when I'm looking for a new Ford. Just wanted to offer some feedback on my first experience at Markville Ford. Paul Yue and Kevin Cheung were very helpful and patient with my trade and purchase. My 2017 Ford Edge Sport was clean and ready, looked great and what I was looking for on my budget. I was given a fair and competitive price for my trade, the entire process was painless and efficient. Having formerly purchased a Cadillac SRX locally from a GM dealer that should have done better, it was well worth the drive and a great start getting in to a Ford. Well done Markville!

My experience with Craig Riley Ford Lincoln and in particular their sales associate Charlie Bartolo was a very positive experience. Two years earlier with my previous lease at Ford, there had been some missteps and poor communication. However, this time around Charlie had made up for these previous issues by offering a fair deal and ensuring that he followed through with his promises. My measure of a well run operation is one that seeks to solve disputes, which will inevitably occur, and not to fluff it off since the cheque has already cleared. Good job Charlie!

Our family has bought many vehicles from Markville Ford. John, in service, is a great service advisor. Larry in Sales, is also a great sales associate. Kenneth, is another great sales person. Everyone at Markville Ford is respectful, and knowledgeable about the product. The only reason i have not put five starts, is because i notice, only recently, the service has gone downhill. I had my Lincoln MKX for service, and when i got the car back, it was dirty inside and out, and there were dirty marks all over the car, like dirt. It was not there before. Also, i recently brought in my Mustang GT in for an oil change, and when i went home. The car was sitting a few hours before i decided to go shopping with it, leaving from home. There were oil spots all over my garage. So, i decided to take a look under my car, and found that the technician did not clean up, AT ALL from the oil that spilt on the frame etc. So, it went onto my garage. Luckily, there were no oil leaks. But i am not happy that the technician did not clean up after his mess. ALSO, i had oil on my shift knob. Abviously, this technician is clumsy, and does not do a good job of cleaning after himself. Like i said, i have noticed that service at Markville Ford has gone downhill. I hope it doesn't get worse.
