This is my 4th car I got from this branch. I keep on coming back and even recommend numerous friends and relative because of their great service. Kudos Team!

Terrible experience, none of my questions were answered and the sales associate assumed they knew what we wanted instead of listening. We were given false information in the hopes of making a sale and our time wasted. To top it all off they sat us in front of a window with a broken blind, it got so hot that I felt sick and although I am pregant I was forced to stand the entire time in order to avoid the sun, where as other customers were politely given the option to continue at another table. I may buy a Toyota in the future but this location will never have my business.

My Mazda servicing was done at Markville Toyota (I was referred to by my friend that owns a Toyota). It’s worth to wait for 4 hours to get my winter tires done and glad they took their time to check over my car to make sure is road worthy for winter to keep my family safe.

During my experiences at Toyota, Paul Joghati was helping me. I broke one of my back lights. When I broke one of my back lights, there were marks on my the back of my car from the damages. I drove to Toyota right after it happened and I was freaking out. Paul Joghati calmed me down and explained to me it was okay and it happens more often than we think. Paul Joghati was extremely kind to me and very patience. Paul Joghati cleaned the damage and it looked good as new. I loved how Paul Joghati did not make me feel bad about myself for breaking of my back lights. He also helped me purchase a new back light right when I arrived at Toyota. I had a wonderful experiences. Thank you Paul Joghati again!

Very poor customer service. Their service team is not professional and not punctual. They don’t care about customer’s valuable time. I had 1: 30pm oil change appoint but it took them 3 hours to do the oil change. Upon arrival I was informed that oil change will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also my service coordinator was not professional and at a time he was very rude.

I visited couple of branches in GTA, this one has the best service, Anthony and Candice are really helpful in terms of solutions, good experience overall!

Just 3 words. "Beyond My Expectations"! I work for a very busy transit agency in Toronto and not only is time of the essence, safety is TOP priority. For a brief time, I have had an issue with the brakes of my 2019 4 Runner, after inquiring with a couple of other Toyota dealerships (who were unable to accommodate my work schedule) Markville Toyota took me in and made me feel just at home. When I first entered the service department it was quite busy but still organized, they had a representative greeting customers as they entered and finding out the reason for their visit to better direct them. During this visit I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Edmund Lee, who was both courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my issue, was able to confirm, diagnose it and the repair was completed within a more than acceptable 2 hour waiting period. On top of that they were able to complete the repair under warranty.what a great surprise! Winter is just around the corner and it is currently tire season. The majority of dealerships/service centre's are tied up with winter tire installations, however, I believe Mr. Lee sensed the urgency in my voice and understood the concern i had in regards to safety as he listened to the dilemma I had with the brake pulsation and installation of our winter tires. He was committed to making sure the repairs were done and our 4 Runner was safe for our family to travel in again. I appreciate all the care that Edmund Lee and the Markville Toyota service department has put into solving our problem and for making sure it was done in a timely manner. We look forward being part of the Markville family.

At first we just booked a test drive for RAV4 at Markville Toyota, never have I thought I would walk out there that day signing an amazing deal on the 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium AWD.
George Ye was absolutely awesome in helping me pick the right vehicle for me. He was very friendly and his professionalism was undoubted. Although we only booked the test drive for RAV4, we were interested in the C-HR as well. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and explained the differences between the two vehicles. After that I knew I would prefer the RAV4 over the C-HR. I asked him for the differences between the XLE Premium and the Limited, and he explained it thoroughly on the spot. At that point I knew I could trust him with his knowledge and recommendations. When we asked about the color option on the RAV4, he not only brought us the color palette, he went up and down the store to find the color we were looking for and showed them to us, so that we could be sure what color we would see if we decided on the RAV4. My mom and I are the type of people who like to think a lot and compare a lot before making a decision, and so we didn’t plan to actually make a decision on the spot to get the RAV4. However, what George had done on that day for us was above and way beyond our expectations, so we decided to sign the RAV4 with him.
The vehicle arrived in a couple days, the pickup process was smooth, and again George was professional enough in teaching me everything I needed to know about the RAV4 including setting up the remote control with me.

Manny (Emmanuel Yanga) was extremely knowledgeable, has YEARS of industry experience, and was able to walk me through every question I had. With my family growing I needed a larger vehicle. I'd done my online research but being able to talk to someone and point out the safety features who ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS what I'm looking for was perfect.

I was clear that I was looking at other vehicles (sitting my butt in other seats) and seeing what offers were going to check off the most on the list. Being able to have that open and honest discussion with Manny made everything very comfortable.

Then working with Candice Wang as our Business Manager, another great experience. Mask on and Highlighters in hand! Candice walked us through the different options, and how much more this was going to add. For anyone that hasn't bought a car before this can catch you off guard, so have an idea of the additional care packages offered before you make the final decision.

Anthony helped me negotiated a new Corolla. He suggested that I test drive all the vehicles I liked before we begin negotiations. He was very patient, he listened, he answered my questions. He coordinated with his colleague Grace C.to get the paperwork done quite efficiently I might add. On delivery day, Anthony was waiting patiently for us. I just bought a Rav4 2018 from Helen Zhu; she provided an excellent service to ensure the whole purchasing and delivery experience! Coco is our f & I manager; she provided detailed product knowledge! We went back because our weather stripe has a little scratch ; but Helen has taken care and changed it for us right away.thank you! I will definitely back for next service and purchase.

Not satisfied, they charge me for synthetic oil and fill normal oil, afterwards i asked them why then he said they will change it and gave me car back in 5 mins saying it's replaced.that seems completly lie.

George and Hannah made our car buying experience a pleasant one. George was very personable and friendly to deal with. On the day we got our van, the headlight got burnt out. I messaged George right away and he got back to me with in matter of minutes even though the dealer ship was closed for day. He setup an appointment to bring in the van next day and changed the defective light. I would say he went above and beyond. Hannah was very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible. She even got our kids entertained by having them color some pictures. Over all it was a very smooth process. Definitely buy from this dealer again.

My father and I were assisted by Mr. Franco when we took our car for a recall work. We were treated and greeted in a friendly manner. Mr Franco took his time to explain to us in details what the recall what about and how it would be resolved. It was a 1 hour job but he kept giving us updates every 15 mins. I just recently picked up my 2018 RAV4 and Dickson explained everything very clear and details of the car features and I can choose the right car and trim for myself and family.
