After making an appointment, the patient is kept waiting for a long time, so why make an appointment? The appointment is chaotic and I don’t understand it! The doctor is very good, but the reception staff at the front desk are very bad, especially the one who can speak Chinese. It's terrible.

Great walk in clinic! It’s so hard to find good clinics in Markham but this is definitely one of the best if not the best one. I will say you will have a long wait so get prepared for that. Both the receptionist and doctor were so kind and apologized for the delay. My wait was 1 hour but it’s also because the doctor really takes the time to understand your symptoms which is so important. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I made an appointment online and I waited only 15 minutes to see the doctor after arrival. The Chinese recepionist is kind. Dr. Jahangiri is professional. The pharmacist is helpful and efficient.

I had a great experience. All the staff, receptionist, pharmacist, and doctor (Dr. Sritharan) were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and the pharmacy is inside the building for the convenience of patients getting their medicines right away. I will certainly return to see Dr. Sritharan whenever I am sick and have already recommended my friends too.

Fantastic group of docs, always professional. Wait is a bit long but I rather have good diagnosis and proper treatment than to be kicked out asap and needing to return again.

I went there for a walk-in appointment, it didn't take long and the staffs are friendly. A great place to go if your family doctor doesn't have time to see you.

The doctor and the pharmacist are very nice. The only issue is even I booked ahead online, I still waited for an hour.

I have been here twice. The first time I had to wait 1 hour despite having booked an appointment prior, just to receive a 5 minute consultation, and the doctor was not very friendly, barely spoke to me. The second time I had booked an appointment for 12: 20 but when I arrived at 12: 15, the doctor hadn't even arrived yet! Despite the clinic being supposed to open at 12: 00. Quality of care is lacking.

I've been here quite a few times. This location is my go-to walk in clinic. Booking an appointment is easy; however, your appointment time usually isn't followed but I understand since there are lots of patients coming in as well and I think there's only one physician who attends everyone.

The receptionists, pharmacist, and physicians are nice. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Will highly recommend!
