The worst medical clinic! These receptionists don’t even answer your calls, it’s either they are ignorant, lazy or just deaf! They don’t even return your calls!

The receptionists never answer phone calls and directly ignore you when you call multiple times. When i called from a different number, they answered right away, even though i called 10 times on my other phone. Not sure why they’re still employees when they do not do their jobs and blatantly ignore their patients.

I was seen very quickly as a walk-in patient. Dr. Ziarati was very thorough and personable. As a nonbinary person it was incredibly reassuring for my that, after looking over my file (which contained only my legal name), the doctor did not assume my name and instead respectfully asked for it, then asked if I would like my chosen/actual name to be noted in my file. This simple, nonjudgmental exchange made a world of difference in my visit.

If you want a deep massage that feels as though 5 men are working on your body, John is your man. I am more limber than I was 20 years ago!

Most uncaring group of professionals I have ever witness. Pushing through patients, telling patients Doctor needs to leave by 3pm not giving a proper exam that reflects patient's needs. Refusing people who are clearly in need of care, one was bleeding and they closed their doors to this person. I understand no one likes to stay longer at work, however you chose this career. You did not go into it not knowing some days will be long. Nothing but poor care at Marlee Medical, uninformative care, rude, and only there to swipe the OHIP Card. You wait just as long to see someone as you would at an Emergency in a Hospital. This placed should be closed down, wrong diagnosis consistently leaving patients no better off then when they went in only to go someplace else for a proper diagnosis but suffering longer periods of time.

Dr Meglis is great, love his perspective and opinions. The staff is also very helpful coordinating referrals and provide great service. I made mistake of trying to reach then later in the day- phone is not available so call during office hours for quick service!

This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever came across. The receptionists are rude and never answer the phone. You will always have to wait a minimum of 2 hours if you want to see a doctor, with or without an appointment and good luck leaving a message for someone to call you back. Save yourself the trip. They do not care about their patients.

Visited the clinic recently. I went there as I was told that the line up and wait times can get very long. Dr. Meglis was very helpful and thorough with his assessment, gave me my diagnosis and gave me options on how to manage it. The medical assistants and nurses were also kind and very helpful.

Was able to see a Dr within 30 mins mid afternoon. Addressed my concern with great bedside manner. Nurse attended injury as directed by DR and was gentle, thorough and sensitive to my situation. Been visiting Marlee clinic for 15+ years and have always had a post experience.

Worst receptionists out of all of Toronto. Unless you want to wait 2 hours even after making an appointment, I would NOT recommend. They need better people working here.

Grateful to have this clinic in my neighborhood. I don’t mind the long wait to be seen by the best, Dr. Meglis. I only wish it’s easier to reach a person when you call their phone. It’s a hit or miss situation so your best option is to walk in there.

The lineups and wait times at this clinic are absolutely ridiculous. And it’s all the time! Been coming here for almost 10 years and it’s only gotten worse. Wait 1 hour to sign it and then another 2-3 hours to see a doctor!

The wait is long however I’m relieved to find a walk in clinic still operating as a walk in clinic during these weird times. The doctor was lovely and I will be coming back to this clinic

My father had an urgent medical issue during a long weekend. Rarely any place is open. This medical center is open. The staffs were wonderful kind and accommodating for walk in. Dr. Goldberger was very knowledgeable and had the exact proper things to do for my father to prevent a emergency room trip. This clinic also will follow up We are very grateful.

One of few places in GTA to get proper medical care and referrals to specialists if needed. Dr. Goldberger and Dr. Rotunda are the best General Practitioners I have ever met.

First time coming here. Called before coming in to see if they were busy and they said around a 30 min wait. Arrived and the receptionist was very professional and kind. I waited in my car by choice and they called when they were ready for me. The doctor was very kind and working on a broken ankle with a cast, commitment right there. The nurse came in to see me and once again very kind and professional. The place was clean and I don’t have any complaints. People need to realize it’s a walk in clinic and there will be waits. It’s our healthcare system, not the peoples fault.

I've never got my phone calls answered in the past 6 months nor I've been called back on the messages I've left! Thanks a lot.
It's 3 months now I'm waiting for the results of MRI I was ordered to Humber river hospital, once done the nurse at the hospital said It was going to take a week for the doctor at the clinic to have the results.
That was 3 months ago! And nobody is still answering the phone!
What am I suppose to do? What are you suppose to do? What are we suppose to do?

Disappointing. My appointment is 12: 30noon, I was accommodated 30mins after. Only 5 patients allowed but there were like 10 patients waiting in the lobby.

Always had a great experience here. Now they do online booking which makes it even easier to see them! All the doctors are professional and competent

I have been going to this Clinic for a long time.and over the years this has been my experience.

I had very bad anxiety and stress.the doctor recommended that I smoke weed.

Recently I went back early sept.

The doctor came in, I asked her for some extra blood work not automatically applied. She asked me "why am I here" She told me that doctors don't get paid for me doing extra blood work and for my age i need to do blood work every 2 years. Well doctor, I have not been feeling well.can I not come to get myself checked out? She should be fired.

I asked her about doing a food allergy test. She told me that its really expensive. I told her that I noticed when I when I eat certain foods my nose gets congested.i am not always sure what the food is. She replied to me "Stop eating those things" very harshly. This doctor should be ashamed to be a doctor. This has been my experience over the years.even when I have physical pain the doctors would not even touch you but just recommend a drug.its been horrible and my health has depleted.

Maybe doctors are over worked and we may need more doctors but the overall attitude is disgraceful. This was a female doctor, maybe Russian or German but European.

The nurses are always pleasant. Keep doing the good work guys.

The doctor took 3 days to read my xray. When i called to ask why i hadnt recieved a refferal to a physio clinic, i was told off by the receptionist and had to call the xray clinic to remind the doctor to look at my xray. On top of it all, the doctor, misread my xray so when i finally got to go to get a REFERAL for physio, the doctor was given the wrong information. Ive been in a ton of pain for weeks because of these peoples absolute incompetence and failure to do their job. If you want good care, go somewhere else.

Worst clinic in the area! They make you wait almost 2 hours when the only said 1 hr! They need to fix their service because it’s getting worst and worst every year! Never ever come here

Excellent service, the doctor was very polite, explained everything and helped my flu go away. I have a feeling that negative reviews here are bots or paid for.

I read the reviews before I went and was expecting a horrible experience but it was excellent. I think people confuse professionalism with rudeness these days. There was only one receptionist on duty this morning and she did a great job keeping everything flowing. The doctor was great, really listened to my concerns and was friendly and engaging. I did wait for one hour but what else do people expect from a walk in clinic. I will definitely go again.

Dont go here its the worst place the wait is 1 to 2 hours and the reception people.have no experience.i was in the waiting room and i saw centerpede and cockroach crawling on the floor lol

Super frustrating place. I got X-Rays here and was told that I'd be called with the results. It never happened so I called back. They promised it would happen the next time the doctor was in but again it never happened. It was fairly obvious after the 3rd lie - they just want to bill OHIP again instead of telling me the results over the phone. Such a frustrating place to deal with.

Worst doctor. Don't even want to hear your problem completely. O hate this doctor. I hate this clinic

I wish I could put 0 stars. Horrible HORRIBLE healthcare experience, I’ve seen better doctors and dealt with more professional staff in third world countries. Bad handle of sanitary medical supplies, they keep things in the open space they are not protected. Don’t ever do anything other than a blood test here if you have no other choice, and if you have to, watch the nurse carefully for your own safety. This place needs to be shut down.

Use to be a good clínic but know the doctors dont want to discuss more than one problem so imagine how many time you should go just ridiculous, when you call they don't answer, the lab lady very rude.but not everything is bad new someone is opening a clinic in Hopewell ave I hope this is way better

If I could give 0 star I would beware this clinic does not send referrals they ask another doctor at another clinic at the other side of the city to send it I found this out from the orthopedic doctor I saw who I was not impressed with this Dr clinic is how I found out about Marlee Medical clinic not sending the referral out that it was another Dr that I have never seen that sent it not really happy about that this has happened if a clinic can not send a referral to a orthopedic doctor they should tell you this in stead of wasting your time and energy all I can say to who reads this review becareful think about yourself not to waste your time that's what happens if you try and get pain relief doctor's play games with you

Super busy little clinic. They post schedules online which is helpful because you can see which doctors are in. Best doctors by far are Dr Meglis and Dr Rotundo.

We love this place. We come often as we live nearby and always have the best experience. Receptionists are always multitasking and very busy, but never unkind. The best part is that you can wait in your home or in a nearby bakery, which is amazing when you have to bring the kids in. The office is a bit old, but always clean.

Been going here for years. Love my doc Meglis. He's very thorough leaves nothing to chance and listens to your concerns. 2nd runner up is doc P. The girls are great. Yes the wait can be long for the most popular docs like Meglis, Palomediodis and Rotunda. Aesthetics.nothing a coat of paint won't fix to freshen up.

Not a good experience with the receptionist. They need to learn a little bit about customer service.

Doctors are good and that's the only reason I go back

After years of visiting this clinic As a patient I will no longer be going. Not only are the wait time ridiculous but the staff is terrible. I went in a few weeks ago for a referral to a specialist, the dr was very nice about it however where the problems start is dealing with the front staff. I’m a receptionist myself and I work in a very busy office I know it can be stressful however they clearly can’t deal with it even though there’s at least four front staff each time I go. I got the call stated when my apt was scheduled however I was told I would have to come in person to pick up my form. I was confused as I’ve never in all the years coming there had to pick up a referral form, I questioned it and they told me the referral had “instructions” I had to follow. I ended up stopping by after work waiting in Eglinton Ave traffic to pick up these instructions only to find out it has the address on it. This could have easily been told to me over the phone rather then having me waste my time. On top of that when I went in they asked for identification, very rudely I may add, all for a paper with the address, completely unreal.
