Wanted to share my amazing experience with Yousaf, he guided and booked my Maldives trip. I just returned and I can’t thank enough to Yousaf for helping me selecting the right resort to our taste and requirement. He even got us air tickets and whole package in our budget. Highly recommend Marlin Travel team, will surely deal with them again for my next year’s Cruise reservations.

Delta with agent Saira very knowledgeable destinations and hotels in the destinations are on her fingertips very polished polite and humble, welcomes with a smile very smartly dressed up. I will recommend this agency for great service and location.

Honestly the best service I have ever expired. There are 2 workers there Yousafe and saira both help so much wonderful people there calm and even go out if there way to make sure you’re flight is good. 5 stars next time I need to book a flight I’m going again.

I called Yousef Jilani (aka Rocky) for group booking advice and wanting to consult. I have NEVER met someone in the service industry this rude. He was hostile, got angry and freaked out at me instantly. He was dismissive and didn’t have the courtesy to listen to me properly. He needs to learn how to speak professionally and it’s no surprise all the reviews here call him and his team rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO WITH HIM (unless you want to be screamed at).

Awful experience. I asked a question and they didn’t even let me complete. Just said we don’t book it to that country. Please train your staff to answer the phone politely. He also mentioned to call Air Canada to book a ticket because they don’t book tickets online. Just asking which century do they think it is? Airlines not bookings online! What a joke. Don’t waste time here!

Called about traveling to the u.s and what it entails to come back into Canada because i was haing trouble finding it on the Ontario website and the guy tried brushing me on the phone as fast as possible along with a ton of attitude because I asked to repeat himself because of the garbage phone he was on. Great first impression.

Wow-that review-by E Grant-not classy or proper etiquette to post someone's name when you post a negative review-folks may lose their job when handled in this manner -the person you are alluding to-has ALWAYS BEEN professional and helpful in the past-I have dealt with "said person" at other locations-by phone over the past 5 years-and FINALLY MET-FACE TO FACE-last year-witnessed her being verbally abused on the phone-the other party was sooo loud, I could hear his every petulant word-she was a professional that day. AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN-perhaps you and "your friend" should read the fine print-if you are able to read that is.

This was the first time I had used a travel agent and it will very likely be my last. I went to a trip central location with my girlfriend. We booked a trip to an all inclusive in mexico and felt like we were being rushed in and out the door. When we booked he gave us a lot of bad information that we werent sure of until we got to the resort. We were never asked if we wanted 1 bed or 2 and arrived as a couple to a 2 bedroom room. We were told the hotel would/wouldnt have certain features which were almost all opposite to what the agent said. When we found out about these issues, im an understanding guy so i just emailed him since he promised to be there for us while we were away in case we needed help. I emailed him twice about various issues (jan 2, jan 3) and he still has yet to respond to my emails. Upon return from our trip i went to the trip central location to inquire about the poor service and was met with a different agent who more or less told us our problems were not valid and were made to feel like we were wrong in expecting our agent to help us. Trip Central gave me and my girlfriend a view of travel agents that will make it very very hard for me to choose the service of an agent again in the future.

I booked a trip to Cancun with Nephilene and it was flawless. Nephilene was very acommodating to our requests. We had family coming from Canada, Switzerland and England and she made sure the packages all aligned with no issues. We also requested a connecting room and we were so happy that this request was met. Leading up to the trip when we had to make any changes to the bookings, she was always available and friendly I hope to book more trips with Nephilene in the future! The only thing I'm upset about is being back in this cold Canadian winter after a week of paradise in Mexico!

To keep a long story short; instead of making the correct name change on my booking, they cancelled my tickets which almost made me miss my non-refundable trip. Air Canada managed to correct the issue for me (I got lucky as this is not their responsibility). Just something to keep in mind when booking with this company, you'll need to do half of their job for them. I'd suggest going directly through the airline.

From the moment we stepped into Tripcentral.ca just to simply inquire about destination weddings, Neph took care of us right away and eased our worries. Neph is attentive to our budget and overall vision for our wedding. She is very informative, accommodating, and patient as well. We have not yet finalized all the details but the experience and customer service has been exceptional thus far. We highly recommend Neph for your travel needs - you will not be disappointed!

This branch is the best, I booked a trip to the Bahamas and I got an excellent deal for my friends and I. Saira really gives you the best advice about travelling; part of why is that because she has traveled a lot, hence can help you out just perfectly fine, and she is easy to talk to. She helped me out a lot with the package, she has the kindest soul and interacting with her was just so refreshing. She gave us an excellent package and her service was stupendous. I would definitely recommend her, book with her!

This is a great place to book tickets and last minute deals! Honestly Saira was such a helpful person in helping me book my trip to the Bahamas, just a month ago! The trip was absolutely amazing! She gave me the best price and her customer service was excellent! I really recommend anyone trying to book anything regarding travel to book it through Saira in Marlin Travel, because you won’t be disappointed! She loves what she does and she does it with a passion!

I would give less than one star if I could. Charged a friend of mine an extra $1200 over the price she was quoted and when she called to clarify, the agent was rude and said she was busy and didn't have time to break it down. She finally gave her a line about the extra costs for being for luggage as the trip had been booked with no bags. How is that even possible that a family would travel with no bags? And honestly, $1200 for luggage. Shouldn't that have been mentioned? I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I was under the impression that all charges MUST be up front and not hidden after the fact. She wouldn't have even known if her credit card company hadn't alerted her. Not to mention that the charges were made in multiple small amounts. My friend was given the option to cancel, but you can bet the agency would have charged a large sum to do that. My friend, being an extremely nice person, just gave up and chalked it up to an expensive lesson learned. She won't post a bad review. I have no qualms doing so. All I know is the agent's last name was Singh. I dislike deceit. I dislike nice people taken advantage of by unscrupulous people. The agent should be ashamed of herself.

Great place to find good deals on travel if you don’t want to go online and do it yourself plus they can give good insight of destinations that they have been to and how to get deals while there.

Ash was pleasant to work with in the beginning and listened well. He booked us at a resort in Mexico within our price range. Unfortunately we had mentioned that we need 2 double beds as we are three people and he booked us in a room that only offers 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. When contacting him to tell him that we are not comfortable with having to sleep on a pullout sofa and to check with the resort if this room was available with 2 double beds instead he contacted me back and said that in order to have the two double beds we would have to be moved to another area of the resort that is not adults only and it would be a downgrade from our room with no refund. After telling him that this is unacceptable and they we felt as though he made a mistake when booking this because we asked for something else, he got really upset and started shouting at me on the phone. I then asked to speak to management and he referred me to an email address and I have emailed them with my complaint. Hopefully tripcentral as a company can help me more than Ash did.

*** UPDATE**

Customer service was of no help.the message below was copy pasted from the email that was sent to me. Just to be clear we did request 2 double beds not a king and a sofa a sofa doesn't count as a second double bed.

This was Ash's mistake and its clear that this company isn't willing to accept that. BUYER BEWARE of every single detail before paying these people.

After becoming very frustrated with another travel agency (CAA Travel Hamilton) and waiting days for the agent to respond to my emails and phone calls about a simple winter getaway, I called Trip Central and spoke with Ash. During our first conversation, Ash was able to determine my needs, advise me of various locations and answer all of my questions. Within a day he helped me to book an all inclusive vacation for my party of six with no problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He responded to my inquiry right away and booked us with a great deal. I highly recommend calling him for any travel needs. I will definitely be booking my next trip here. Thanks Ash for your great service!

I can’t even begin to explain what a terrible experience we’ve had dealing with this travel agency. Our agent Saira Jilani, lacks communication and customer service. From start to finish, our large group faced numerous obstacles all stemming from the poor workmanship of this agent. Incorrect spelling of names, incorrect DOB’s entered and receiving our itinerary only a week prior to travel (all documents were also included on one master document as she was not sure how to separate documents). Not to mention forgetting to book reservations for some of our party and only mentioning this days prior to travel. Because of this all our reservations were affected negatively. We were kept in the dark for weeks as to what was happening with our reservations and despite MANY attempts at contacting them (via email) there were no responses. Our in person experience was not any better as she seemed disheveled and was disorganized. After taking our payment info, she almost over charged me had I not checked and argued with me that I had paid a deposit prior. Use this place at your own discretion!

By far the WORST "Travel Agency" that's out there. If you could even call it that. WHAT A JOKE! My first interaction (via email) was with Saira Jilani who cannot write SIMPLE emails. Is that not the most BASIC requirements in this day and age? It looked like it was written by a 5 year old. No grammar, unclear "statements" (I've had to ask her to please clarify her responses to me), and I ended up having to make my own calculations for my payment. She misplaces all critical information for your trip, forgets that you paid, and when you talk to her, it's gets even worse! She is abrupt and dismissive, talks over you, and has zero sense of customer service. Believe it or not, you end up doing half the work she's supposed to do. Oh and her son Yusuf is also a "Travel Agent", who is Saira multiplied by 100. He is more adept at simple English, but comes off as self-righteous, arrogant, and plain rude. I still don't understand why they're still operational. Seriously. We did all of our parts as customers wanting to go on a trip, and isn't a Travel Agency supposed to help make the process smoother? Nope. They've completely made it worse and added on unnecessary stress. Before a vacation. Take heed! Do not ever go to these guys; they'll misplace all your documents, provide you with the worst customer service imaginable, AND make you feel like you made the mistakes. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN
