After a very frustrating change of events with flight cancellations and lack of proper communication from the airline workers on how to fix our situation, Anuj answered our call and stayed past working hours to assist us while at the airport and also the next day.
He worked very hard to make sure the airline got us new flights after what occurred, without paying extra as well.
My family and I are very grateful that he went above and beyond to correct what was already a very stressful change of events, to ensure we had our trip we bought through them. 10/10 service!
