I am a landscaper and ordered two water features from them. They turned out great. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

A very deceiving company! Your item will not be what’s in the picture. Marketing fraud. Charged me 160.00 dollars for 1 tiny stepping stone when the picture showed 3 (intentional). Chris Marchese who said there was no one else I could talk to had no interest in making it right (said well I am sure your plastic cell phone is over priced too, but you bought it- did not send what was in their picture. 160.00 for one tiny stone see pic

Hands down the best waterfall and supplies store in the GTA. They offered professional services and did the waterfall plumbing part in store. That made it very easy for us to install it ourselves. 100% recommend

These guys have the most amazing water features around hands down! The sound is so refreshing and relaxing and calming you can stay out there all day and night.

I had a bad experience at another pond place so I found Marquis online. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Nadia who took the time to not only fulfill what I requested but asked the right questions to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. This will definitely be my go-to store for any future pond supplies.

Had a great experience with the people at Marquis Gardens for my pond waterfall project. The prices were very reasonable and delivery very fast. Ostap Bosak helped me tremendously with my project, including a few suggestions to make the project easier and better. Had to cancel my initial order due to my inexperience and he contacted me right away to help and suggest a few ideas i had not thought of.
Will highly recommend Marquis Gardens and will had no hesitations dealing with them in the future.

Dave and his colleagues at Marquis are amazing! If you are looking to install any kind of pool or pond water feature, take your yard to the next level with an amazing fountain or some incredible planters.look no further! This team is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to and take their time to make sure all your questions are answered. They pride themselves on making sure each customer has an excellent experience and I can certainly say that my family and I did. We ordered a water sheer and fire bowls for our backyard project and Dave made sure we had everything we needed. We are incredibly happy with our experience at Marquis and would definitely recommend using them for your next project!

Purchased a Campania Oslo birdbath from Marquis Garden $350. I had it for 5 days and the dog knocked it over on to the grass. It broke. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that they knew that that birdbath was prone to breaking and to contact the retailer for any warranty They might provide. Marquis Garden response:
“I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately, there is no warranty for pieces that have incurred physical damage. ”
They did offer to give a discount on a replacement top if the base was not damage. Unfortunately the top and base are of one piece.
As a customer it is my misfortune. As of my experience I can not recommend Marquis Garden. Unfortunately I really like the my purchase but $350 for 5 days for a product with a known weakness was a poor purchase.
Campania’s response:
“Campania does warranty our products for the retail nurseries that purchase direct from our factory. However, is the nursery’s decision on how they warranty the product they sell to consumers. My recommendation is that you contact the nursery from which you purchased the birdbath and submit your claim to them.
I will say that we have seen this particular birdbath break in this manner when it sustains an impact directly on the corner. ”

I thank the owner for replying, although they had offered a discount for a new bird bath top of which doesn’t help me since that implies the bird bath comes in 2 parts (top and base). It doesn’t. It only comes as one piece so there is no “top” to discount. I had explained that to them at the time. I have simply decided that I have to put this behind me.
