Upon my recent visit to the store in search of Project Raw joggers, I was immediately taken by the vast array of options available within their men's collection. From the subtle tones suitable for a more relaxed and casual look to the more vibrant colors for those wishing to make a statement, there was a variety catering to different tastes and sizes, ensuring a fit for virtually every individual.
Despite my decision to drop by on a weekday, I was pleasantly surprised to find the store uncrowded. This provided a serene and leisurely shopping ambiance, allowing me to take my time to explore and try various options. The store's spacious layout, combined with its organized sections, made the browsing experience seamless and enjoyable.
However, what truly set this shopping experience apart was the team of staff members on hand. Their genuine warmth, combined with an evident passion for assisting customers, shone through. Whether I had a query about the material of the joggers or needed advice on the fit, they were ever-present, ensuring my needs were met with utmost professionalism.
Furthermore, the store's strategic location and ample parking facilities added to the convenience. It's no wonder they've garnered such a positive reputation amongst discerning shoppers.
In conclusion, for those in search of quality joggers coupled with an impeccable shopping experience, I can't recommend this store enough.
The store was very clean and had a great selection of Merchandise. My item of choice was available with several options. Love the Matteos sugar free coffee syrops!
Marshall is a good store but unfortunately the staff at the fitting room area need customer service training. Very rude lady today at 1.10 pm when I went there to try on a few dresses. Be nice so people can be nice back. That's what always I say.
Sadly they do not honor the 10-day return on product quality. This cup has a cracked lid after having it for 2 days. I still had the tags and receipt however the manager at the time Richard said "I broke it" so they wouldn't return it. When I told him I would take my business elsewhere he said that's okay goodbye. Thankfully Kitchener Marshall's was more than happy to do the return for me and I will be taking my business. To them or Winner in Cambridge but NEVER back to the Cambridge Cente Marshall's.
(1) I bought some clothes tgen i went up to the Cashier, she rang up the total and she owed w me a few dollars so I told her to "keep the change" And with a rude additude she said "umm. NO we actually don't do that here.so ya.and I replyed
"um.alright.well sorry I was just trying to do sonething
Had a bit of a disagreement with some questionable price signage around a pair of DIADORA MENS SHOES and how it was misleading. Was given the lower mix-messaged advertised price after some assertive communication and am both pleased and grateful of the final outcome. Would say that in future, if you truly wish to bring a higher level of customer service while making the decision to satisfy a legitimate contradiction in displayed pricing, you might consider not killing the act of customer service kindness by repeatedly declaring how its NOT SOMETHING you HAVE to be doing, even though you ARE deciding to make a customer happy in doing so. Kinda Kills the Kindness
Purchased a pair of shorts today from this location. Very friendly cashier, and polite. However, the location of the men's shorts took a bit to locate. I suggest better signage. Fitting rooms clean, except for excessive amounts of hangers lying around and on hooks in my fitting room.
I have had many experiences with this locations staff being rude. One time I actually had staff yell at me and try to cause a scene. It was a misunderstanding on her part. She didn't apologize after the incident. She yelled loud enough for the entire line of people behind me to think I was doing something wrong. Which I was not. When she realised she misunderstood and wad mistaken she didn't apologize. I regret not taking her name and making a formal complaint. I've had many other unpleasant experiences as well. Not all my experiences were bad. Some visits I would have were pleasant. They don't usually have good products in my opinion that combined with the many bad experiences I have had with staff leave me not wanting to return.
We bought 2 pairs of shoes for our grand son and some pants. We were very surprised of the Price. Very good quality for a very good price. We will take as habit to go there first.
Love it! Found some nice high heels for me.and Squishmallow plushies for my son. I also found some Lego toys $7.00 less than Walmart's sale price. That was highly unexpected but a great cost savings find.
