Horrible Experience twice now. First Time, I listened and walked away like a respectful customer.
2nd Time, The Cashier and The Manager upped their ugly behaviour. They don't realize other customers are witnessing this too. Horrible experience. Irrational Behaviour.wow!
Challenging a customer. About something so petty like a return AND I HAD the item, the tag and the receipt that were purchased less than 12hrs BEFORE. I purchased the wrong size and just wanted a refund or an exchange or a store credit (i shop at all brand locations usually).
i sense they like to ignite immature weird drama. It's obvious cashier and manager are not fit for the job to deal with people. They forget they open their doors every morning to customers (humans) who want to spend money don't meed to.
Manager was rude to the cashier, cashier was rude to me, throw a bag on me when i asked for it. Terrible customer service. I will never use this branch, do not recommend to ask for anything in this place.
Some cute things but not much luck in fits or sizes. And I was going to buy the wine sign but it was damaged on the neck and no discount was offered so I left it.
I always love shopping at Marshalls! They have the best deals on clothes and the selection is really great. I'm always able to find something that I like, and it's usually at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Marshalls to anyone looking for good deals on clothing.
This marshalls is by far the most expensive one around. Been to many others and everything here is more expensive, on certain items, nearly doubled. Also, I cannot speak for all the staff, but, one of the floor workers and the cashier I had were absolutely rude. I will be returning to marshalls, but, never again to this one. Why pay more for staff who treat you worse than a dog.
I have been going to this location for over 3 years. Just recently I have been extremely uncomfortable how the employees and Managers are following (more like stalking) me and my family.
I was shopping with my husband and I noticed the Door lady kept looking at me. I literally just came into the store for a mins. Went to pay and the cashier looked at every inch of the toddler dress that I bought. It's as if she thinks I can hide something in there. There was an older woman standing behind her also watching me. I only bought 3 items…. At first it didn't bother me since It's the time of year everyone is extra careful from shoplifting. And I used to work for TJX FOR 5 YEARS! So I know the drill.
We went back again since it’s the only Marshalls in Barrhaven so we were kinda forced to come back. And we prefer to shop locally and support our community.
This Time My husband was victimized. LOL. My husband is the LAST PERSON ON EARTH THAT WOULD EVER STEAL ANYTHING. My husband confronted the men that we believe is the manager but of course he denied stalking my husband. And when we left the store He said bye to everyone but us. Fair enough lol. I personally thought it was funny. Even tho my husband was extremely upset that he was suspected for stealing. And still upset and refuse to come in Marshalls again.
I went back again. Yes I know, why the fudge would I still come back? I personally love going to winners but they don’t always have the best selection when it comes to toys. Again forced to come since It’s the only Marshalls in Barrhaven.
This time It was not a laughing matter. I was with my child and my Mother! I felt the tension and eyes on us. Even my mother felt uncomfortable. That same manager had the nerves to walk by me and told one of the employees he needs to make sure the door alarms work. He personally said it out loud for me to hear.
Let just say, I will be back but I won’t be victimized and discriminate again.
Ladies dressing rooms haven't been vacuumed for quite some time. Dust bunnies floating everywhere. This is the second time I personally brought it to the attention of dressing room attendant. You don't want to be wearing or trying on pants, especially dark ones
Had some extra time so decided to shop a little bit. Didn't expect to be treated like a criminal! Found a few pants.one in particular in the clearance section. Had a red clearance tag on it. Tried them on.shopped some more and loaded my cart, and then went to the cashier. She inspected that sticker as if I placed it there. Called another associate to look at it and they informed me the red tag is incorrect and the pants were not on sale. I told them well why was it in clearance section then. She asked me if I put the sticker on. How dare you! Not only did you lose the sale for your rude assumption but a forever future loyal customer.
